Abstract

Economic activity is currently experiencing rapid progress, overall growth is accompanied by the development of science and technology, making competition between markets more intense. Klinik Duta Medika Pratama is a health service provider located in the city of Bogor, providing a variety of medical services that can help the community in getting medical help. This study aims to (1) Know the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (2) Know the effect of Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction (3) Know the effect of Facilities on Customer Satisfaction (4) Know the effect of Service Quality, Price Perception and Facilities together on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Knowing the effect of Service Quality, Price Perception and Facilities together on Customer Sat isfaction. This sample method is a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with calculations using the Kretjie and Morgen formula. The number of respondents selected was 270 people who were patients of the Duta Medika Pratama Clinic. The research data was processed using SPSS 23 software. From the results of the analysis, it shows that partially (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between Price Perception and Customer Satisfaction. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the Facility and Customer Satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Price Perception and Facilities together have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Keywords : Service Quality, Price Perception, Facilities and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran di era digital menuntut penerapan teknologi informasi yang efektif dalam proses pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun literasi dan numerasi unggul melalui penerapan kompetensi TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) oleh para guru di UPT. SD Negeri 03 Perkebunan Sipare-Pare. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan kompetensi TPACK dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui 4 kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kompetensi TPACK dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Guru yang menguasai TPACK dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan lebih optimal dalam mengajar, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan TPACK secara berkelanjutan bagi para guru sebagai langkah strategis untuk mencapai pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

AbstractThis theory discusses the Three Big Sins of Education, students in Indonesia do not yet understand the three big sins of education in the world of education. The aim of this socialization is to provide students with an understanding of the three big sins of education in order to create a safe and comfortable learning environment and instill the character values of students at MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat. This activity method uses a lecture (presentation) method to provide knowledge about the three major educational sins to MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat students. From the results obtained, students can learn lessons about actions that should not be carried out such as bullying, sexual violence and intolerance and know how to prevent and avoid them. Apart from that, this socialization must be carried out by the school to provide space to provide students with the need to know the etiquette of friendship, the etiquette of learning, as well as knowing the sanctions received from the impacts caused by bullying and sexual violence. This socialization involved 100 students starting from grades 7-9. This socialization activity was carried out face to face on Wednesday, October 2 2024.rticle. Abstract are created in one paragraph and a maximum of 250 words with font Gill Sans MT 9 pt and single space. In the abstract should contain the background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Abstract should not contain tables/images without including a citation. The use of abbreviations should be minimum except for units. Abstract does not have to be a translation from indonesian abstract word by word, but has the same content. Objectives and methodology are arranged in the form of past tense, while the results and conclusions in the form of simple present tense.
