Strategi Pembelajaran Kearsipan berperan penting dalam administrasi yang mempunyai kegunaan yaitu sebagai pusat dan ingatan dan sumber informasi dalam rangka melakukan kegiatan perencanaan, penganalisaan, perumusan kebijaksanaan, pengambilan keputusan, pembuatan laporan, penilaian, pengendalian dan pertanggung jawaban dengan setepat-tepatnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud Untuk melihat persepsi orang tua terhadapa masyarakat Kampuang Jua kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Persepsi terbagi atas 2 bagian yaitu persepsi positif dan persepsi negatif. Persepsi positif ialah masyarakat kampuang Jua mengetahui bahwa pendidikan Agama islam sangat penting di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Persepsi negatif adalah Masyarakat kampuang jua mengatakan Pendidikan Islam tidak terlalu penting untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Faktor tersebut memiliki beberapa alasan yaitu: 1) orang tua tidak cepat paham terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam itu sendiri, 2) Anak anak juga lemah dalam mengetahui pemahaman Pendidikan Agama Islam, 3) lemahnya ekonomi sehingga orang tua tidak dapat memberikan pendidikan yang layak bagi anak-anaknya, terutama pendidikan agama Islam.

This article discusses the strategies for implementing PAI (Pendidikan Anak Indonesia) in Indonesian schools to prepare students for the challenges of globalization. The article outlines the importance of PAI, its objectives, and the challenges faced in its implementation. It also presents practical strategies to overcome these challenges and ensure the success of PAI in Indonesian schools. By implementing these strategies, schools can provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the global job market and contribute positively to society

Abstract

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that include the lack of student activeness, teachers still use methods that make students passive in learning, lack of enthusiasm for learning, and teachers do not stimulate students' critical thinking patterns during learning. The purpose of this research is to examine the application of learning-based learning models in schools. The method used is a literature study method from articles about the effect of problem-based learning models on students' thinking concepts. Based on the results of this study, it is found in these journals that the application of problem-based learning models can improve students' mindset and stimulate students to think critically and actively in learning. Based on the review of the articles, the application of the problem-based learning model is carried out during the learning process by giving examples of problems to students and providing opportunities for students to express their opinions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: This research is based on problems that arise may Focus on the effectiveness of implementing direct learning strategies in improving students' procedural skills. This could include questions about how well the strategy is implemented, the extent to which the student is improving in skill procedures. The purpose of this assessment is to train students on procedural skills in direct learning strategies. as well as declarative knowledge that is well structured and can be taught step by step. The type of research used is classroom action research which aims to overcome problems in the classroom, namely improving students' procedural skills. Based on the research results obtained in these journals, implementing direct learning strategies to improve students' procedural skills can increase student motivation in learning and can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the review of these articles, it is clear that the application of direct learning strategies improves students' procedural skills during the learning process by giving questions to students and also looking at students' skills in solving questions based on predetermined procedures.

Abstract

Learning strategies as one of the most important components of education are also changing. The learning strategy that is currently required is a learning strategy that is centered on student activities (student centric) in an atmosphere that is more democratic, fair, humane, empowering, fun, exciting, encouraging, arouses interest in learning, stimulates inspiration, imagination, creation, innovation, work ethic, and zest for life. In this way, all human potential can be explored and actualized in life, which in turn can help him to face the various challenges of life in the modern era which is full of competition. This kind of learning strategy is what is needed now. Islamic perspective in learning strategies. Learning strategy is a systematic plan to achieve learning goals. Abstract

Indonesia requires Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an important part in making students competent in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects (IQ and EQ). PAI functions to shape students' personalities so that they become virtuous and noble human beings (SQ). To increase competence in Islamic religious education, it is necessary to develop varied learning strategies. Varied learning strategies function to design learning methods and models, so that they are able to design teaching and learning environment systems and implement effectively and efficiently what has been planned in the learning objectives. Learning strategies are classified into 5 types: (1) direct learning strategies, (2) indirect learning strategies, (3) interactive learning strategies, (4) empirical (experiential) learning strategies, (5) independent learning strategies.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memainkan peran penting dalam menumbuhkan perilaku etis, terutama dalam pendidikan tinggi. Studi ini mengkaji prinsip-prinsip Islam tentang perilaku etis dan penerapannya dalam pendidikan modern, memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik dan lembaga. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan tinjauan pustaka sistematis (SLR), studi ini meninjau artikel yang ditinjau sejawat (2014-2024) dari Google Searching Eto mengidentifikasi, menyaring, dan menganalisis konten yang relevan secara ketat. Temuan menyoroti bagaimana pendidikan Islam memelihara perilaku etis melalui prinsip-prinsip seperti ketulusan, peningkatan diri, dan kepatuhan terhadap pedoman etika. Selain itu, mengadaptasi nilai-nilai ini dengan tantangan kontemporer, mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal, dan memanfaatkan teknologi adalah strategi yang efektif. Pendidik sangat penting dalam memodelkan keunggulan moral, membantu siswa menavigasi masalah etika yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya nilai-nilai Islam dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk tantangan modern dengan integritas.
