Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Behavior (PHBS) activity program on the independence attitude of children aged 4-5 years at Pembina State Kindergarten. Using a one-group pretest-posttest design, this study involved 20 children in group A as samples. The research process included a pretest, four sessions of PHBS learning activities, a post-test, and interviews with educators. The results showed that the average pretest score was 59.70, indicating that most children had not shown adequate independence, such as completing tasks independently. After the implementation of the PHBS program, the average post-test score increased significantly to 160.91. Statistical analysis with SPSS produced a t-test value of -29.24, with df = 19 and a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000, indicating a significant increase in children's independence after the implementation of the PHBS program. This finding is consistent with previous theories and studies stating that the PHBS program can effectively increase children's independence. Thus, it can be concluded that the PHBS program has a significant positive influence on increasing the independence of children aged 4-5 years at Pembina State Kindergarten. This program has proven effective in supporting children's ability to complete daily tasks independently and in managing personal health.

Abstract

This research tries to apply the Socratic Gnoti Seauton Theory with a dialectical (dialogue) model as a parenting pattern at the early childhood age level, to determine its effect on increasing understanding of knowledge where this knowledge will lead children to discover awareness of their own 'self' (to" confession or knowing one self) in life. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach through interview data collection, observation, documentation, literature study and data triangulation. The percentage of success in applying this theory shows that of the 35 children, 28 children (80%) experienced an increase, 5 children (14.29%) had no improvement, and 2 children ( 5.71%) were normal (no changes whatsoever). This shows that Gnoti Seauton theory or Socrates' dialogue (dialectic) model, if it is understood and applied well by parents, guardians (care givers) to their foster children or their children, will ultimately be able to make their foster children increase their understanding of the knowledge they have which will lead them to become humans who realize or recognize themselves (gnoti seauton).

Abstract

By using the method of Aristotle's peripatetic philosophy, researchers are trying to determine the development of increased cognitive intelligence in early childhood if this method is implemented in learning. In describing the data obtained and the phenomena that occurred, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method through a phenomenological approach, the researcher even went directly into the field as a key instrument. So that the results obtained are truly valid. The results of the research showed that of the 45 respondents consisting of teachers, students and parents, all of them showed that this method was very effective, in students there was an increase in cognitive intelligence, especially their sensitivity in using rationality. This shows that implementing Aristotle's peripatetic philosophical theory in early childhood learning will be able to make students more open-minded and more rational in learning.

Abstract

West Java is a province that is synonymous with a polite, courteous, and friendly society. Still, ironically, West Java is claimed to be a province that is considered intolerant in matters of communication between religious communities. Even though in West Java there are many religious organizations, there are ulama in various regions, but the label as an intolerant province is challenging to get rid of. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenological theory to determine the da'wah communication by Sundanese ulama in maintaining religious tolerance in West Java. The research results show that the ulama is little involved because the ulama is busy coaching the congregation, solving fiqh problems, and improving the practice of ritual worship. Even if there are ulama who are busy with tolerance activities, this is initiated by the government, which holds various ceremonial activities; the ulama themselves do not have the initiative to keep them. The formal activities most often carried out by the government and ulama include the socialization of Governor Regulations, Laws, guidance, and dialogue between religious communities. There are two types of mass organizations and ulama in implementing ummah harmony, namely mass organizations and ulama, which are strict and firm without compromise. There are mass organizations and ulama who are moderate and love pluralism.

Abstract

Social media has become a global phenomenon that influences various aspects of life, including the religious identity of muslims in the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of social media on the religious identity of muslims from a social and cultural perspective. With a qualitative approach based on literature analysis, this study attempts to analyze how digital platforms shape patterns of interaction, religious understanding and expression of muslim identity, the results of the study show that social media can strengthen the solidarity of the Muslim community, but also brings challenges in the form of polarization, the spread of invalid religious information and the influence of global culture thas has the potential to obscure Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat terpaan pemberitaan bullying, tingkat kecemasan Siswa dan pengaruh Pemberitaan Bullying pada Akun Tiktok @Kompascom terhadap tingkat kecemasan Siswa SMAN Situraja Kelas X. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Respon), metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat terpaan pemberitaan bullying pada akun TikTok @Kompascom di kalangan siswa SMAN Situraja Kelas X termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 74%. Sedangkan tingkat kecemasan siswa SMAN Situraja kelas X termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 61%. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,411 dengan nilai (Sig.) 0,000, karena nilai t hitung 4,411>t tabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of YouTube social media as a means of conveying news by Jabar Ekspres, a regional news media in West Java. In the digital age and changing media landscape, platforms like YouTube have become important tools for news organizations to reach and engage with increasingly diversified audiences. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was collected through observation, interviews with production team members, and content analysis of news videos uploaded on the Jabar Ekspres YouTube channel. The collected data was then analyzed to identify issue selection, news presentation, and evaluation of news content used by Jabar Ekspres on their YouTube channel. This research provides a deeper understanding of how regional news media such as Jabar Ekspres use YouTube social media as a tool to convey news. The results of this research can be a basis for improving news presentation strategies in the ever-growing digital era, and are relevant for the development of the news media industry.

Abstract

This study explores spirituality and mysticism in Islamic Sufism by examining the thoughts of two prominent figures, Ibn Arabi and Al-Hallaj. Both are known for their major contributions to the Sufi tradition, yet they present distinct approaches in understanding the relationship between humans and God. The study arises from the limited number of comparative analyses concerning the spiritual and mystical perspectives of these two thinkers. The aim is to identify similarities and differences in their mystical concepts and to reveal the richness of spiritual expression within Sufism. This research employs a qualitative library method, analyzing primary works such as Ibn Arabi’s al-Futūḥāt al-Makkiyya and Fuṣūṣ al-Ḥikam, and Al-Hallaj’s Ṭawāsīn, along with supporting secondary literature. Data collection was conducted through documentation, involving classification and interpretation of both primary and secondary sources. Data were analyzed using content and hermeneutical approaches to interpret textual meanings in their historical, philosophical, and spiritual contexts. The findings show that Ibn Arabi emphasizes a metaphysical and rational dimension through the concept of Wahdat Al-Wujūd, while Al-Hallaj focuses on ecstatic experience and divine love. Both perspectives enrich the understanding of spirituality in Islam, demonstrating the diversity of expressions in seeking closeness to God. This study contributes to Sufi scholarship by deepening appreciation of the plurality of spiritual paths and the interrelation between metaphysical thought and inner experience.
