Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of establishing regulations for the Aeng Tong-tong tourist village, Sumenep district, which are used to strive for the development and preservation of keris culture in Aeng Tong-tong village, Saronggi sub-district, Sumenep district. This research method is legal research which uses a sociological juridical approach, with observation and interviews. The results of this research show that the keris as one of the world's intangible human legacies requires a re-emphasis on the values ​​and role in society contained in the keris so that there will be no mistakes in understanding the position of the keris. The conclusion of this research is that the urgency of establishing village regulations regarding keris in the Aeng Tong Tong tourist village, Sumenep district is a form of preserving the keris cultural craft and also makes Aeng Tong Tong village the village with the highest number of keris makers in Sumenep district. The urgency of establishing this village regulation. So that there are clear legal regulations.

Abstract

The School Field Introduction Program (PLP) is an activity that provides students as prospective teachers with real experience in understanding and implementing the learning process at school. This research aims to determine the role of students in implementing the learning model through the PLP program at SMA Negeri 8 Palembang. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and direct teaching practice. The results of implementing PLP show that students play an active role in designing and implementing learning models, such as Problem Based Learning (PBL), group discussions and presentations. The application of this model can increase students' activeness, participation and critical thinking abilities during learning. In addition, students gain experience in managing classes, compiling learning tools, and adapting to the characteristics of diverse students. The PLP program also makes a positive contribution to the development of students' pedagogical, professional, social and personality competencies as prospective educators. Thus, PLP becomes an effective means of preparing students to become professional and competent teachers.
