Abstract

Latar belakang: Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) sangat dianjurkan oleh pemerintah sebagai salah satu upaya efektif mencegah kehamilan. MKJP memiliki tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi untuk Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) dalam mengatur kehamilan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan MKJP, faktor tersebut antara lain berasal dari ketersediaan layanan, peran orang-orang terdekat dan media edukasi. Tujuan : Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran suami dalam pengambilan keputusan penggunaan MKJP IUD dan Implant. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan total informan 5 orang, dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan observasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September – Oktober 2023 di BPM Istri Yuliani Gentan Sardonoharjo Sleman. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil wawancara seluruh informan utama menyampaikan bahwa pengambilan keputusan untuk penggunaan alat kontrsepsi IUD dan Implant diserahkan sepenuhnya pada istri. Pernyataan tersebut senada dengan hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci, bahwa suami mendukung penuh keputusan istri dalam pemilihan alat kontrasepsi IUD maupun Implant. Hasil observasi suami menemani istri dalam pemasangan IUD/ Implant. Hasil triangulasi sumber : Bidan mengatakan manyoritas akseptor KB IUD dan Impalnt dapat pendampingan dari suami, khususnya untuk informan penelitian. Kesimpulan: Para suami menyerahkan sepenuhnya pengambilan keputusan penggunaan MKJP IUD/ Implant pada istri dan ikut mendampingi pada saat pemasangan alat kontrsepsi

Abstract

Background: Long-Term Contraceptive Method (LTC) is one of the effective efforts to space pregnancies. There is a psychological impact in prospective Intra Uterine Device (IUD) acceptors regarding the side effects that may appear after installation. One of the obstacles that causes women of childbearing age to use the IUD method is because of the level of anxiety, worry, and fear. Objectives: To analyze the characteristics and determine the level of anxiety of mothers who accept IUD and Implant KB. Methods: This research was a descriptive research type. conducted in August-December 2023 at the Isti Yuliani Independent Midwife Practice (PMB). The sample technique in this study used total sampling with 56 respondents. The research instrument with a questionnaire measuring anxiety levels with HRSA with the results of the Cronbach's Alpha test was 0.793 with the number of items 14 items greater than 0.6. The analysis used univariate.. Results: The characteristics of respondents in this study were 100% in the range of Women of Childbearing Age (WCA), the majority completed secondary education as much as 87.5%, had a parity of more than one 80.4%, respondents were unemployed 83.9%, chose the most LTC was IUD 53.6% and the reason respondents came / visited was to remove and at the same time reinstall LTC IUD & Implant. The anxiety in LTC IUD and Implant acceptors before the installation procedure had a mild anxiety level of 42 people (75%) and with a moderate anxiety level of 12 people (21.4%). Conclusion: The characteristics of respondents were the age of respondents in the range of WCA, the majority had secondary education, parity of more than one, the majority were unemployed, the most LTC was IUD and the reason respondents came / visited was to remove and at the same time reinstall LTC IUD & Implant. The majority experienced mild anxiety.

Abstract

Many women experience menstrual problems, including pain during menstruation, known as dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea pain is the most common complaint and is experienced by many women. Many teenagers experience dysmenorrhea in the first three years after menarche. Young adult women aged 17-24 years are the ones who most often report painful menstruation. This study aims to determine the effect of giving warm water compresses on dysmenorrhea in teenagers in Selomartani Village, Kalasan, Sleman. This research was carried out as a quasi-experiment so that data was taken before treatment and after treatment. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed with one group pre and post test. The research results showed that there was an effect of giving warm water compresses on dysmenorrhea in teenagers in Selomartani Village, Kalasan, Sleman, where the p value was <0.05.
