Abstract

This research is motivated by the efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia in participating in increasing financial inclusion in Indonesia. The development of financial inclusion in Indonesia has been slow due to the low financial literacy of the community. Therefore, researchers sought to conduct this research with the aim of describing the form of efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia in encouraging financial inclusion in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Malang City, especially at BSI KC Malang Soetta and BSI KC Malang Sutoyo using qualitative research methods and case study research types. The results obtained by the researcher are BSI KC Malang Soetta and BSI KC Malang Sutoyo using BSI Mobile to facilitate customers in accessing remote financial services. In introducing programs and services on BSI Mobile, BSI socialised BSI Mobile by holding a Mata Najwa On Stage event spearheaded by renowned journalist Najwa Shihab. The socialisation event was held at the UMM Dome on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase people's motivation to become LAZIS donors, especially LAZISMU. Qualitative research method with case study research using the help of NVivo data analysis. The results showed that the efforts of LAZISMU Tulungagung to increase Muslim awareness in ZIS through the distribution of brochures, installation of flayers in several places, and digital boxes on infak boxes in coffee shops or cafes which the QR code is attached to the media. To facilitate muzakki who want to make zakat payments during the month of Ramadan, LAZISMU Tulungagung opened outlets in several mosques in the Tulungagung Regency area. Until now, LAZISMU Tulungagung is still constrained in socialization and awareness ofthe importance of conducting zakat; and the low motivation of being LAZIS donors. Evaluation which was carried out by LAZISMU Tulungagung by delivering whatsapp blasts related to collection, programs, or words of encouragement to pay zakat and infaq through whatsapp blast messages that donors or muzakki can submit a review of the services provided by LAZISMU Tulungagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara komprehensif dinamika pasar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan bisnis karaoke dari perspektif ekonomi dan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tulungagung pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2023 hingga akhir bulan April 2024. Partisipan penelitian ini sejumlah enam responden yang terdiri dari Ketua RT, Pemandu Lagu (eks-PSK), Pemilik Usaha Karaoke, Tukang Parkir, Tukang Cuci, serta Warga Kawasan Brantas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan analisis data Miles and Huberman (2014) model interaktif, dengan tiga alur kegiatan terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu (1) kondensasi data; (2) penyajian data; (3) pengambilan kesimpulan atau verifikasi dengan menggunakan bantuan analisis data NVivo12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lokalisasi Kaliwungu berhasil ditutup pada tahun 2012 oleh Bupati Tulungagung periode 2008-2013, Heru Tjahjono. Sejak penutupan lokalisasi, masyarakat Desa Kaliwungu mendirikan bisnis hiburan karaoke dan warung kopi yang disebut sebagai Kawasan Brantas. Pemandu Lagu (eks-PSK) memasang tarif sekitar Rp 35.000 sampai Rp 50.000 setiap jamnya. Tarif parkir kendaraan mobil adalah Rp 5.000 untuk hari-hari biasa seperti Senin sampai Jumat di Kawasan Brantas, sedangkan pada hari libur seperti Sabtu dan Minggu dikenakan tarif Rp 10.000. Pada bulan Ramadan, Kawasan Brantas buka mulai jam 19.00 WIB sampai dengan jam 24.00 WIB dengan alasan mayoritas warga Kawasan Brantas yang berada di RT 02/RW 03 yang berjumlah 65 kartu keluarga beragama Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah digital masyarakat Indonesia khususnya pada umat muslim. Dalam pengupayaan tersebut, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, melakukan kolaborasi bersama koperasi simpan pinjam syariah terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMTUGT Nusantara untuk memperluas pemanfaatan layanan jasa dan produk perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi fintech yang diciptakan oleh BMT UGT Nusantara adalah Mobile UGT dengan total jumlah pengguna aplikasi yang sudah mencapai 40.595 anggota. Melalui mobile UGT masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi saldo rekening, mutasi pada rekening, MDA berjangka, pembiayaan dan simpanan (wajib, pokok, siwak, dan khusus). Selain itu, mobile UGT juga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan transfer antar mobile UGT, transfer ke Bank syariah/konvensional, dan transfer ke e-maal; donasi ke LAZ Sidogiri dan L-Kaf Sidogiri; pembayaran BPJS, listrik pascabayar, PDAM, wifi, dan TV berlangganan; pembelian pulsa prabayar, paket data, dan token listrik; multi finance; dan top up e-wallet. Hadirnya mobile UGT sangat memberikan manfaat bagi seluruh anggota BMT UGT NUSANTARA dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejarah perjalanan KH. Hamim Djazuli atau yang akrab disapa Gus Miek dalam merintis Dzikrul Ghofilin yang sampai saat ini masih dilaksanakan setiap malam jum’at kliwon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian historis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian literatur review. Adapun hasil yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Gus Miek adalah sosok fenomenal dan kontroversial. Ia bukan kiai “biasa”, ia kiai kembara yang menghabiskan banyak waktu di luar pesantren tanpa mengabaikan tugas pokoknya sebagai kiai pesantren. Di sepanjang hidupnya, Gus Miek telah mendirikan dua buah jam’iyah yang hingga kini diikuti oleh ribuan umat. Pertama, jam’iyyah amalan dzikir yang dinamakan Dzikrul Ghofilin dan yang kedua adalah semaan al-Qur’an yang diberi nama Jantiko Mantab. Dakwahnya pun lintas dari orang-orang pinggiran macam tukang becak dan pelacur hingga artis dan pejabat pemerintah. Menurut Gus Miek, Dekatlah kepada Allah..! kalau tidak bisa, maka dekatlah dengan orang yang dekat dengan Allah. Serta jadilah seburuk-buruknya manusia dimata manusia akan tetapi luhur dimata Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of economic anomalies seen in the trend of concert ticket purchases in Indonesia despite being in the midst of deflationary conditions that take place consecutively from May to September 2024. Although people's purchasing power has decreased due to the decline in the price of goods and services, as well as the existence of symptoms of economic sluggishness, interest in music concerts from both local and international musicians continues to increase. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of researchers because it indicates a change in people's consumption patterns who prefer spending on entertainment over basic needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with a number of concert ticket consumers in various major cities in Indonesia, and field observations to understand consumer behavior in this context, as well as documentation in the form of analysis of news articles, social media, concert reviews, and economic reports. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing and NVivo12 verification. The results of the study show that the purchase of concert tickets is more influenced by emotional needs and self-reward Although the economy is sluggish, entertainment is considered a priority by some people, leading to a change in consumption patterns that focus more on social experiences and long-term memories.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing the strategy utilized by the Bank Muamalat Branch Office of Tuluangung regency to face problem financing. To address this concern, the researchers used a qualitative approach in the form of field research to conduct this study. In addition, observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. According to the findings of this study, Bank Muamalat Branch Office of Tulungagung Regency's strategy for managing problem financing entails first contacting the customer to learn firsthand what circumstances are preventing him from making timely installment payments. The subsequent phase is intensive invoicing. The Bank will send a Statement Letter to the costomer if he fails to comply with his obligations. The Bank then carries out Restructuring by means of the three R's: Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring. If a customer is unable to pay his loan obligations to the bank, the bank executes the customer's collateral.

Abstract

Tanjungsari Village, Boyolangu Sub-district, Tulungagung Regency launched an innovative initiative in addressing the economic challenges faced by the community. One of the main activities of this initiative is mushroom processing training. The purpose of this activity is to help the Tanjungsari Village community develop oyster mushroom processing talents by adding mushroom processing innovations by BUMDes Tanjungsari. The target of the mushroom processing activity is people who live in Tanjungsari Village. Mushroom processing training in Tanjungsari Village is a strategic step to overcome economic challenges and build community economic independence. From participating in mushroom product processing training activities, the community gained knowledge, experience, and skills about mushroom processing which were later expected to be applied to independent businesses that helped the participants' economy. With increased knowledge, technical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit, the trainees are able to start a sustainable independent business. The partnership with BUMDes also ensures that the mushroom cultivation products can be marketed well, creating a mutually supportive economic ecosystem. Keywords: Economic, Innovation; Social

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to educate students about the benefits of hydroponics in providing healthy food, increasing food security, and reducing the environmental impact of conventional agriculture. The method of this community service activity is carried out with an approach. This community service activity was attended by 104 4th semester students of Tadris Social Sciences of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung consisting of 33 from class A, 34 from class B, and 37 from class C. The results of this community service show that the students are more interested in hydroponics than in conventional agriculture. The results of this community service show that Tadris Social Science students are very enthusiastic about participating in hydroponic plant cultivation activities and are interested in practicing hydroponic plant cultivation in their yard.
