Abstract

The majority of Indonesian people now get news and information from social media sites. The use of social media as a promotional tool has been documented in numerous examples. However, successfully using social media for promotional purposes is not just a snap of the palm. Many people quickly give up after trying social media marketing. To help small businesses reach a wider audience, this article will provide a social media approach. Lardi's Social Media Strategy Framework was used at every stage of the research process, which included interviews, observation, and reading of relevant literature. As a result of this research, small businesses will have access to social media expansion techniques. It is hoped that small business actors will get some insights about how and for what to use social media from the social media plans that have been developed.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk perjanjian kerja yang ada di Indonesia adalah perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT), atau yang biasa kita menggunakan konsep perjanjian kerja kontrak. Berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja terdapat cukup banyak perubahan-perubahan yang signifikan, salah satunya yang berkaitan dengan ketentuan dan pelaksanaan PKWT, serta hak yang di peroleh pekerja PKWT. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Status kedudukan hukum tenaga kerja PKWT dalam perspektif  UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, dan bagaimana Pemenuhan hak pekerja setelah di PHK secara sepihak Menurut UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang  Cipta Kerja. Metedologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris, yaitu mengacu pada norma-norma hukum yang ada dalam peraturan perundangan, literatur, pendapat para ahli, makalah-makalah, dan hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penilitian ke lapangan melakukan wawancara kepada akademisi hukum dan kuasa hukum penggugat di kantor lembaga bantuan hukum (LBH) Bandar Lampung untuk mendapat data otentik yang nantinya digunakan sebagai bahan analisis dan penyusunan hasil penelitian.  Hasil penelitian terhadap kedudukan hukum Pekerja PKWT dalam pertimbangan hakim dengan putusan PN Tanjung Karang No. 23/Pdt.Sus.PHI/2022, yaitu sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan UU No 11 tahun  Cipta Kerja. Kesesuaian tersebut dikarenakan hakim membuat putusan setelah mempertimbangkan fakta yang ada, yang mengacu pada UU No 11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, Peraturan Pemerintah 35 tahun 2021, dan UU No 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Hasil penelitian terhadap Pemenuhan hak pekerja yang di peroleh dalam UU No 11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dalam penelitian ini antara lain: uang ganti rugi, uang kompensasi, uang pesangon, serta uang penggantian hak.Kata Kunci: PKWT, Hak Pekerja, UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja.

Abstract

Background. Literacy is an important foundation for the progress of individuals and communities, but in many rural areas of Indonesia, including Wilanagara Village, reading interest and literacy levels are still low due to limited access to reading materials, facilities, and reading habits that are not optimal. The Literacy Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) is present as an innovative response to overcome this issue by utilizing the Community Reading Park (TBM) of Wilanagara Village as a center for non-formal learning activities. Purpose. The purpose of this service is to implement the role of KKN students as agents of change in increasing reading interest and literacy skills, as well as empowering TBM managers and the community to ensure the program. Method. Students carry out a series of program strategies, including assistance in the management of TBM (cataloging and labeling of books), interactive literacy training for children, and active collaboration with village officials and community leaders. Result. Despite challenges such as limited TBM facilities and inadequate management participation, the program has succeeded in increasing the active participation of the community (especially children) and building the foundation of a more organized TBM management system. Conclusion. This KKN program not only improves basic literacy in the short term but also creates an inclusive learning community and encourages a sustainable literacy culture. Implementation. This program is an effective model of community empowerment to improve the quality of human resources at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of soft skills and hard skills on employment readiness (comparative study of Gen Z and Gen M) in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this a research is Gen Z and Gen M in Bengkulu City. The population in this study is unknown because of the large number and scope of objects so wide that the method used is non-probability sampling. The method used for determining the sample is random Sampling which determines the number of samples used in this research using the Cochran formula with 91 Gen Z samples and 91 Gen M samples. The data collection method uses a questionnaire using an ordinal scale measurement tool. Data analysis techniques using Dual Liniear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test and Paired t – test .The results of this research can be concluded that the variables Soft Skill and Hard Skill have a positive and significant influence on Work Preparedness.
