Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and location either partially or simultaneously on consumer buying interest at Taras Indah Supermarket Batam. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with the number of respondents as many as 90 consumers and data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study found that the multiple linear regression model is Y = 1.684 + 0.146X1 + 0.414X2 + 0.378X3 + e. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) the price variable had no and no significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount of 1.423 < ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.158 > 0.05. (2) the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount value of 3.803 > ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (3) the location variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount value of 3.895 > ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. And the f test shows that the fcount for price, promotion, and location is 323,175 > ftable 2.71 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variables of price, promotion and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at Taras Indah Supermarket Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on the intention to move employees. This research was conducted at PT Winner group Batam, with a total population of 130. In this study, researchers used a simple random sampling technique. In this technique, sample members were taken from the population at random without paying attention to the strata in the population. by drawing lots, selecting numbers from a list at random. so this research sample took a sample of 50 respondents, the researcher used the multiple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS version 22 program as a data processing tool. The results showed that compensation had a negative and significant effect on the intention to move (tcount=-2.806 < ttable 1.67866). The results showed that work motivation had a negative and significant effect on the intention to move (tcount=-2.630< ttable1.67866). The results showed that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on intention to move (tcount=-2.985<ttable 1.67866).The results showed that job satisfaction, work motivation, and work environment have an influence and significant on interest in moving (Fcount = 4.080 > Ftable 2.81)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Eastsun Batam, penelitian ini berupa studi keputakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data tersebut dioleh menggunakan ssps dengan jumlah populasi 83 karyawan. Metode sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode sampe jenuh. Hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikan 5% menunjukan bahwa: (1) Variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai thitung 13,296 > ttabel 1,990. (2) Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai thitung 2,531ttabel 1,990. (3) Variabel kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai thitung 4,671 > ttabel 1,990. (4) Variabel motivasi, kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 94,8% dan sisanya 5,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian yang digunakan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung 480,978 > Ftabel 2,715 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap Kinerja guru Sekolah Harapan Utama di Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 Guru dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analis yang digunakan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: variabel gaya kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 t hitung sebesar 5,202 > t tabel 2,013. Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,328 < t tabel 2,013. Dari uji F hitung 1014,259 > 3,200 dengan signifikansi 0,000 diketahui bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan yang searah dan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 97,90%, sedangkan sisanya 2,10% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel penelitian yang digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of the Quality Department of PT PCI Elektronik Internasional in Batam City. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Sampling used the Slovin formula with 89 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is distributed via the Google form. Data analysis using SPSS. The results of the study found that the training variable had a tcount of 4.921 > ttable of 1.662 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, the compensation variable had a tcount of -2.316 <ttable 1.662 and a significance value of 0.023 <0.05, then H0 accepted and Ha rejected the motivational variable has a tcount of 4.514 > ttable of 1.662 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The three variables namely training, compensation and motivation together have an Fcount of 74.156 > Ftable of 2.71 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that simultaneously training, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT PCI Quality Department employees. The relationship between variables can be written by the equation Y=13.048+0.381X1-0.290X2+0.472X3. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 72.4% while the remaining 27.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer loyalty at PT Batam Trans. The sample of this research is the customers of PT Batam Trans, totaling 111 people. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, observation, and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was no positive and significant effect between the variables of service quality and customer loyalty, as evidenced by tcount 0.321<ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.113>0.05, there was no positive and significant effect between the price and customer loyalty variables. with tcount 0.404 < ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.035<0.05. There is a positive and significant effect between promotions and customer loyalty, as evidenced by tcount t11.054>ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.032<0.05. There is a significant effect between service quality, price, promotion on customer loyalty, as evidenced by Fcount 138,609>2.99 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, the value of Adjusted R Square obtained is 0.795, indicating about 79.50% of the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, training and rewards on employee performance. The population of this study is employees, amounting to 150 people. A sample of 109 employees uses the Slovin formula in sampling. The analysis technique used is t-test and F-test. The results of this study prove that: The t-value of motivation is 3.057 with a significant level of 0.011 (alpha <0.05). Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or motivation partially affects employee performance. The calculated t value for training is 5.457 with a significant level of 0.000 (alpha <0.05). Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or training partially affects employee performance. The t value for the award is 2.103 with a significant level of 0.038 (alpha <0.05). Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or work training partially affects employee performance. Based on the beta value, it is known that (X1, X2, X3) which has the most dominant effect on employee performance is training (X2) with a beta value of 0.492 or 49.2%. From the F test, the independent variables X1, X2, and X3 were counted as 253.535 with a significant level of 0.000. This significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05 which indicates that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means that motivation (X1), training (X2), and appreciation (X3) simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions, credit interest rates and services either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the People's Credit Bank (BPR) Dana Nusantara in KC SP Plaza Batam. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with a total of 109 respondents and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study found that tcount was 4.648 > ttable was 1.659 with a significantce level of 0.00 <0.05, so the of promotion had positif a significant and significantce effect on customer satisfaction. tcount of 1.198 < ttable of 1.659 with a significantce level of 0.234 <0.05, then credit interest rates have no positif and insignificant effect on tcount of 3.538 > ttable 1.659 with a significantce level of 0.001 <0.05, then service has a positif and significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the F test it is known that the fcount of promotions, credit interest rates, and services is 120.688 > 2.69 ftable with a significantce value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the variabel. promotion, interest rates, and services simultaneously have a positif and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the People's Credit Bank (BPR) Dana Nusantara KC SP Plaza Batam. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Laundry Box di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi jadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan disebarkan melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja mempunyai nilai 〖 t〗_hitung -2,814 < 〖 t〗_tabel 1,671 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007 < 0,05, maka 〖 H〗_0 diterima dan 〖 H〗_a ditolak, variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai nilai 〖 t〗_hitung 5,232 > 〖 t〗_tabel 1,671 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka 〖 H〗_0 ditolak dan 〖 H〗_a diterima, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai 〖 t〗_hitung 2,522 > 〖 t〗_tabel 1,671 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 < 0,05 maka 〖 H〗_0 ditolak dan 〖 H〗_a diterima. Ketiga variabel yaitu pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara Bersama-sama mempunyai nilai 〖 t〗_hitung 18,298 > 〖 t〗_tabel 2,77 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Laundry Box di Kota Batam.
