Abstract

Gajah Putih is a climate village located in Karangasem Village, Laweyan, Surakarta City. This village is one of the locations of the climate village program that is considered successful because it has received a certificate as a location of the Main Category Climate Village Program from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2019. However, this village has not been optimized to convey information to the outside community. The village does not yet have a medium to efficiently convey information and education to the community, especially for people outside the area, making it difficult for people to find information about programs, activities and interesting activities that are running in this village. So far, to find complete information about the programs and activities being carried out by Gajah Putih, outsiders are still required to come directly to the location of this climate village. In this research, the method used is the Waterfall method which consists of five stages, namely: Needs Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing or Implementation, and Maintenance. With this website-based company profile, it will be beneficial for Gajah Putih Village, because it is a medium of information between Gajah Putih and the community. This company profile was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a data delivery medium and the web server is localhost PHP Myadmin.

Abstract

Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih merupakan sebuah lokasi yang dinilai berhasil dalam menjalankan program-program mereka dalam hal pelestarian lingkungan. Namun, Kampung ini belum memiliki media untuk menyampaikan informasi serta edukasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan mudah diakses, terutama pada masyarakat luar daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rancangan desain sebuah company profile berbasis website. Pembuatan company profile berbasis website ini agar mudah diakses melalui internet kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk media sarana Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih dalam mempromosikan serta menyampaikan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat secara efisien, terutama untuk masyarakat luar daerah, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah untuk mencari informasi mengenai program, aktifitas dan kegiatan menarik yang sedang berjalan di kampung ini. Abstract

Modern technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including agriculture and environmental management. Challenges faced in plant cultivation include limited clean water sources and waste generated from various agricultural and aquaculture systems. The ornamental plant Sansevieria is one type of plant widely used in interior design due to its ability to improve air quality and its attractive aesthetics. By utilizing wastewater from fish ponds as an irrigation medium, it is hoped that these plants will not only be able to grow well and obtain adequate nutritional intake, but can also provide additional benefits in the form of reusing resources previously considered waste. The technology to be developed is based on the integration of the Internet of Things, which utilizes wastewater from freshwater fish aquaculture as an irrigation medium for ornamental Sansevieria plants. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, a systematic approach that aims to develop, test, and refine a product through a series of gradual steps. One of the results of this research is a system that is able to demonstrate its potential in reducing dependence on clean water and providing new uses for aquaculture waste to maintain plant health efficiently.
