Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi inovatif pemberdayaan muallaf melalui peningkatan pendidikan keagamaan di Desa Patikalain. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan akan pembinaan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan bagi muallaf di desa tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik keagamaan para muallaf. Metode PkM yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan muallaf. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah muallaf di Desa Patikalain serta mahasiswa yang menjalani KKN di desa tersebut. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan PAR terbukti efektif dalam melibatkan komunitas dan muallaf secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik keagamaan mereka. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi mahasiswa KKN mendatang dan pihak terkait dalam upaya memberdayakan muallaf melalui pendidikan keagamaan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Academic responsibility is closely related to learning achievement at school, low academic responsibility will have a bad impact on students if it is constantly allowed to affect the learning process and reduce student learning outcomes so that potential development is not achieved properly and even a decrease in achievement. This study aims to determine the level of academic responsibility before and after the service is provided and the effectiveness of group counseling with self management techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in academic responsibility before and after being given treatment using group counseling with self management techniques, from 58% to 88%. Group counseling with self management techniques is effective for increasing students academic responsibility with the results of the paired T test with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha can be accepted. The percentage of students academic responsibility increased by 30% after treatment.

Abstract

PHP (Patient Hygiene Performance) developed by Podsadley and Haley initially aimed to evaluate an individual's ability to clean dental debris after receiving brushing instructions. TikTok is used as an audio-visual counseling medium for dental health. This study aims to determine the influence of counseling on how to brush teeth with TikTok media on the PHP score of grade V students.Keywords: elementary school age children, tiktok media, PHP grades. The kind of study that is done is a pre-experimental design, involving one group that is given a pre-test and a post-test without a control group. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique. The variables in this study are counseling with TikTok media and PHP scores of grade V students. The counseling media has been tested and declared feasible by material experts and media experts. Hypothesis tests were carried out using the Wilcoxon test. The average PHP score before the intervention was 4.27 and increased to 8.49 after the intervention. The analysis of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates a significant influence of counseling using TikTok media on PHP valuesThe study's conclusions show that counseling on how to brush teeth with TikTok media has a significant influence on the PHP score of grade V students.
