Abstract

Management of leave and retirement data that is still manual causes several problems, such as employees not knowing the number of remaining leaves. Application for retirement and application for leave still use paper forms that require various stages until the report is validated. This study aims to develop a web-based Human Resource Information System design at PT. Begawan Avaloka Indonesia Konsutama uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as a framework, as well as an adaptive and communicative waterfall method. In this case, a web-based information system for applying for employee leave was developed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as the framework, as well as the waterfall method as the method and the testing system using the Black Box and White Box. The results of this study with the developed information system, employees can easily find out the number of remaining leaves and apply for leave and retirement online, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of applying for employee leave and retirement, as well as security of leave and retirement data. This research is expected to provide benefits for the company.

Abstract

This research analyzes the validity of Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates over the sea using normative legal research methods. The research focus includes validity variables, HGB certificates, and the sea, by examining related laws and regulations, legal principles and doctrines. The research results show that the validity of HGB certificates over the sea is determined by conformity with legal provisions, the status of the sea area, and certificate issuance procedures. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the challenges and legal solutions in cases of HGB certificates over the sea. The research results show that the validity of HGB certificates over the sea depends on compliance with legal provisions, maritime area status, and issuance procedures. However, the issuance of HGB over the sea faces legal challenges due to the absence of a clear legal basis in the UUPA, while the sea is subject to the maritime and environmental legal regime.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pola pikir, perilaku, serta tatanan moral generasi muda. Kemajuan teknologi dan keterbukaan arus informasi memang menawarkan kemudahan dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, namun di sisi lain juga menimbulkan problem moral seperti menurunnya nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan empati di kalangan peserta didik. Dalam situasi tersebut, Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki posisi strategis sebagai dasar pembentukan karakter dan moralitas peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi penerapan desain pembelajaran PAI berorientasi humanistik sebagai alternatif solusi terhadap krisis moral yang dihadapi generasi muda pada era globalisasi. Pendekatan humanistik menitikberatkan pada pengembangan potensi peserta didik secara menyeluruh meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik serta menempatkan mereka sebagai subjek aktif, mandiri, dan bermakna dalam proses belajar. Melalui desain pembelajaran yang menumbuhkan kesadaran diri, empati sosial, serta nilai-nilai spiritual, PAI tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana penyampaian ilmu keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pembinaan kepribadian yang berakhlak mulia. Temuan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran humanistik, seperti pendekatan reflektif, dialogis, dan kontekstual, mampu memperkuat ketahanan moral peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi yang semakin kompleks.
