Abstract

One of the key factors that influence the performance and development of an organization is its culture. A strong, positive culture can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity, while a weak culture can hinder progress and reduce effectiveness. . In the era of globalization and intensifying competition, it is important for organizations to understand how their culture can be used as a tool to create. In this study, a theoretical model that combines theories about organizational culture and theories about organizational development is used. This model identifies key cultural elements, such as values, norms, and practices, and relates them to indicators of organizational development. Overall, this analysis shows that organizational culture greatly affects organizational progress. In order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization, management must pay great attention to the establishment and maintenance of a positive culture. This is because a strong culture is essential for shaping employee behavior and creating a work environment that supports high engagement and productivity. Organizations can create a dynamic and productive work environment by concentrating on developing visionary leadership, improving internal communication, and increasing employee engagement. This will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure well-being.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employee behavior. As a value system, organizational culture consists of the values and attitudes held by employees, which then become the basis for their behavior and attitudes at work. The relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance is considered capable of determining the organization's ability to face environmental changes, and even directly influences employee performance. The overall performance of an organization basically depends on the performance of each employee in it. To complete the assigned tasks, employees must comply with the standards set by the company. This is important to ensure optimal results are achieved. High performance is the result of consistency in implementing organizational culture. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture and employee performance. The method used by researchers in the sampling process was by distributing a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions to 100 respondents. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables by comparing the t_count > t_table value and the significance value is 0.000, which means <0.05.

Abstract

In the educational process at school, learning is the main activity. Learning is a conscious effort to change a person’s attitudes and behaviour. Motivation is needed to change behaviour. One type of research method based on the research location is the literature study research method. Literature study research is a series of research related to library data collection methods or research whose research objects are explored through various library information. In carrying out human activities, learning motivation is needed because it is something that can cause, channel and support human behaviour so that they are active in learning and enthusiastic to achieve optimal result. One component that encourages students to learn is motivation.
