Abstract

This study aims to describe how SWOT analysis based on the marketing mix is used in Qur'anic instruction at MI Islamiyah Jombang. This research answers: 1) How does SWOT analysis based on marketing mix place the quadrant of Al-Qur'an learning? 2) How can the SWOT analysis results based on the marketing mix optimize the marketing strategy of Al-Qur'an Learning? The results showed that TPQ Al-Ichsany became part of the business unit strategy managed by MI Islamiyah Jombang to serve Qur'anic learning. The analysis of the total IFAS score for strengths is 3.025, and for weaknesses is 1.122. The EFAS score for opportunities is 2,392; for threats, it is 1,012. The position of Al-Qur'an learning at MI Islamiyah Jombang is in Quadrant I (+,+). Al-Qur'an learning is in excellent and steady condition. A marketing services strategy was used to support the aggressive growth policy. Intensive strategies through market penetration and market development are strategies to expand, enlarge growth, and seize maximum opportunities for the continuous progress of Qur'anic education.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi manajemen yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik manajemen ekstrakurikuler dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik dari perspektif teori pengembangan mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Mi Manbail Futuh dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang efektif melibatkan perencanaan yang matang, pengorganisasian yang baik, kepemimpinan yang inklusif, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pengelolaan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik juga memerlukan dukungan dari seluruh pihak di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi minat dan bakat peserta didik.

Abstract

Manajemen kinerja pengurus menjadi faktor kunci yang menentukan efektivitas pembinaan karakter santri di pesantren, namun aspek ini sering terabaikan dalam studi manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana praktik manajemen kinerja pengurus memengaruhi pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali data dari pengasuh, pengurus, dan santri melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program dilakukan secara visioner dan kolaboratif, pengorganisasian bersifat hierarkis-partisipatif, pelaksanaan yang konsisten melalui keteladanan dan pengawasan harian, serta pengendalian kinerja berbasis evaluasi berkelanjutan. Pola tersebut menghasilkan internalisasi nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kemandirian yang nyata pada diri santri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen kinerja pengurus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter santri melalui tata kelola yang integratif antara fungsi manajerial dan nilai spiritual

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of prophetic leadership model, comprising shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah, at Al-Mardliyah Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, and its implications for modern boarding school management and student character development. Through the employment of a qualitative case study methodology, data were procured via a combination of interviews, observational techniques, and documentary analysis. The study's results demonstrate that prophetic values are institutionalized in program planning, participatory implementation, and exemplary supervision, thereby forming an integrated management system. These values are manifested in curriculum development, digital outreach, managerial innovation, and collaboration with external institutions. The application of prophetic leadership has led to a transformation in the students' character, including improved discipline, integrity, communication skills, cultural ethics, and the ability to adapt to changing times. This study concludes that prophetic leadership is a practical, value-based management framework designed to modernize Islamic boarding schools, integrating spirituality and sustainability into their transformation into contemporary educational institutions. Implicitly, this model can be adopted as a strategic approach for other Islamic boarding schools that wish to enhance management quality while developing the holistic character of their students.
