Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to fill this knowledge gap by developing an appropriate marketing strategy for Lollipop Shops in the Tuasan area, Medan City, North Sumatra. The methods that will be used include a segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) approach, effective digital marketing, appropriate promotions, and developing customer relationships to significantly increase customer interest and loyalty. This research will use a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the marketing strategy implemented by the Lollipop Shop, customer perceptions and behavior, as well as factors that influence customer interest and loyalty. This approach was chosen because it allows an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon under study. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy implemented by the Lolipop Shop has provided positive results in attracting and retaining customers in the Tuasan area, Medan City. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved in order to increase customer interest and loyalty and strengthen the store's position in the local cosmetics market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of GO-JEK as a pioneer of online transportation services in Indonesia, with a focus on socio-economic impacts, economic challenges, and government support. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, utilizing relevant academic literature published in the last 10 years. The results of the analysis show that GO-JEK has a significant positive impact on the national economy, such as job creation, increasing MSME income, and empowering certain groups. However, challenges such as partner income and competition with the traditional sector need to be addressed. Continued government support is key to the development of the GO-JEK business model to provide inclusive and sustainable socio-economic impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to The opportunities and challenges of creating cutting-edge Islamic financial products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Cemara Asri are examined in this study. Interviews, observations, and document analysis are the methods used to gather data for the qualitative research approach. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in developing sharia financial products include limited sharia financial literacy in the community, complex regulations, competition with conventional financial products, and limited technological and innovation resources. However, there are great opportunities for BSI KCP Cemara Asri to develop innovative sharia financial products, including increasing public awareness of the sharia economy, government support in strengthening sharia financial regulations, and technological advances that enable the digitalization of banking services. Strategies that can be implemented include increasing sharia financial literacy, optimizing digital technology in product development, and strengthening collaboration with various parties, including sharia fintech. By overcoming existing challenges and using available opportunities, BSI KCP Cemara Asri can increase competitiveness and provide more inclusive and innovative sharia financial solutions for the community.
