Abstract

Sangiran is the biggest early man site in Indonesia which has an important value such as human evolutions, culture, early fauna, and its environments. The evidence of the living past of early man sees through fossil collection, artifact, and environment. Sangiran collections save in Sangiran Early man Museum, under the management of the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran. Sangiran site is recognized as a World Cultural Heritage that has a problem in disseminating information about its important value. There are still many people who don't know about the important value of Sangiran.Related to the problem, the writer arranges an application that aims to make it easy for the community in getting information about the collection in the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran quickly, simple, and informative. This application is designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. In making this application, the writer uses software Construct 2 that is editor of game HTML5 based developed by Scirra Ltd who maximizes the editor's visual function and behavior-based logic system.The result of the research, the writer makes a mobile informative system that is "Application of the Introduction of Fossil and Artefact Collection in the Preservation Center of Early Man Sangiran Site Cluster Krikilan Based on Android". The advantage of this system is it can be an introduction media by the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran which only used with Android, meanwhile the weakness is it can only be operated on Android, not yet able to ios and desktop.

Abstract

In the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, companies are trying to implement information technology to increase competitive competitiveness. Information technology is implemented within the company to increase productivity and help achieve quality, time standards, and satisfaction for consumers and employees, wherein business this is manifested in a set of systems consisting of information systems and supporting infrastructure. One solution is to implement a system to manage all company resources or what is called an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Implementing an ERP system requires high costs and is highly dependent on the vendor. The purpose of this research is to build an ERP system on an open-source basis so that it can be used by middle to lower enterprises as an alternative to ERP systems to support the company's operations.The ERP system was developed using the waterfall system development method. The result of this research is the development of an ERP system based on open source. The conclusion of this research is that the ERP system can be configured according to the needs of small and medium scale companies. Can record documentation of company operational activities. The centralized database system provides benefits for companies to view data on business operations. Suggestions given for further research are to develop warehouse management and material management modules.

Abstract

The success of national development apart from being seen from the high rate of economic growth, the most important thing is the success in the aspect of human development. The Human Development Index is a measure used to monitor and evaluate human development. The purpose of this study is to measure the classification accuracy of the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2022 with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and a performance measurement tool for classification problems, namely the Confusion Matrix. Based on the research results, it can be obtained that the percentage accuracy of the classification of the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2022 with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is not directly proportional to the increase in the amount of training data, this conclusion implies that it is necessary to consider scientifically in determining the ratio of testing data and training data.

Abstract

Gajah Putih is a climate village located in Karangasem Village, Laweyan, Surakarta City. This village is one of the locations of the climate village program that is considered successful because it has received a certificate as a location of the Main Category Climate Village Program from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2019. However, this village has not been optimized to convey information to the outside community. The village does not yet have a medium to efficiently convey information and education to the community, especially for people outside the area, making it difficult for people to find information about programs, activities and interesting activities that are running in this village. So far, to find complete information about the programs and activities being carried out by Gajah Putih, outsiders are still required to come directly to the location of this climate village. In this research, the method used is the Waterfall method which consists of five stages, namely: Needs Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing or Implementation, and Maintenance. With this website-based company profile, it will be beneficial for Gajah Putih Village, because it is a medium of information between Gajah Putih and the community. This company profile was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a data delivery medium and the web server is localhost PHP Myadmin.

Abstract

The information on most village websites in Sobayan Village, Klaten, is rarely updated. This community service aims to equip village devices with the skills to present data digitally and enhance the disseminated information. The activity is carried out in three stages: preparation, training, evaluation, and instruction. Participants are assisted for one month, and their information will be updated on the village website. 90% of the village devices that undergo training update information on the website. The development methods used include stakeholder needs identification, sustainability analysis, user-friendly interface design, and implementation of appropriate technology. Continuous evaluation is conducted during the development process to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the website.Research results indicate that website development in villages can be an effective tool to expand information access, enhance community participation, and strengthen social connectivity at the local level. This activity provides valuable insights into how information technology can be strategically used to improve social and economic conditions in villages. Practical implications of these findings can guide website development efforts in other villages, reinforcing the role of technology in supporting sustainable development at the local level. This activity involves active collaboration between web developers, village governments, and local community members to ensure that the website can provide maximum benefits.

Abstract

The effect of hydroponics using used goods in growing vegetables greatly influences the surrounding environment so that it is effective and efficient so that it can reduce plastic waste in the environment. In Karangjati Village, Karanggeneng, there is a Village Park which is a project of the Boyolali city government. This project is intended for the residents of Boyolali in each village to create a village garden planted with vegetables in order to improve children's nutrition in each village in the Boyolali area. In this activity, the village residents use the garden to plant all vegetables and when they are harvested they will be harvested and distributed to all residents. However, in its management, residents only use planting techniques using soil. In Karangjati Village, they are also not yet familiar with technology that could easily introduce the village and the park in the village. And in the end the village implemented it.

Abstract

Kecamatan Colomadu Kota Karanganyar membuka atau memberi kesempatan untuk peserta magang (Siswa atau Mahasiswa) untuk dapat melakukan magang, namun dalam pengelolaan peserta sangat memakan waktu karena dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan instansi, permohonan penerimaan magang, sampai pada rekap data penerimaan peserta magang. Untuk menangani hal tersebut perlu adanya sistem informasi penerimaan peserta magang yang membantu dalam pengajuan magang, pengelolaan data dan perekapan peserta melalui website. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta magang ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, yang melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode sistem, pengujian sistem, dan penerapan sistem. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen kemahasiswaan ini menggunakan framework laravel, text editor Sublime Text 3, bahas pemrograman PHP dan pengelolaan database dengan MYSQL. Dalam tahap penelitian ini yaitu dari penggalian kebutuhan, desain aplikasi, implementasi prototype, evaluasi website, desain final, implementasi hasil dan pengujian dengan tujuan yaitu membangun manajemen pengelolaan data peserta magang untuk dapat menggunakan tools-tools, seperti pendataan peserta magang, perekapan laporan, verifikasi peserta magang dan penguploadan surat yang kemudian terekap pada database sistem untuk membantu pelacakan data.

Abstract

Implementing websites in village communities is a strategic step in improving community welfare and participation. By utilizing information technology, websites can provide easy access to information, services and opportunities for village communities. This research presents the background, objectives and impact of implementing websites in villages. Websites in villages can be an effective communication channel between the village government and the community, increasing transparency, participation in decision making, and economic empowerment through the promotion of local products. Apart from that, the website is also a means of education, training and access to health for village communities. Thus, implementing websites in villages not only provides technology, but also allows the community's potential to contribute to development and improve their quality of life. Successful implementation must take into account the specific village context and encourage inclusivity, digital literacy, and the use of technology to achieve sustainable development at the local level. Implementing websites in villages is not only about technology, but also about community empowerment through access to information, participation and economic development. Good implementation must take into account the unique needs of rural communities and ensure that technology can be used effectively to improve their well-beings.

Abstract

Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih merupakan sebuah lokasi yang dinilai berhasil dalam menjalankan program-program mereka dalam hal pelestarian lingkungan. Namun, Kampung ini belum memiliki media untuk menyampaikan informasi serta edukasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan mudah diakses, terutama pada masyarakat luar daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rancangan desain sebuah company profile berbasis website. Pembuatan company profile berbasis website ini agar mudah diakses melalui internet kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk media sarana Kampung Iklim Gajah Putih dalam mempromosikan serta menyampaikan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat secara efisien, terutama untuk masyarakat luar daerah, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah untuk mencari informasi mengenai program, aktifitas dan kegiatan menarik yang sedang berjalan di kampung ini. Abstract

Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang mencakup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia antara lain dalam hal perluasan wawasan, pengetahuan maupun peningkatan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh civitas akademika sebagai perwujudan dharma bakti serta wujud kepedulian untuk berperan aktif meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memberdayakan masyarakat luas terlebih bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan fungsi teknologi informasi yang berkembang saat ini, dan juga mempermudah pihak instansi dan pihak lain yang membutuhkan data dalam melakukan pengolahan dan pengaksesan data. Sistem keuangan berbasis website ini akan membantu pengurus untuk mengelola keuangan secara detail sehingga mengurangi kecurangan atau kesalahan yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dan metode pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing.
