Abstract

Fasting is the restraint of hunger and thirst that is carried out in every month of Ramadhan by running it from dawn to sunset. Fasting must be carried out with serious intentions for a Muslim servant who obeys Allah ta’ala. In addition to enduring hunger and thirst, fasting also has an impact on not doing things that are prohibited such as committing adultery and can also make fasting makruh by saying harsh words or getting angry. This article uses the literature method by researching and reviewing from many sources. There are so many benefits of fasting, one of which is on human health and studies have recognized that fasting makes humans healthier and fitter. The research states that our stomach needs rest to process the rest of the food. Therefore, fasting becomes one time for the stomach does not work all the time and as well as other organs that need rest to improve the quality of functions for the heart and brain. The results show that fasting can be benefical for human physical health, especially for teenagers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pandangan masyarakat terhadap kebiasaan abnormal digital yang kian marak di era teknologi, khususnya kecanduan gadget pada anak dan praktik judi online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemaknaan masyarakat secara mendalam terhadap dampak, penyebab, serta solusi yang diharapkan atas dua fenomena tersebut dalam konteks kehidupan sosial kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk memahami makna pengalaman subjektif partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang sosial, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Sebanyak 30 partisipan diwawancarai melalui teknik semi-terstruktur guna memperoleh narasi yang reflektif dan otentik. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik dengan tahapan transkripsi, coding terbuka, axial coding, hingga konstruksi tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan gadget pada anak dipahami sebagai akibat dari lemahnya pengawasan orang tua dan rendahnya literasi digital, yang berdampak pada penurunan fungsi sosial, psikologis, dan akademik anak. Sementara itu, judi online dipersepsikan sebagai kebiasaan menyimpang yang mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi, keretakan keluarga, serta kemunduran moral. Faktor utama yang memicu keduanya adalah akses digital yang tidak terkontrol dan kurangnya edukasi digital berbasis nilai. Sebagai respons, masyarakat menekankan perlunya kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan pemerintah melalui edukasi literasi digital dan regulasi konten daring. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam merumuskan strategi kebijakan sosial dan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan era digital

Abstract

Living in the 21st century necessitates the integration of digital technology into nearly all aspects of life, including education. However, in practice, many students, including those at SMAN 1 Bekasi, tend to utilize digital technology particularly smartphones more for entertainment and social media than for educational purposes. Data indicate that approximately 88% of SMAN 1 Bekasi students are proficient in using smartphones, yet their academic performance remains low. This situation reflects a decline in learning effectiveness that must be addressed. This study aims to enhance student learning effectiveness through the use of digital-based instructional media, specifically instructional videos uploaded to YouTube by teachers acting as “YouTuber Teachers.” The method employed is a best practice study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Learning media were developed using laptops and smartphones, supported by applications such as PowerPoint, Format Factory, and Viva Video. The instructional videos were uploaded to the YouTube channel Estin Farida and distributed via social media, accompanied by books or interactive modules. The results show that implementing YouTube-based instructional videos significantly improves student learning effectiveness. This is reflected in enhanced learning quality, increased learning motivation and engagement, better preparedness to receive lessons, and greater flexibility in time and space for learning. Additionally, there is a notable improvement in students’ creativity and digital literacy.
