Abstract

Community economic empowerment is one of the crucial aspects in efforts to improve the welfare and development of a region. Economic empowerment programs, such as Community Service Program, are an effective means of realizing this goal. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the community economic empowerment program through Community Service Program activities in the Wonogiri area. This research is qualitative field research with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of Community Service Program activities, although still faced with various challenges, are that the Community Service Program can be implemented smoothly. The conclusion in this research is that there needs to be a strong commitment from universities, local governments, community institutions and village communities themselves. With good cooperation and the right strategy, optimizing Community Service Program can realize inclusive and sustainable development in the village.

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia berkontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB dan menciptakan sebagian besar lapangan kerja di sektor swasta. Di Kabupaten Sragen, lebih dari 200 pelaku usaha tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Pengusaha Gading Sukowati (P2GS), dengan jenis usaha meliputi olahan pangan, kerajinan tangan, fashion, jasa, pertanian, dan pemasaran. Namun, P2GS menghadapi kendala dalam manajerial dan komunikasi pemasaran, sehingga retensi pelanggan masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan sistem informasi manajerial dan E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) yang dapat diakses dengan mudah. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam lima tahapan: sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan, penerapan teknologi, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program. Hasilnya, anggota P2GS berhasil mengimplementasikan sistem yang dirancang, termasuk integrasi alur kerja dengan proses bisnis mereka. Penerapan teknologi ini membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi dan memperkuat hubungan pelanggan, memberikan manfaat strategis bagi keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di Sragen.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) cluster using SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors that influence the MSME cluster and map existing business models in order to formulate effective strategies. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The SWOT analysis revealed key strengths such as adaptability and government support, but also identified weaknesses in technology access and management. Meanwhile, BMC helped map out the important elements of the MSME cluster business model, showing the need for product diversification and expansion of the distribution network. The findings of this research lead to a comprehensive development strategy, such as increasing technology access and market diversification, which is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the MSME cluster in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the development, implementation, and user guide of the web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) P2GS system integrated with the WhatsApp API as an innovative solution for customer relationship management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, comprising requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The trial was conducted on five MSMEs that are members of Perkumpulan Pengusaha Gading Sukowati (P2GS) in Sragen. Key features include a dashboard, sales management, purchase management, product master data, stock-taking, reporting, and store settings. The WhatsApp API integration enables automated messaging to customers, enhancing retention and engagement. Evaluation results indicate a 23% increase in customer retention, an 18% reduction in marketing costs, and a 12% increase in monthly revenue. The system’s usage is documented in the P2GS E-CRM Application User Guide to facilitate adoption and training. This study demonstrates that integrating popular technologies into E-CRM systems can significantly improve efficiency and performance in MSMEs

Abstract

Abstrak— Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan industri suatu negara. Hampir 90% dari total usaha yang ada di dunia merupakan kontribusi dari UMKM. Disamping itu, UMKM mempunyai kontribusi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untyk mengetahui pemanfaatan aplikasi teknologi Informasi oleh pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui indept interview, observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan FGD terhadap pelaku UMKM di Kota Surakarta. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa para pelaku UMKM di Kota Surakarta sudah memanfaatkan aplikasi teknologi informasi di dalam membantu kegiatan usahanya dalam hal komunikasi, promosi dan riset. Teknologi informasi memberikan manfaat kepada pelaku UMKM di dalam meningkatkan kegiatan usahanya. Kata kunci— UMKM, Aplikasi, Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

Investment is becoming a trend that stands out in society, therefore cases of fraud or illegal investments via the internet have been increasingly happening lately, students can become victims if they do not have adequate investment knowledge, sufficient financial literacy, and good financial management. This study aims to determine the influence of investment knowledge, social media influencers and financial literacy on students' interest in investing in the capital market. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that investment knowledge had a positive and insignificant influence on investment intention, social media influencers and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. The implications of this research are for related party policy recommendations, financial education and financial product development.
