Abstract

Herbal medicine is one type of traditional Indonesian medicine made from natural ingredients and is a cultural heritage passed down from generation to generation. One of the problems is the lack of knowledge about the benefits of TOGA plants, which are not only used as kitchen spices but can also be utilized as powdered herbal drinks. The main objective of this community service activity is to train and disseminate information on the education and production of powdered herbal drinks that can be sold to the PKK women in Lenteng Timur village, providing additional income for their families. The aim of this research is to determine whether TOGA plants can help the PKK women in Lenteng Timur village earn more income. The methods of socialization, education, training, and evaluation are used in this study. The findings show that before the training, 77.5% of the PKK women in Lenteng Timur village only knew about the use of TOGA plants as powdered herbal drinks; however, after the training, their knowledge increased by 22.5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the actualization of Pancasila values ​​at the Al-Amin Prenduan Islamic boarding school in Sumenep and to find out how Pancasila values ​​are implemented at the Prenduan Islamic boarding school in Sumenep. The population in this study was 4,000 people and a sample of 100 students was taken. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. By coming and directly examining the activities of the students at the Al-Amin Prenduan Islamic boarding school, Sumenep for 19 days. By understanding the circumstances and processes of activities and socialization among fellow students. The results of the research show that there is actualization of Pancasila values ​​at the Al-Amin Prenduan Islamic boarding school, Sumenep. Strengthening the first principle is strengthened through congregational prayers five times a day followed by reciting the Koran together, reciting istighatsah every day before the morning call to prayer, reading tahlil and prayers every Friday night, as well as reciting recitations after every morning prayer and also religious material. Strengthening the second principle is strengthened through extracurricular activities. Strengthening the third principle is strengthened through community service activities every Friday. Strengthening the fourth principle is strengthened through deliberation activities in every activity, making decisions on selecting the chairman. Strengthening the fifth principle is strengthened through correct group division and the provision of prizes for students who excel and punishments for students who violate them.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, termasuk UMKM camilan khas Madura yang menyimpan potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Namun, lemahnya aspek branding, khususnya desain logo, masih menjadi hambatan dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat branding UMKM camilan khas Madura melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan desain logo berbasis identitas lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup tiga tahap utama: (1) pelatihan dasar desain logo dan branding, (2) pendampingan individual dalam pembuatan logo, dan (3) monitoring serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana 80% UMKM peserta berhasil memiliki logo baru yang mencerminkan identitas lokal dan diaplikasikan secara konsisten pada kemasan produk. Dampak utama dari program ini meliputi peningkatan citra profesional produk, penguatan identitas lokal, meningkatnya rasa percaya diri pelaku UMKM, serta bertambahnya minat konsumen. Dengan demikian, pelatihan dan pendampingan desain logo terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk sekaligus memperkuat daya saing UMKM camilan khas Madura di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
