Abstract

Schools become producers of individuals who are intellectually capable and skilled. School is a formal educational environment, as well as forming students' personalities whose aim is to achieve 3 factors, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: How is Financial Management in Educational Institutions?, (2) What are the Principles of Financial Management in Educational Institutions?. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research methods are used to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning. Therefore, qualitative research does not emphasize generalization. The type of research used is field research, namely research going into the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The aim of financial management in educational institutions is to maximize company value, (2) the function of financial management in educational institutions is the main activity that must be carried out by those responsible in certain fields. (3) Financial Management plays a big role in running a company or educational institution because a good financial system will produce good products too.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of companions in entrepreneurial week activities and artistic creation at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan are carried out to instill entrepreneurial values ​​in students. The basis for implementing entrepreneurship week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan is the profile of Pancasila students and rahmatan lil-alamin students. The objectives of implementing the bazaar are: 1. Developing creativity and innovation. 2. Teaching entrepreneurial skills, 3. Sharpening the entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, 4. Forming multi-capable people. The forms of Bazaar Mentoring carried out are: 1. Providing direction and helping students understand the material, 2. Providing emotional support, 3. Providing constructive feedback to improve performance, 4. Arranging schedules, and overcoming problems that may arise, 5. As a role model to shape student character through positive behavior and attitudes, and 6. Collaborate and interact with other parties involved in field activities, such as parents, schools and field partners. The bazaar assistance provided was effective. This is proven by the implementation of bazaar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendamping dalam kegiatan pekan wirausaha dan kreasi seni di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan dilaksanakan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan siswa. Landasan pelaksanaan kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan adalah profil pelajar Pancasila dan pelajar rahmatan lil-alamin. Tujuan pelaksanaan bazaar adalah: 1. Mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi. 2. Mengajarkan Keterampilan Wirausaha, 3. Mengasah Jiwa Wirausaha Sejak Dini, 4. Membentuk Manusia yang multi kemampuan. Bentuk Pendampingan Bazaar yang dilakukan adalah: 1. Memberikan arahan, dan membantu siswa memahami materi, 2. Memberikan dukungan emosional, 3. Memberikan umpan balik konstruktif untuk memperbaiki kinerja, 4. Mengatur jadwal, dan mengatasi masalah yang mungkin muncul, 5. Sebagai teladan untuk membentuk karakter siswa melalui perilaku dan sikap yang positif, dan 6. Berkolaborasi dan berinteraksi dengan pihak lain yang terlibat dalam kegiatan lapangan, seperti orang tua, pihak sekolah, dan mitra lapangan. Pendampingan bazaar yang dilakukan efektif. Hal ini terbukti dengan terlaksananya kegiatan bazaar.
