Abstract

Setiap lingkungan atau tempat kerja mengandung potensi bahaya yang tinggi sehingga diperlukan suatu upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Penyebab kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh tindakan orang yang tidak mematuhi keselamatan kerja (unsafe action) dan keadaan lingkungan atau proses dan sistem yang tidak aman (unsafe condition). Manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sudah ada secara global termasuk di indonesia. Namun pada pelaksanaannya masih banyak terjadi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Pengidentifikasian bahaya dan risiko kerja merupakan tahap awal yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mencegah terjadinya bahaya risiko K3 terhadap tindakan perawatan, dan mengetahui sumber bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam tindakan perawatan dan perbaikan dalam sistem yang diterapkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan terkait identifikasi dan penilaian risiko K3.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia sebagai negara dengan memiliki cadangan hutan hujan tropis tertinggi dan menduduki nomor tiga di dunia, memiliki ancaman serius dalam hal deforestasi. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun dari basis data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia, menunjukkan grafik deforestasi yang buruk pada kawasan hutan maupun kawasan bukan hutan di Indonesia. Deforestasi kawasan hutan tertinggi terjadi pada periode tahun 2014 hingga 2015 yang menghanguskan luas kawasan hutan sebesar 815.607,5 hektare (ha), perhitungan ini didasarkan pada kompilasi luas lahan di seluruh sebaran provinsi di Indonesia. Tingginya angka deforestasi di berbagai sebaran wilayah Indonesia, dilatarbelakangi dengan pembangunan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN), khususnya proyek food estate atau biasa disebut lumbung pangan. Proyek food estate merupakan manifestasi langkah pemerintah dalam menghadapi dan mencegah alarm krisis pangan dan kekeringan yang dispekulasi akan ditimbulkan dari wabah pandemi virus Corona yang menyerang penjuru dunia di akhir tahun 2019. Meski konstitusi telah mengamanatkan pembangunan ekonomi dan infrastruktur yang berpedoman lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, hal ini tidak juga menjadikan alarm bagi pemerintah untuk menghentikan proyek food estate yang terbukti menimbulkan kerusakan ekologis. Penafsiran yang menempatkan kedudukan lingkungan hidup hanya sebagai objek pemanfaatan harus dirubah dengan kehadiran konseptualisasi hak gugat lingkungan hidup yang memegang teguh konsep green constitution. Untuk itu, penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang dikaji melalui pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu langkah fundamental yang komprehensif dengan mengamandemen konstitusi berdasarkan konsep green constitution yang memberikan kedudukan hak gugat kepada lingkungan hidup. Kata kunci: green constitution, hak gugat, lingkungan hidup, deforestasi, lumbung pangan. ABSTRACT Indonesia, as a country with one of the largest reserves of tropical rainforests, ranking third globally, faces a serious threat of deforestation. Data compiled from Indonesia’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS) database reveals alarming deforestation trends in both forested and non-forested areas across the country. The highest rate of forest deforestation occurred between 2014 and 2015, with an area of 815,607.5 hectares (ha) being destroyed. This calculation is based on the aggregation of land area across all provinces in Indonesia. The significant deforestation rate across various regions in Indonesia is primarily driven by the development of National Strategic Projects (PSN), particularly the food estate projects. These initiatives represent the government’s response to addressing and preventing the looming threats of food crises and drought, which were speculated to arise from the global COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019. Although the constitution mandates economic and infrastructure development that adheres to the principles of environmental sustainability, this has not deterred the government from continuing food estate projects that have been proven to cause ecological damage. The prevailing interpretation that views the environment merely as an object of exploitation must be replaced with the conceptualization of environmental standing rights rooted in the framework of a green constitution. This study employs a normative juridical research method using a conceptual and comparative approach. The findings indicate the need for a fundamental and comprehensive step to amend the constitution based on the green constitution concept, which grants standing rights to the environment itself. Abstract

Hamparan Rawang District is one of the sub-districts in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province which has a culture and tradition. One of the traditional ceremonies in Hamparan Rawang District is the Kenduri Sko Traditional Ceremony or what is called Kenduri Pusako. Assessment of the cultural importance of plant species diversity in Kenduri Sko is useful in ethnobotanical studies which include subsistence activity strategies and traditional classifications. Data collection was carried out by interviewing key informants using the "in depth interview" method, then estimating the cultural importance value of each plant species used in Kenduri Sko with the ICS(Index Cultural Significance) formula. The results of the study found that Kenduri Sko is a tradition that symbolises the greatness of customs in their respective regions with the aim of improving friendship and which is characterised by the crowning of traditional titles, cleaning heirlooms and uniting male children of butino children. Based on the results of interviews and estimation of ICS values, it is known that the ICS value of useful plants for Kenduri Sko ranges from 8 to 50. Areca nut (Areca catechu L ) has the highest ICS value, while Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. has the lowest ICS value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning on mathematical communication ability, the effect of mathematics anxiety on mathematical communication ability, and the effect of self-regulated learning and mathematics anxiety on mathematical communication ability. This research is included in quantitative research with an ex post facto type of research. The population in this study was 80 students with a sample size of 45 students taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments in this research were a mathematics anxiety questionnaire, a self-regulated learning questionnaire and a mathematical communication ability test. The results of this research show that 1) there is a significant influence between mathematics anxiety on the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Praya with a variable coefficient of -1.548 and a contribution value of 18.5%; 2) there is a significant influence between self-regulated learning on the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Praya with a variable coefficient of 0.971 and a contribution value of 20.6%; 3) there is a significant influence between mathematics anxiety and self-regulated learning on the mathematical communication abilities of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Praya with a variable coefficient for mathematics anxiety of -1.084 and self-regulated learning of 0.726 and a contribution value of 28.3%. Therefore, it is hoped that teachers can implement learning strategies focusing on managing mathematics anxiety and fostering self-regulated learning in students to enhance their mathematical communication abilities.
