Abstract

The community service aimed to provide the skills for Eka Kaharap kindergarten’s teachers in the village of Sigi in creating an exciting, creative and innovative learning media. Through appropriate media, the students have a better understanding of the subject matter. By mastering the skill, it was expected that teachers of Eka Kaharap Kindergarten would be able to create and develop Powtoon-based video media as a classroom learning tool in the future. This community service activity consisted of 2 stages, namely socialization and training. The socialization and research activities were attended by teachers of Eka Kaharap kindergarten. Moreover, a module of Poutoon application as a kindergarten learning media was used as the training material. The evaluation indicator of the activity was the ability of the trainees to design and develop Powtoon-based video learning media in accordance with the kindergarten learning subject.

Abstract

Painful menstruation or dysmenorrhea was most problem and also be a reason for the decreasing activity of women during menstruation, for example, absent from school. Solving this problem by nonpharmacologic, it is needed to be developed, for example with a warm compress. The aimed of the study was to know the effect of a warm compress to decrease the degree of menstrual pain in teenage girls at senior high school Karya Ibu Palembang 2016. The type of this study was pre-experimental design One group pre and post-test. Samples were obtained based on the inclusion criteria were 18 with accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the average score of the degree of menstrual pain before warm compresses was 2 with a minimum-maximum of 1-3 and after a warm compress was 1 with a minimum-maximum of 1-2. Statistical test result p-value indicates that there was a significant correlation between the degree of warm compresses to decrease menstrual pain (p=0.0001). Suggested for schools can collaborate with health officers in providing counseling to cope with menstrual pain.

Abstract

Faktor kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang sangat mempengaruhi jalannya perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, gaya kepemimpinan akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Kemudian integritas para pegawai pun akan turut menentukan tingkat kinerja pegawai serta nilai-nilai etos kerja yang diyakinai oleh para pegawai itu sendiri juga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas kepada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat loyaliotas para karyawan yang berada di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum, hal ini diukur melalui variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan yang dapat mempengaruhi etos kerja dan selanjutnya akan berdampak pada tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah yang telah diuraikan di atas maka dapat diidentifikasi masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap etos kerja integritas karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum? Bagaimana pengaruh integritas kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum ? Bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, integritas, etos kerja dan loyalitas karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum? Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah dengan analisa jalur (path analysis) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Etos Kerja dan dampaknya kepada tngkat loyalitas para karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Integritas Kerja, etos Kerja dan Loyalitas karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum secara umum sudah baik. Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Integritas Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap etos kerja karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Integritas kerja berpengaruh terhadap Etos Kerja dan memberikan dampak terhadap yaitu Loyalitas Karyawan di BRI Syariah KC Bandung Citarum.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang alat-alat evaluasi, baik dalam bentuk tes maupun non-tes, yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMA Al-Islam Surakarta Evaluasi diterapkan untuk menilaI hasil belajar siswa dan proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan efisiensi sistem pembelajaran. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara dengan guru serta pengumpulan data dari library riset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi tes dilakukan melalui tes tertulis, lisan untuk menguji pengetahuan dan serta tugas proyek untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa. Tes melibatkan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi tes essay dan tes hafalan siswa, Sedangkan evaluasi non tes dan tugas amal harian untuk memantau perilaku siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya, SMA Al-Islam Surakarta menerapkan beragam alat evaluasi baik tes maupun non-tes dalam pembelajaran PAI untuk mengukur pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan sikap siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat siswa dalam belajar aksara Kaganga mengakibatkan kurang menariknya proses pembelajaran dan kurangnya kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya hasil belajar pada pembelajaran aksara Kaganga. Tim PKM-PM telah memberikan inovasi media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran muatan lokal dengan menggunakan Scrabble Kaganga untuk mengatasi kejenuhan dan mengurangi rasa bosan pada siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya media interaktif ini membuat siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami aksara kaganga, dan membuat suasana kelas menjadi semangat dan antusias sehingga siswa tidak bosan dalam mempelajari aksara kaganga itu sendiri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode pemberian sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Hasil data evaluasi dapat dilihat pada ‘Tabel Distribusi Frekuensi Skor Tabulasi Kuesioner” dengan hasil tingkat sangat setuju yang tinggi lebih dari 85% untuk penggunaan media interaktif Scrabble Kaganga Hal ini menyatakan bahwa media interaktif Scrabble Kaganga dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan mitra tim PKM-PM. Kata kunci: Aksara Kaganga; Media Interaktif; Scrabble Kaganga.

Abstract

The digital era provides significant challenges for the teaching profession, especially in the face of rapid technological developments. Teachers are required to be able to adapt to technology and utilize it in learning. The success of teachers in mastering technology is the main key in facing the digital era. One of the major challenges is the gap in access to technology that exists in various regions. Another challenge is the rapid changes in curriculum and assessment. The research method used in this article is the literature review method, where data is obtained from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, and related articles relevant to the topic of opportunities and challenges of the teaching profession in the digital era. The data is analyzed by reading, sorting and interpreting information from these sources to find patterns, trends and key challenges faced by teachers, and then organized systematically to provide a comprehensive picture of the issues discussed. This includes not only mastery of subject matter, but also skills in using technological tools that support the teaching and learning process. In the digital era, an outdated curriculum is no longer relevant to the needs and development of technology. Another opportunity is the development of multicultural teaching materials. the digital era also provides an opportunity for teachers to introduce ecological intelligence to students.

Abstract

The number of investors in the capital market in Indonesia is still quite low, indicated by the low number of investors in the capital market sector when compared to other financial products and services. This is because the public's understanding and knowledge is not yet well literate regarding investment in the capital market. Knowledge and skills regarding investment will increase interest and motivation in investing. This research aims to determine the impact of financial literacy on investment interest in the capital market among the millennial generation. The population in this study were Medan State Polytechnic students who had an interest in investing. Based on sampling calculations using the probability sampling method with the Slovin formula, a sample of 63 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using simple linear regression analysis. Instrument trials were analyzed using validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on investment interest among the millennial generation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of poster media on student behavior in maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment at SD N 1 Tlogojati. Posters as visual media are used to increase students' awareness and motivation in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the school environment. The method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The research subjects were 25 grade 5 students at SD N 1 Tlogojati. The research results show that the use of poster media has a positive influence on student behavior. Attractive and informative posters can increase awareness and motivate students to behave pro-environmentally. Students become more aware of the importance of disposing of waste in the right place, separating organic and non-organic waste, and participating in environmental activities such as community service and recycling programs. Apart from that, posters also help teachers convey material more effectively and attract students' attention. In conclusion, poster media can be an effective tool in supporting environmental education programs in schools and increasing student awareness and participation in maintaining a clean environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi sifat dan perubahan wujud benda pada murid kelas IV UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri Kec. Maros Baru Kabupaten Maros. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 murid kelas IV. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya keaktifan belajar murid dalam proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan hasil observasi selama proses tindakan kelas berlangsung. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh murid setelah mengikuti tes akhir dari siklus I kesiklus II setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari 49,1 pada siklus I menjadi 88,5 pada siklus II. Ketuntasanbelajar IPA murid kelas IV UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri Kec. Maros Baru Kabupaten Maros juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, dari 3 (10,7%) murid menjadi pada siklus II sebanyak 25 (89,7%) murid mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal tercapai.

Abstract

Educator professionalism is a crucial factor in enhancing the quality of education, particularly in mathematics instruction within educational institutions. Teachers are considered professionals when they possess not only a strong conceptual grasp of the content but also demonstrate the ability to implement innovative teaching techniques, adapt their methods to suit student needs, and effectively utilize technology and educational resources. This research aims to examine the impact of teacher professionalism on the enhancement of mathematics instruction in schools. The approach employed in this research is a literature review. The findings of the research indicate that educators with a strong sense of professionalism can enhance the quality of mathematics instruction in schools by fostering an engaging learning atmosphere and boosting students' motivation and comprehension of mathematical principles. Therefore, improving teacher professionalism through continuous training and competency development is a strategic step in efforts to improve the quality of mathematics learning in schools.
