Abstract

Abstract from Ratna Puspita Sari's writing; The aim of this research is to examine the evaluation and supervision of the learning process as an effort to increase teacher professionalism in schools. The method used is a qualitative research method with a type of field research. The research locations in this study were MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember. The findings in this research are that in general the implementation of academic supervision at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember has gone well. School supervisors have an adequate understanding of academic supervision and can carry out supervisory duties and functions well. Second, there are still limitations in the aspects that are the target of academic supervision by Madrasah supervisors at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz. Not all aspects of academic supervision are the focus of school supervisors. Meanwhile, at MAN 1 Jember and MAN 2 Jember, all aspects have been implemented by madrasah supervisors. Aspects supervised include learning planning, teaching and learning implementation, class management, and follow-up on learning results. Third, Madrasah Supervisors have developed quite varied academic supervision techniques at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember. Techniques used include individual supervision, such as class visits, observations, and individual meetings; group supervision, such as teacher meetings/supervision meetings, committees, and group work, as in MGMP. The approaches used in monitoring activities include those of officials, partners and families.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad 21 mengharuskan pembelajaran berbasis digital untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa. Stimulus tersebut menjadi penyelaras antara kebutuhan belajar siswa dan tuntutan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mengembangkan serta mengetahui efektivitas produk media pembelajaran berbasis website berintegrasi Islam. Media yang dikembangkan memuat materi pembelajaran Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya yang dikaitkan dengan kearifan lokal yang ada di Lamongan yang diintegrasikan dengan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development yang menggunakan lima tahap pengembangan, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli media mendapatkan penilaian 94% validasi ahli materi mendapatkan penilaian sebesar 91% dan validasi ahli pembelajaran mendapat penilaian sebesar 84,4% sehingga media berbasis website layak digunakan. Hasil efektivitas media pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata siswa pada kelompok eksperimen pada pretest sebesar 39, meningkat menjadi 85 didapatkan dari nilai posttest. Serta hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan yang didapat sebesar 0,000 artinya kurang dari 0,05 sehingga ada pengaruh penggunaan media website terhadap hasil belajar siswa level kognitif. Penggunaan media website berintegrasi Islam dapat mengurangi kesenjangan dalam pendidikan di lingkungan madrasah ibtidaiyah. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Google Site, Berintegrasi Nilai-nilai Islam

Abstract

To maximize the results and learning process, it is necessary to map student learning styles as a preference for teachers to prepare appropriate learning plans. Mapping student learning styles is carried out by carrying out formative test activities. This research is descriptive qualitative. In this research, the assessment given was in the form of a questionnaire. Students are given a number of questionnaires via the Socrative web-based application. This test was carried out to map the learning styles of class 6 A students at MI Mamba'ul Ulum Dagan TP. 2022/2023. From the results, it can be concluded that the tendency of students' learning style in class 6 A is an auditory learning style. This conclusion is based on the percentage of interpretation of the results of the money questionnaire given, namely 36.7% have an auditory learning style, 33.3% have a visual learning style, 20% have a kinesthetic learning style, 6.7% have a combined auditory and visual learning style and 3.3% have kinesthetic and visual learning styles. These results indicate that Socrative is effective for diagnostic assessment of student learning styles. Untuk dapat memaksimalkan hasil serta proses pembelajaran perlu dilaksakan pemetaan tentang gaya belajar siswa sebagai preferensi bagi guru menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran yang tepat. Pemetaan gaya belajar siswa dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan tes formatif. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini asesmen yang diberikan berbentuk quesioner. Siswa diberikan sejumlah quesioner melalui aplikasi berbasis web socrative. Tes ini dilakukan untuk memetakan gaya belajar siswa kelas 6 A MI Mamba’ul Ulum Dagan TP. 2022/2023. Hasilnya bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwasannya kecenderungan gaya belajar siswa di kelas 6 A adalah gaya belaja auditori. Kesimpulan ini berdasarkan persentase hasil interpretasi hasil isian questioner uang diberikan yaitu 36,7% gaya belajar auditori, 33,3% memiliki gaya belajar visual, 20% memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik, 6,7% memiliki gaya belajar gabungan auditori dan visual dan 3,3% memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik dan visual. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Socrative efektif untuk assesmen diagnostik gaya belajar siswa.

Abstract

This mentoring research aims to maximize strategies for increasing the ability to understand economic material and to increase the interest of students at Madrasah Aliah Ma'arif 7 Banjarwati, Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Islamic Boarding School foundation. The method used in this assistance is Participatory Action Research (PAR). This assistance will be carried out in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of this research show; MA.MA 7 Banjarwati Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School maximizes the increase in the ability to understand economic material by maximizing learning strategies, learning methods and teaching aids in learning by adapting appropriate material in the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile, to increase students' interest in studying MA.MA 7 Banjarwati Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan by formulating the problems faced by students and providing motivation to students about the importance of serious study so that it can encourage students' interest in learning with the stimulus of prizes, grades for outstanding students

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of companions in entrepreneurial week activities and artistic creation at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan are carried out to instill entrepreneurial values ​​in students. The basis for implementing entrepreneurship week activities at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan is the profile of Pancasila students and rahmatan lil-alamin students. The objectives of implementing the bazaar are: 1. Developing creativity and innovation. 2. Teaching entrepreneurial skills, 3. Sharpening the entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, 4. Forming multi-capable people. The forms of Bazaar Mentoring carried out are: 1. Providing direction and helping students understand the material, 2. Providing emotional support, 3. Providing constructive feedback to improve performance, 4. Arranging schedules, and overcoming problems that may arise, 5. As a role model to shape student character through positive behavior and attitudes, and 6. Collaborate and interact with other parties involved in field activities, such as parents, schools and field partners. The bazaar assistance provided was effective. This is proven by the implementation of bazaar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendamping dalam kegiatan pekan wirausaha dan kreasi seni di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan dilaksanakan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan siswa. Landasan pelaksanaan kegiatan pekan wirausaha di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan adalah profil pelajar Pancasila dan pelajar rahmatan lil-alamin. Tujuan pelaksanaan bazaar adalah: 1. Mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi. 2. Mengajarkan Keterampilan Wirausaha, 3. Mengasah Jiwa Wirausaha Sejak Dini, 4. Membentuk Manusia yang multi kemampuan. Bentuk Pendampingan Bazaar yang dilakukan adalah: 1. Memberikan arahan, dan membantu siswa memahami materi, 2. Memberikan dukungan emosional, 3. Memberikan umpan balik konstruktif untuk memperbaiki kinerja, 4. Mengatur jadwal, dan mengatasi masalah yang mungkin muncul, 5. Sebagai teladan untuk membentuk karakter siswa melalui perilaku dan sikap yang positif, dan 6. Berkolaborasi dan berinteraksi dengan pihak lain yang terlibat dalam kegiatan lapangan, seperti orang tua, pihak sekolah, dan mitra lapangan. Pendampingan bazaar yang dilakukan efektif. Hal ini terbukti dengan terlaksananya kegiatan bazaar.

Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum provides great opportunities for schools to develop strategies to strengthen students' competencies, skills, and flexibility. This study explores how the practice of enhancing the dimensions of the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin student profiles in the Merdeka curriculum at madrasa. The setting of the research was MIS Mambaul Ulum Lamongan. It was one of the schools with good practices in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The researcher used a qualitative approach in this study to achieve this goal. The results of the study show that the strategy of strengthening the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin student profile is carried out in an integrated manner through various approaches. All dimensions are integrated into intracurricular, co-curricular learning, madrasah programs, and extracurricular activities. On the other hand, madrasahs also manage the school environment and increase parental involvement to support the achievement of Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin (P3RA). These findings can contribute to future madrasas' educational policies, especially in strengthening the P3RA dimension sustainably.

Abstract

The PAR method is often used in community service activities. In PAR method research, the community is not just the object of research, but also researchers who have the same authority and power as other researchers, and are also recipients of research benefits. The people involved gain knowledge about solving the problems they face, while researchers receive research results and reports. This community involvement is the main superiority value of PAR. However, the large role of the community is prone to giving rise to conflicts of interest which can affect the objectivity of PAR research itself. The method used in this research is literature study with qualitative analysis. The results of this research show that the PAR methodology offers several benefits such as a democratic and fair research process that can provide experience and knowledge to the communities involved. The basic idea of ​​PAR is to educate people to think critically about the life problems they face. PAR challenges include; The process of building a common vision and understanding of the roles between the community involved and researchers, maintaining the objectivity of information about the problem topic, contextual factors that occur during research, the time that can be very long and large resources as well as the measurement and relevance of research results. The solution is intensive socialization and FGDs with research stakeholders and consistency and focus of all parties must be maintained.
