Advances in information and communication technology at this time become a potential to improve the quality of government activities and agencies both public and private are required to be more creative in managing human resources. human resources. With the increasingly widespread access to the internet, information information is increasingly open to be accessed by everyone. Google Drive is one of the media that can facilitate all the needs of the village head and staff in human resource activities. and staff in human resource activities. Nowadays, staff and village heads must be able to manage files, both personal files and files from other sources (internet). For this reason, it is necessary to understand the management of file sharing and storage. and file storage. There is still limited equipment in the village office and knowledge of information technology among staff and village heads, there is a need for coaching. there is a need for coaching. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of group mentoring services on the courage of asking students. The data capture technique consists of a lift. This research was carried out at Dolok Masihul Primary Teaching Year 2021-2022, which has a total of 10 students. The design of the study was pre-test and post-test group design. To obtain the data, the researchers used a closed lift and a concentration scale instrument of 45 particles, but after testing it turned out there were 8 invalid lifts, so the lifts used in this study were only 37. This study shows that the courage of asking students before giving group guidance services to students in class XI SMK Private Primary Works Dolok Masihul is in the middle category, this can be seen based on the average score of courage ask students before being given service of 85.3 then courage to ask students in grade XI SmK Private Main Works Dolek Masihul was in the medium category.

Abstract

Abstract

In this study, parents as the child's closest environment have an important role in supporting child development. One of the things that can support the child's development is the pattern of caring adopted by parents. The pattern of caring is the relationship or patterns of interaction between parents and children in order to meet the physical and psychological needs of children. The Pattern of Caring is divided into three types, one of which is authoritarian. These problems arise as a result of children being subjected to excessive restrictions and pressure in the family environment. There is a huge influence on the social life of the child by the authoritarian pattern of parental care. Where there are many negative influences on the social life of the child. Children are less sociable because they feel insecure and tend to be quiet. Children are afraid to make mistakes and to try new things.

Abstract

The development of social media is currently very rapid and diverse, such as Whatsapp, YouTube. The existence of social media, especially among young people, has given rise to a diversity of uses and images of the identities of its users. Based on the background above, the following problem formulation arises, How do teenagers behave in interpreting the social media Instagram within themselves. And how is the use of Instagram social media in forming self-identity related to social interaction in society. In this discussion the theory used is symbolic interaction theory, where this theory focuses its attention on the ways humans use to shape the meaning and structure of society through conversation. Quoted from George Herbert Mead Symbolic interaction is a theory about how to think about the mind and self. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. Research subjects were selected (purposively) based on the characteristics of being active users, having more than one account, aged 16-18 years, and consisting of men and women. The research results show that there is diversity in the use of social media, this can be seen from the initial use, patterns of use and the technology used. Then there are various meanings regarding the existence of social media for users, including those related to themselves, family, studies, hobbies, community and work. After that, there are various meanings regarding the self-identity of social media users, and identity construction on social media is carried out through the process of interaction in using social media.
