Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research method used to research on natural object conditions. Where the researcher is the key instrument. The data validity technique uses source and method triangulation. Data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis through interactive analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The aim is to know systematically about the research focus, knowing the role of teachers in developing student character and what obstacles are experienced by teachers in developing the character of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Kabupaten. The background of this research problem is based on the author's observations which show several factors that influence the existence of student bad behavior in the role of teachers in developing student character. With this the author intends to examine what problems occur in grade V students of SD Negeri Kabupaten. The conclusion of this research is that the role of the teacher can develop the character of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Kabupaten. The conclusion of this research is evident from the results of previous researchers who have conducted research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam mendidik karakter anak pada siswa kelas III SD N 3 Kemalang Kabupaten Klaten Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pola asuh orang tua dalam mendidik karakter anak yang ditandai dengan kurangnya disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dengan jumlah subjek 1 Guru 13 Orang Tua 13 Tetangga. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis interaktif.Hasil penelitian parenting sangat penting untuk membangun pengembangan karakter. Pola asuh yang ketat seperti melarang anak bergaul dengan orang yang tidak seumuran, pola asuh yang memberikan kesepakatan pada anak dengan seperti larangan bermain terlalu lama dan harus menuruti kata orang tua, pola asuh bebas seperti memerdekakan anak tanpa ada batasan. Nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter seperti religius, jujur, mandiri, tanggung jawab, kerja keras. Hal ini sangat berguna bagi orang tua untuk memberikan edukasi dan menyampaikan hal-hal yang baik kepada anak, karena anak akan mencontohkan apa yang dilihatnya. Namun yang lebih penting adalah pola asuh yang baik agar anak terdidik lebih baik.

Abstract

Maksud dilakukannya kajian ini yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik SD Negeri 2 Gumul, Karangnongko, Klaten. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masalah yang berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Berdasarkan observasi, diperoleh bahwa masih terdapat permasalahan di sekolah, yaitu peserta didik yang terlambat masuk kelas, membuang sampah tidak pada tempatnya, ribut saat pembelajaran berlangsung serta tidak menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu atau bahkan tidak mengumpulkan tugas dan masih banyak lagi pelanggaran karena kurangnya kedisiplinan dalam diri peserta didik. Salah satu cara agar kedisiplinan peserta didik meningkat yaitu dengan cara menanamkan sikap regulasi diri pada diri peserta didik. Metode yang dipakai pada kajian ini adalah kajian kuantitatif berpendekatan ex-post facto. Banyaknya populasi pada kajian ini berjumlah 32 peserta didik yaitu seluruh peserta didik SD Negeri 2 Gumul. Dari populasi tersebut diambil 22 peserta didik untuk dijadikan sampel, yang diperoleh secara acak. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket berskala likert 1-4. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan validitas konstruk yang menghasilkan skor > 0,631 dan 42 angket dikatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas dihitung dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan skor 0,939 untuk variabel regulasi diri dan skor 0,949 untuk variabel kedisiplinan peserta didik, sedangkan rumus regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk analisis data. Kajian ini menghasilkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara regulasi diri dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik SD Negeri 2 Gumul, Karangnongko, Klaten yang ditunjukan hasil nilai R-square yaitu 0,588 dengan arti 58,8% pengaruh yang diberikan oleh regulasi diri terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik dan sisanya 41,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada pada kajian ini.

Abstract

To handle the health crisis more effectively, increased transparency and accountability in decision making and policy implementation are needed. This includes providing clear and open information to the public about the steps taken by the government, as well as mechanisms for evaluating and reporting progress in handling the crisis. Active Community Participation: The community must be actively involved in the decision-making process and implementation of policies related to the health crisis. This includes listening to community aspirations and needs, as well as exploring local knowledge and available resources to strengthen crisis management efforts. Inter-Agency Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Close collaboration between various government agencies, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and civil society is essential to respond effectively to the health crisis. This includes good coordination in the distribution of resources and responsibilities between institutions, as well as the formation of strategic partnerships to support crisis management efforts. Capacity Strengthening and Training: Health officials and policy implementers should be trained regularly on laws, policies and practices related to health crises. This includes increasing understanding of health protocols, law enforcement procedures, and ethical principles in responding to health crises. Continuous Evaluation and Learning Continuous evaluation of the government's response to the health crisis.

Abstract

A limited liability partnership is a form of business that involves members, namely the partners. These types of members have different roles and responsibilities in running the business. This paper aims to investigate the legal review of a partnership, focusing on the different status and behavior of a partnership. The research method used is legal document analysis, including applicable laws, relevant court decisions, as well as relevant legal literature. By using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research examines the roles, rights, and obligations of each member of a limited partnership in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The results show that the different status of a limited partnership is reflected in the rights and obligations they have. A limited partnership has more limited involvement in the management of the business and is liable only to the extent of their capital contribution.In the context of legal review, a clear understanding of the differences in the status and behavior of a limited partnership is crucial in determining their rights, obligations and responsibilities. The implications of this research can provide better guidance for parties involved in a limited partnership, both in the formation, management, and resolution of conflicts that may arise in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the learning process at Widya Dharma Klatten University is based on the discovery learning method. In connection with this statement, this research focuses on 1) Can the application of discovery learning method improve the learning achievement of students/citizen learners at Widya Dharma University Klaten? 2) Can the application of discovery learning method improve the critical, tactical, and innovative thinking patterns of students/citizen learners at Widya Dharma Klaten University? The type of research used is class action research. Classroom action research is an observation of learning activities in the form of actions, which are deliberately raised and occur in the classroom together. As primary data are students, lecturers, The secondary data are documents of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students in the form of score lists, student rosters, and other records that support this research. The data collection techniques used were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is by using descriptive qualitative which includes three streams of activities simultaneously and continuously during and after data collection, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that of the nine students examined, all students experienced a 100% increase. However, of the one hundred percent of students there is one who can be said to have not passed (successfully). However, the student's score continued to rise. The conclusion is 88.888% passed, and 11, 111% did not pass (although the gradation increased).
