Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become one of the centers of Islamic financial and economy at the regional and global levels. This potential needs to be balanced with a good and comprehensive understanding in the fields of Islamic economics and finance so that its distribution is not spread evenly throughout the region. Indonesia has a large market potential, so Indonesia must be the main driver of the Islamic economy. The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the literacy method. Research data analysis is focused on Islamic financial literacy. Data collection in this study is to use primary and secondary data. Islamic economic and financial literacy consists of several elements, the identification of the first element starts from the term financial literacy. The conception of financial literacy consists of two major parts, namely the element of mastery of financial knowledge and the implementation element of financial knowledge itself. Then the next step is to make the conception of financial literacy more comprehensive. In terms of external, Indonesia has opportunities to develop literacy and Islamic economic human resources. However, as for the challenges in developing the Islamic economy in Indonesia. One of them is the wrong understanding that Islamic financial products can only be accessed by people who are Muslim. This understanding is actually not true, because Islamic financial products can be accessed by anyone, not limited to certain religions.

Abstract

To handle the health crisis more effectively, increased transparency and accountability in decision making and policy implementation are needed. This includes providing clear and open information to the public about the steps taken by the government, as well as mechanisms for evaluating and reporting progress in handling the crisis. Active Community Participation: The community must be actively involved in the decision-making process and implementation of policies related to the health crisis. This includes listening to community aspirations and needs, as well as exploring local knowledge and available resources to strengthen crisis management efforts. Inter-Agency Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Close collaboration between various government agencies, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and civil society is essential to respond effectively to the health crisis. This includes good coordination in the distribution of resources and responsibilities between institutions, as well as the formation of strategic partnerships to support crisis management efforts. Capacity Strengthening and Training: Health officials and policy implementers should be trained regularly on laws, policies and practices related to health crises. This includes increasing understanding of health protocols, law enforcement procedures, and ethical principles in responding to health crises. Continuous Evaluation and Learning Continuous evaluation of the government's response to the health crisis.

Abstract

A limited liability partnership is a form of business that involves members, namely the partners. These types of members have different roles and responsibilities in running the business. This paper aims to investigate the legal review of a partnership, focusing on the different status and behavior of a partnership. The research method used is legal document analysis, including applicable laws, relevant court decisions, as well as relevant legal literature. By using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research examines the roles, rights, and obligations of each member of a limited partnership in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The results show that the different status of a limited partnership is reflected in the rights and obligations they have. A limited partnership has more limited involvement in the management of the business and is liable only to the extent of their capital contribution.In the context of legal review, a clear understanding of the differences in the status and behavior of a limited partnership is crucial in determining their rights, obligations and responsibilities. The implications of this research can provide better guidance for parties involved in a limited partnership, both in the formation, management, and resolution of conflicts that may arise in the future.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai moral siswa, serta dalam pengembangan potensi manusia secara keseluruhan. Naturalisme sebagai aliran filsafat yang menekankan pada pentingnya lingkungan dan pengalaman konkret dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai moral. Naturalisme dalam konteks pendidikan mendorong pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pengalaman sehari-hari siswa, menungkinkan untuk mengembangkan padangan etis secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip naturalisme dalam pembelajaran etika di SD Runiah School Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis studi kasus, mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai naturalisme dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengalaman langsung siswa dan mendukung interaksi sosial. Pendekatan ini membantu siswa dalam memahami nilai-nilai moral dan mmembentuk karakter bertanggung jawab dan empatik. Penerapan filsafat naturalisme dalam pendidikan di SD Runiah School memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengembangan karakter siswa, mempersiapkan siswa untuk menjadi anggota masyarakat yang berintegritas dan sadar akan tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa aliran naturalisme memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan etika siswa, terutama pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Penerapan nilai-nilai naturalisme menjadi fondasi penting dalam mengembangkan etika modern di era globalisasi, sehingga releban dalam menghadapi tantangan moral di lingkungan masyarakat saat ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan etika yang berbasis pada pengalaman nyata dapat menghasilkan individu yang tidak hanya berpengetahuan tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan empati tinggi.
