Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of PPKn teachers in shaping students' discipline. The research was conducted at SMAN 06 Mataram using a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PPKn teachers play key roles, including being creative and innovative educators, serving as role models, and enforcing discipline through Kebun Bina Karakter, a program where students engage in farming activities as a form of sanction for indiscipline. However, challenges persist, primarily due to the influence of technology, such as mobile phones, which make it difficult for students to distinguish between right and wrong. Furthermore, many students lack clear life goals. The study concludes that PPKn teachers have effectively contributed to enhancing students' discipline at SMAN 06 Mataram. Future research could explore how integrating positive technology use that can further strengthen students' discipline in the face of digital-era challenges.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) have an important role in the country's economic development. Even though UMKM make a large contribution and are the backbone of the national economy, they face many problems, including: 1) Not having a business license, 2) Low knowledge on how to run a business, 3) Not using digital marketing to increase sales, 4) Not doing business branding, and 5) Lack of product innovation. This is also a problem UMKM in Keroya Village which makes the community's economy not increase. So it is necessary to empower UMKM and assistance in carrying out product innovations to be able to improve the community's economy. With regard to the description above, an experiment was carried out in innovating processed tempe products, namely making tempeh chocolate. Making this product innovation aims to improve Value Added of tempe products in Keroya Village. It is hoped that through the empowerment of UMKM and innovation of tempeh chocolate products, it can help UMKM in Keroya Village to further develop in the future and the product of tempeh chocolate in Keroya Village can be recognized by the wider community so that it can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

The fourth teaching campus program is one of the MBKM programs from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. It was carried out by students in groups at placement schools, one at First Sekunyit Public Elementary School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, carried out by students planning and going directly to placement schools and carrying out activity programs. This program aims to help schools learn literacy and numeracy, adopt technology, and assist school administration. The result of implementing the KM4 program is that students help teach literacy and numeracy through various activity programs in the form of helping teach in class, carrying out class AKM (minimum competition assessment), numeracy literacy corner, talent interest development, and natural school. Judging from helping adapt technology, KM4 students carry out learning activities that are integrated with the use of innovative learning media. As for assisting administration, the implementation is in the form of data collection on students who receive BIP (competent Indonesian assistance) funds and orderly and organized library services. Apart from that, additional programs like group prayer activities, morning exercises, and Indonesian speeches exist.
