Thisostudyofocuses on theoapplication ofomurabahahocontracts to finance home renovations at the PT BPRS Amanah Bangsa sidamanik cash office. The purposeoof this studyois to find out how the implementation of the Murabahah contract for financingohome renovations and to find out what are the benefits of implementing the Murabahah contract for financing home renovations to customers. The research method used is a library studio by collecting data and utilizing theories related to the problems to be discussed, which are produced from various books related to the study. And also field studies by conducting questions and answers to parties related to this research. The results show that 1) Banks are sellers of raw materials for home renovations and customers are buyers. The bank provides the materials desired by the customer by buying the raw material from the seller/supplier, then selling it to the buyer (customer) at a price different or higher than the purchase price made by Islamic banks 2) There are benefits when using a Murabahah contract in renovation house, namely: avoiding usury, and installment payments are automatically deducted via debit accoun

Murabahah adalah akad jual beli barang dengan harga jual sebesar harga perolehan di tambah keuntungan yang di sepakatidan penjual harus mengungkapkan biaya perolehan barang tersebut kepada pemilik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi murabahah tidak harus dalam bentuk pembayaran tangguh (kredit), melainkan dapat juga dalam bentuk tunai setelah menerima barang, di tangguhkan dengan mencicil setelah menerimah barang ataupun di tangguhkan dengan membayar sekaligus di kemudian hari (PSAK 102 paragraf 8). Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, jenis pendekatan yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi.Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akad murabahah dan akad kekuasaan didukung oleh syariah. Demikian pula, harus ada pembedaan yang jelas antara keistimewaan dan kewajiban akad murabahah dan kemampuan untuk membeli. Dalam akad murabahah dengan daya beli, bank adalah pedagang pada saat akad murabahah terjadi dan nasabah sebagai pembeli. Sementara itu, dalam kekuasaan untuk membeli, bank ditempatkan sebagai pemberi kekuatan dan nasabah adalah penerima manfaat dari perjanjian akad tersebut. Akad murabahah dilaksanakan setelah kuasa hukum untuk membeli terjadi.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Interpersoonal Communication, Emotional Stability, and Social Support on Employee Performance at Bank Muamalat Medan Balaikota. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The number of population in this study was 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal comunication and emotional stability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while social support has no effect on employee performance.Keyword : Interpersonal comunication, Emotional Stability, Social Support, Employee Performance

This research was conducted to find out the quality of graduates, how long the wait for work is, and how the relevance of the implementation of the curriculum that has been implemented in the study program to the needs of the labor market. The latest data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that as of August 2022, Indonesia’s unemployment rate was recorded at 5.86% of the total working-age population of 209.42 million people. What was astonishing is, of the 209.42 million people, almost 673.49 thousand (7.99%) were undergraduate graduates (S1). This tracer study is an evaluative descriptive study that seeks to describe the profile of graduates and the relevance of the curriculum materials for the Sharia Banking Program through a survey approach. From the results of this study, it is known that the waiting time for graduates to work in companies for more than 6 months is greater by 66 people, for the period before 6 months there are only 26 people and the time span above 18 months is around 24 people. Where the suitability of the field of work graduates as many as 88 people.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, trust, location, income, and public views related to profit sharing in saving at Islamic banks. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative. Sampling techniques are simple random sampling and questionnaires. The results showed that financial literacy and location did not affect the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. Trust, income and perception of profit sharing have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. The need to expand the arrangement of data on Islamic banks such as sharia principles and products/goods in Islamic banks, so that interest in saving at Islamic banks will increase.

This research examines the application of murabahah contracts to mortgage financing products at Bank Sumut Syariah. This research aims to understand the process of implementing the Murabahah contract in its application to mortgage financing, as well as analyzing the impact on customers and what the policies of this sharia bank are. The research method is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of this research indicate that Bank Sumut Syariah has implemented the Murabahah Agreement in its financing, especially in mortgage financing. KPR financing products have received a positive response which can help customers. Customers get benefits and benefits in product clarity. And banks can face operational and management risks that need to be addressed. The implications of this research are the basis for Sharia Banks in improving products and services, and strengthening the concept of Islamic finance in banking.

This article aims to analyze the procedures for providing consumer financing and the mechanism for resolving problematic consumer financing at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. This research obtained primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained through books, journals and other articles. The results of this research explain the procedures for providing consumer financing correctly and optimally and explain the procedures or mechanisms for resolving problematic consumer financing correctly and optimally from the process to the final stage. So that it can minimize the occurrence of problematic consumer financing.

This research discusses the implementation of the 5C principles (compliance, character, capacity, capital, guarantee) in multipurpose financing using murabahah contracts. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which these aspects are integrated in sharia financing practices, with a focus on transparency, fairness and sustainability. It is hoped that the results of the analysis will provide insight into the effectiveness of implementing the 5C principles in the context of multipurpose murabahah financing. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. In a qualitative approach, this research utilizes in-depth interviews with stakeholders related to multipurpose financing based on murabahah contracts. Direct observations of the process of implementing the 5C principles were also carried out. Content analysis was used to extract qualitative findings, enabling an in-depth understanding of how the 5C principles are reflected in these financing practices. This approach opens up space for deeper interpretation and context.

The aim of this research is for us to find out how influential Bank Syariah Indonesia's products are in the era of the generation of children who choose to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which we researched precisely at KCP Medan Simpang Limun. The research we took was taken from the results of a survey where in the era of the younger generation how many people used Bank Syariah Indonesia to access their finances. Data collection will be collected through interviews or through data from the opening of a savings book at Bank BSI KCP Medan Simpang Limun. The results of the implementation research into the use of Bank Syariah Indonesia products in the era of the younger generation will be completed through data from Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Simpang Limun where the results of implementation will be proven how influential the young generation is in using access to Indonesian sharia banking at this time at KCP Medan Simpang Limun.

This research examines the analysis of frontliner service quality on customer satisfaction with transaction at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya. This research aims to understand the quality of frontliner service on customer satisfaction, as well as analyze the ompact on customer and what is more about this sharia bank. The method in this research is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of the research show that Bank Sumut Syariah has provided a very good level of service but still needs to improve sevice to customer to minimize risk that may aris in the future. It also needs to be avoided so that analyzing customer complaints should not be done alone to avoid the emergence of non-objective assessments of customer.
