Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) menguji perbedaan signifikan ROA BNI Syari’ah, BSM, BMI dan BSMI; (2) menguji perbedaan signifikan ROE BNI Syari’ah, BSM, BMI dan BSMI; (3) menguji perbedaan signifikan BOPO BNI Syari’ah, BSM, BMI dan BSMI  dan (4) menguji perbedaan signifikan NPM BNI Syari’ah, BSM, BMI dan BSMI. Data penelitian bersumber dari data sekunder berupa data panel (pooled data) yang merupakan gabungan data silang (cross section) dan data runtun waktu (time series) selama kurun waktu 29 bulan (Juni 2010-Oktober 2012). Analisis data menggunakan statistika nonparametrik, yaitu uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ROA keempat sampel tidak identik (data ROA keempat bank berbeda); (2) ROE keempat sampel tidak identik (data ROE keempat bank berbeda); (3) BOPO keempat sampel tidak identik (data BOPO keempat bank berbeda) dan (4) NPM keempat sampel tidak identik (data NPM keempat bank berbeda). Abstract

The purposes of this research are intended to measure the influence of education, Training and counseling simultaneously to the member participation of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Koppontren). Qualitative method was applied with the cross-section model. In organizing 320 person of respondent the writer applied multistage random sampling and each variable were measured with linear programming. Finally the finding of the research shows that education, training, and counseling simultaneously influence the members of Koppotren in Tulungagung regency.

Abstract

This research is intended to implement the lecturer's professional competence, especially in assessing the performance of Puskesmas from the aspect of current ratio, efficiency ratio, and ROA. The research approach chosen is quantitative with descriptive research. The data collection technique uses documentation, namely financial reports published by Puskesmas "X" in 2016 and 2017. The results of the study explain that as a government institution managed using the BLUD mechanism, Puskesmas always pays attention to the management process for accounts as stipulated in public sector accounting that becomes an important part of assessing financial performance. Based on the current ratio, the ratio of total current assets and total current liabilities increased from 2016 to 2017 so that the performance of the Puskesmas was good. In the aspect of efficiency ratio, the comparison of expenditure realization and revenue realization of Puskesmas shows that puskesmas are efficient, especially in 2017. Puskesmas are also Quite Effective or Good Enough in generating ROA, so that in general this puskesmas works well, efficiently, and quite well in 2017.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the Islamic entrepreneurial spirit, business capital and business location on buyer loyalty at the UMKM Kue Geti Lucky's Sumbergempol, Tulungagung. The research method used by the researcher using quantitative-descriptive methods using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires randomly and processed using the SPSS statistical test. The dependent variable used in this study is buyer loyalty, while the independent variables in this study are the Islamic entrepreneurial spirit, business capital and business location. Based on this research, the results obtained are tcount < table or 0.952 < 1.984, the significant value generated is 0.343 > 0.025. Therefore, the two variables of Islamic entrepreneurial spirit and business location on buyer loyalty in MSMEs, Lucky's Cakes, Tulungagung have no effect, but if we count one -one result obtained will be significant. For one variable of venture capital, the value of tcount > t table or 6.516 > 1.984 and the resulting significance value of 0.000 < 0.025 on buyer loyalty to MSMEs, Lucky's Cakes, Tulungagung. And from the results of the value fcount > ftable or 19,501 > 3.09, the significant value produced is 0.000, which is smaller than the level of significance of 0.05, all variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of ISAK 35 to the financial reports of the An Nuur Mosque in Tulungagung. ISAK 35, as part of sharia-based Financial Accounting Standards, has the aim of ensuring compliance with sharia accounting practices in the management of funds and assets. The An Nuur Mosque was chosen as a case study because of its central role in providing religious and social services in the Tulungagung community. This research involves an in-depth analysis of the An Nuur Mosque's financial reports, focusing on elements related to ISAK 35, such as recording sharia-based transactions, separating amil and zakat funds, as well as disclosing information in accordance with sharia principles. The case study method is used to understand the implementation of ISAK 35 in a practical context and gain a holistic understanding of mosque financial management. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the extent to which the An Nuur Mosque has complied with ISAK 35 and its impact on transparency, accountability and public trust. The implications of this research can also provide insight for financial managers of mosques and sharia financial institutions to increase efficiency and compliance in managing religious funds. Through this research, it is hoped that practical recommendations will emerge to improve the application of ISAK 35 in mosque financial reports, with the ultimate aim of strengthening the financial integrity and sustainability of mosques as religious institutions. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the development of sharia accounting practices in the context of mosque finances in Indonesia

Abstract

The Indonesian Sharia Stock Index is used to assess the value of stocks in accordance with sharia law in Indonesia, covering all stocks traded on the IDX. This study aims to examine how the Indonesia Shariah Stock Index is affected by interest rates, exchange rates and Shariah-compliant Bank Indonesia Certificates between 2016 and 2021. Using up to 72 samples, quantitative techniques were applied to the population of all data from currency exchange rates, interest rates, SBIS and ISSI. The technique of multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the secondary data of this study. The conclusion of this research is that the ISSI is negatively affected by the exchange rate, the ISSI is not affected by interest rates, and SBIS has a negative influence on the ISSI. Simultaneously the three variables affect the ISSI and their interconnections create the environment in which companies and investors operate. Changes in these factors can create a domino effect that affects the overall health and performance of the Islamic stock market. Keywords: Exchange Rates, Interest Rates, SBIS, ISSI

Abstract

Third party money is referred to as Wadiah Savings and Wadiah Current Accounts in Islamic Banking. Banks are business-oriented organizations that prioritize profits through various strategies, including satisfying consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Wadiah Current Accounts and Savings had an effect on Bank BRI Syariah's Net Profit from 2015 to 2019. The quantitative method used in this study included the use of secondary data and selective sampling. The information used is in the form of time series data originating from BRI Syariah Financial Statements including Wadiah Savings, Wadiah Current Accounts, and Bank BRI Syariah Net Profit from 2015 to 2019. The data in this study were examined using statistical tools with the help of the EViews program version 7.0 for windows. The results of the test using the ordinary least square method above show that the probability value of wadiah savings is 0.3702 which indicates a probability value greater than a significant value of 0.05 and the probability value of wadiah current accounts is 0.2045 which indicates a probability value greater than a significant value of 0 ,05. It was concluded that wadiah savings and wadiah current accounts had a significant influence on the profit or income of BRI Syariah bank 2015-2019

Abstract

This study aims to analyze farm labor wages from an Islamic economic perspective with a focus on justice and welfare. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences and perceptions of farm workers regarding their wages and their impact on justice and welfare. The principles of distributive justice, proportional justice, and the elimination of usury in Islamic economics are the theoretical basis used to analyze the agricultural labor wage system. Data and information were obtained through in-depth interviews with farm workers in certain areas. The content analysis results are used to identify patterns related to fair wages and factors that affect the welfare of farm workers. This research shows that agricultural workers often face low and inadequate wages, which negatively impacts their welfare and that of their families. From an Islamic economic perspective, fair wages for agricultural laborers and providing welfare are important for achieving social justice and economic sustainability. This research provides insight into how the principles of Islamic economics can be applied in the agricultural labor wage system to achieve justice and improve welfare. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of policies that are in favor of justice and the welfare of farm workers in the context of Islamic economics.
