Abstract

Abstract This study aims :1)to describe process of learning mathematics in vocational RSBI Surakarta.2) to know whether the process of learning mathematics in vocational RSBI Surakarta whether it is in accordance with quality assurance system RSBI.This study used a qualitative approach. The subject of this study was a mathematics teacher in class XI program of tourism expertise. The data was taken by RPP and learning activities in the transformation geometry subject. Instruments used observation and interview guide sheet. Techniques of data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used the triangulation  methods and data sources. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.These results indicated that: 1) The process of learning mathematics at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta were as follows (a) The planning was not appropriate  with the standards process because there are some errors in the writing of the identity,  programming skills are not included the amount of meetings and the planning has not been made  (b) The implementation of  mathematics learning  in the transformation geometry subject in early learning activities, the teacher of grade XI mathematics SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta apperception conducted a glimpse for repeating previous material. The main activities of learning, classroom math teacher of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta XI UPW has implemented major exploration by encouraging students to do the experiment in determining the reflection point and the point of rotation with Geogebra software media, teachers conducted elaboration by discussion and taking conclusion after demonstration done without giving opportunities for students to analyzit. The teacher conducted confirmation by giving positive feedback and reinforcement in verbal to the success of students, gave the confirmation to the result of exploration and elaboration and got correction to the student mistakes. (c) The use of information technology-based media on the powerpoint application program, animation or presentation media in the mathematics learning process was optimally supported by Geogebra media software as supported transformation geometry media. (d) Use the usual methods of teaching applied mathematics teacher SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta was demonstration because it considered suitable for the material submitted with the help of the above media. (e) The use of English in learning mathematics restricted for the opening only, the slides that used in the learning was also not in English. (F) In the end of the lesson the teacher give students chance to ask which part of the material that still not understand, Taking conclusion from the material together with the students, giving exercises, and post test. (g) In the assessment step, grade XI mathematics teacher of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta correcting students' test results, give feedbacks and comments, restore the work to the students.The results of the research also showed that; 2) The process of mathematics learning at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta if it has been related with quality assurance system are (a) The process of mathematics learning is good but not meet the standards process and has not been riched by learning process from one of developed OECD country or other developing country. (b) The process of learning in mathematic have developing a noble character, manners, noble, excellent personality, leadership, life enterpreneural, patriot and soul. (c) The use of English in mathematics teaching was too minimal only at the opening, the delivering materials also have not to use English. (d) The use of ICT have good proved by the learning process using the LCD and Geogebra software.Keywords: Mathematics Learning Process, Vocational RSBI,  Quality Assurance  System

Abstract

Boolean algebra has made major contributions to computer science, especially in areas such as logic gate modeling, simplification of microprocessor circuits, geographic information systems, and digital circuits. Boolean algebra is used to analyze and simplify digital circuits, as well as in applications such as computer programs, geographic information systems, and digital circuits. This research is library research, namely by studying, researching and investigating and studying scientific works presented in the form of thesis books or papers that are relevant to the research topic. Some implementations of Boolean Algebra in Computer Science and Logic Circuit Design are Logic Programming and Logic Gates. Boolean algebra provides an essential theoretical foundation in computer science. Boolean algebra is essential in computer science, from the creation of logic circuits to recent advances in computing.

Abstract

Gajah Putih is a climate village located in Karangasem Village, Laweyan, Surakarta City. This village is one of the locations of the climate village program that is considered successful because it has received a certificate as a location of the Main Category Climate Village Program from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2019. However, this village has not been optimized to convey information to the outside community. The village does not yet have a medium to efficiently convey information and education to the community, especially for people outside the area, making it difficult for people to find information about programs, activities and interesting activities that are running in this village. So far, to find complete information about the programs and activities being carried out by Gajah Putih, outsiders are still required to come directly to the location of this climate village. In this research, the method used is the Waterfall method which consists of five stages, namely: Needs Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing or Implementation, and Maintenance. With this website-based company profile, it will be beneficial for Gajah Putih Village, because it is a medium of information between Gajah Putih and the community. This company profile was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a data delivery medium and the web server is localhost PHP Myadmin.

Abstract

The information on most village websites in Sobayan Village, Klaten, is rarely updated. This community service aims to equip village devices with the skills to present data digitally and enhance the disseminated information. The activity is carried out in three stages: preparation, training, evaluation, and instruction. Participants are assisted for one month, and their information will be updated on the village website. 90% of the village devices that undergo training update information on the website. The development methods used include stakeholder needs identification, sustainability analysis, user-friendly interface design, and implementation of appropriate technology. Continuous evaluation is conducted during the development process to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the website.Research results indicate that website development in villages can be an effective tool to expand information access, enhance community participation, and strengthen social connectivity at the local level. This activity provides valuable insights into how information technology can be strategically used to improve social and economic conditions in villages. Practical implications of these findings can guide website development efforts in other villages, reinforcing the role of technology in supporting sustainable development at the local level. This activity involves active collaboration between web developers, village governments, and local community members to ensure that the website can provide maximum benefits.

Abstract

The effect of hydroponics using used goods in growing vegetables greatly influences the surrounding environment so that it is effective and efficient so that it can reduce plastic waste in the environment. In Karangjati Village, Karanggeneng, there is a Village Park which is a project of the Boyolali city government. This project is intended for the residents of Boyolali in each village to create a village garden planted with vegetables in order to improve children's nutrition in each village in the Boyolali area. In this activity, the village residents use the garden to plant all vegetables and when they are harvested they will be harvested and distributed to all residents. However, in its management, residents only use planting techniques using soil. In Karangjati Village, they are also not yet familiar with technology that could easily introduce the village and the park in the village. And in the end the village implemented it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi GeoGebra dalam perkuliahan Kalkulus. Studi ini melibatkan dua kelas dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang berbeda: kelas kontrol yang terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional, dan kelas eksperimen yang terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi GeoGebra sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup nilai pretest dan posttest dari kedua kelas. Rata-rata nilai pretest kelas kontrol adalah 60, sedangkan kelas eksperimen adalah 61. Setelah intervensi, rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol meningkat menjadi 70, sementara kelas eksperimen meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 82. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan peningkatan nilai antara kedua kelas signifikan secara statistik (p-value < 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran Kalkulus lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, terbukti dengan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai posttest di kelas eksperimen. Oleh karena itu, GeoGebra dapat dianggap sebagai alat bantu yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi Kalkulus

Abstract

Implementing websites in village communities is a strategic step in improving community welfare and participation. By utilizing information technology, websites can provide easy access to information, services and opportunities for village communities. This research presents the background, objectives and impact of implementing websites in villages. Websites in villages can be an effective communication channel between the village government and the community, increasing transparency, participation in decision making, and economic empowerment through the promotion of local products. Apart from that, the website is also a means of education, training and access to health for village communities. Thus, implementing websites in villages not only provides technology, but also allows the community's potential to contribute to development and improve their quality of life. Successful implementation must take into account the specific village context and encourage inclusivity, digital literacy, and the use of technology to achieve sustainable development at the local level. Implementing websites in villages is not only about technology, but also about community empowerment through access to information, participation and economic development. Good implementation must take into account the unique needs of rural communities and ensure that technology can be used effectively to improve their well-beings.

Abstract

Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih merupakan sebuah lokasi yang dinilai berhasil dalam menjalankan program-program mereka dalam hal pelestarian lingkungan. Namun, Kampung ini belum memiliki media untuk menyampaikan informasi serta edukasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan mudah diakses, terutama pada masyarakat luar daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rancangan desain sebuah company profile berbasis website. Pembuatan company profile berbasis website ini agar mudah diakses melalui internet kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk media sarana Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih dalam mempromosikan serta menyampaikan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat secara efisien, terutama untuk masyarakat luar daerah, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah untuk mencari informasi mengenai program, aktifitas dan kegiatan menarik yang sedang berjalan di kampung ini. Abstract

Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang mencakup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia antara lain dalam hal perluasan wawasan, pengetahuan maupun peningkatan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh civitas akademika sebagai perwujudan dharma bakti serta wujud kepedulian untuk berperan aktif meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memberdayakan masyarakat luas terlebih bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan fungsi teknologi informasi yang berkembang saat ini, dan juga mempermudah pihak instansi dan pihak lain yang membutuhkan data dalam melakukan pengolahan dan pengaksesan data. Sistem keuangan berbasis website ini akan membantu pengurus untuk mengelola keuangan secara detail sehingga mengurangi kecurangan atau kesalahan yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dan metode pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing.

Abstract

Children in their in junior high school, still have many difficulties in learning, especially in calculating subjects such as mathematics. In class 7, 8, 9 a variety of variations of arithmetic operations one of which is arithmetic material. In addition to learning methods in the classroom, other methods such as practicing questions and also learning through games can be used. The method used in making mathematics learning applications in the form of this educational game is SDLC Waterfall. Starting from the analysis stage, flowchart design, storyboarding, asset programs, coding and making application logic to the testing stage, and finally the maintenance stage of the program in the form of an Android-based educational game that has been completed. Educational game about arithmetic material, starting from level 1 the player passes the enemy and picks up one book, after getting a book a question will appear, the player will get a value of 20 in each question asking for correct, if wrong then rating 0, if all books have been collected and all questions has been answered then the door at the end of the scene will open to proceed to the next level up to the last level which is 4. The results of manual tests and educational games also show an increase in student test scores, which can only be obtained with a value of 40, 6% to 53.2 %. It can be concluded that this educational game is feasible to be implemented in Pancasila 4 Pracimantoro Junior High School.
