Advances in information and communication technology at this time become a potential to improve the quality of government activities and agencies both public and private are required to be more creative in managing human resources. human resources. Google Drive is one of the media that can facilitate all the needs of the village head and staff in human resource activities. and staff in human resource activities. Abstract

Literacy competency is an essential competency for every individual. Good literacy skills can direct individuals to think more wisely, carefully, as well as creatively and innovatively. However, the literacy competence of some people is still not optimal. The aim of implementing this community service is to increase the literacy competency of elementary, middle and high school students in the city of Medan. The number of employees who take part in literacy assistance activities is 30. The assistance method used consists of three stages, namely: planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. Planning is carried out by making initial observations through test and non-test activities. Implementation activities are carried out by providing understanding and practice of reading and writing literacy. Monitoring activities are carried out by integrating the participants' competency progress in reading and writing literacy. The mentoring activities that have been carried out can improve the participants' abilities in receptive and productive literacy in the community. The participants were able to reflect on the results of receptive literacy in various creative works as a form of productive competence.

Abstract

The development of social media is currently very rapid and diverse, such as Whatsapp, YouTube. The existence of social media, especially among young people, has given rise to a diversity of uses and images of the identities of its users. Based on the background above, the following problem formulation arises, How do teenagers behave in interpreting the social media Instagram within themselves. And how is the use of Instagram social media in forming self-identity related to social interaction in society. In this discussion the theory used is symbolic interaction theory, where this theory focuses its attention on the ways humans use to shape the meaning and structure of society through conversation. Quoted from George Herbert Mead Symbolic interaction is a theory about how to think about the mind and self. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. Research subjects were selected (purposively) based on the characteristics of being active users, having more than one account, aged 16-18 years, and consisting of men and women. The research results show that there is diversity in the use of social media, this can be seen from the initial use, patterns of use and the technology used. Then there are various meanings regarding the existence of social media for users, including those related to themselves, family, studies, hobbies, community and work. After that, there are various meanings regarding the self-identity of social media users, and identity construction on social media is carried out through the process of interaction in using social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of organizational culture in employees at the Potential Utama University. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, namely analyzing data by describing or describing the collected data as they are without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations. The population in this study amounted to 158 people. The sample of this study was 30 people. The technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate a scoring result of 1149.8 which refers to the aspect of tolerance for conflict which is indicated by a significant value (Sig. 2 Tailed) of 0.02 (P <0.05) and a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.539. This means that the organizational culture at the Potential Utama University applies an attitude of tolerance, which makes the employees of the Potential Utama University feel they have the space to express opinions and ideas.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires young generations to possess adequate digital and financial literacy, including an understanding of Islamic banking systems. However, the level of Islamic banking literacy and the use of digital financial services among vocational high school students remains relatively low. This community service activity aims to enhance students' understanding of basic Islamic banking concepts and improve digital literacy in utilizing digital-based financial services safely and wisely. The methods used include counseling, interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice with digital banking platforms. The results indicate an increase in students' knowledge of Islamic banking principles, such as the prohibition of usury (riba), profit-sharing mechanisms, and basic use of digital financial services. This activity is expected to foster financially and digitally competent students who can act as educational agents in their communities.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in cassava chips production have significant market potential, as these products are widely favored across different segments of society. However, in practice, many MSMEs still encounter challenges in recording raw materials, managing inventory, and planning production, which are commonly carried out manually. Such conditions often lead to inaccurate inventory data, shortages or surpluses of raw materials, and consequently, production disruptions and material waste. These issues highlight the urgent need for a more structured and integrated system to support production management.This study aims to develop a web-based production information system designed to optimize raw material planning through the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. MRP was chosen as it enables optimal calculation of raw material needs based on production schedules, demand data, and procurement lead times. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. PHP was employed as the programming language, while MySQL was used as the database management system.The resulting system is capable of providing real-time inventory recording, generating accurate estimations of raw material requirements, and producing comprehensive reports on production and inventory that serve as a valuable basis for managerial decision-making. The implementation of this system is expected to help cassava chips MSMEs improve production efficiency, minimize material waste, and reduce the risk of production delays. Overall, this research contributes a practical and applicable technological solution to support MSMEs in overcoming production management challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Panti jompo dibangun untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan lansia. Selama ini keluarga yang ingin menitipkan orang tuanya, terkendala akan jarak dan waktu karena banyak masyarak yang kurang mengetahui tempat panti jompo ataupun penitipan orang tua (lansia) yang nyaman untuk kesejahteraan orang tua (lansia). Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini memang sangat canggih dan pastinya dimanfaatkan oleh semua segmen usia. Untuk keluarga yang ingin memasukkan orang tuanya pada Panti Jompo Yayasan Karya Asih harus datang langsung ke lokasi dan memilih tempat dan tarif pembayaran serta memilih ruangan panti berdasarkan jenis ruangan. Adapun ruangan yang ada adalah kelas VIP, top level, medium, dan standard room. Ruangan panti jompo yang paling mahal adalah kelas VIP. Pelayanan yang bagus sangat menentukan minat masyarakat dalam pemilihan panti jompo. Misalnya, kelas VIP memiliki fasilitas yang terdiri dari AC, kamar mandi, TV, Kulkas. Kelas top level menyediakan kamar mandi, TV, Kulkas, sedangkan kelas medium dengan standard room memiliki kualitas ruangan yang hamper sama. Aplikasi yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Android Studio, PHP dan Xampp.
