Abstract

Siswa saat ini masih kurang dalam menjalankan nilai-nilai karakter di sekolah, Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap perilaku sikap sopan santun siswa di sekolah dasar inklusi azaddy al-ghozali melalui penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Sikap kedisiplinan guru dalam menunjang perilaku sikap sopan santun siswa, 2) Mengetahui hubungan antara kedisiplinan guru dalam menunjang perilaku sikap sopan santun siswa, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh sikap kedisiplinan guru terhadap perilaku sikap sopan santunsiswa. Jenis penelitian ini berupa Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berbentuk angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara kedisiplinan guru terhadap perilaku sopan santun siswa di SD Inklusi Azaddy Al- Ghozali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian analisis korelasi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa t_hitung>t_tabel (2.082>2,0796) sehingga Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara kedisiplinan guru terhadap perilaku sikap sopan santun siswa sebesar 0, 414 dan hubungan antara dua variable tergolong “sedang” yaitu sebesar 17,7%

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of bullying cases in Indonesia, especially in inclusive schools. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenology research type with data processing methods using interviews and observation. The results of this research show that BESTARI Utami elementary school, in an effort to prevent cases of bullying at school, is by carrying out intense communication with students so that students tell them anything that makes their students belittled, communication is also carried out by teachers with parents of students so that teachers are able to know about activities. what students do in the home environment and in the community environment and also teachers are able to know the students' personalities in environments other than the school environment. There are also other efforts such as taking notes when students want permission to leave the classroom during the learning process, then by reporting any incidents that are felt to violate norms in the school environment, both students to teachers and teachers to other teachers.
