Abstract

Improving the quality of education is very important because it helps students prepare themselves to achieve success in the future and helps build a better society. In this research the author used qualitative methods. This research aims to observe the collaborative efforts of ASEAN and UNICEF in identifying education problems and the role of the two organizations in efforts to improve the quality of education. The collaboration between these two organizations has had a positive impact in improving educational accessibility, educational quality and educational relationships for children. The policy implementation resulting from this research provides valuable insights for policymakers to strengthen partnerships and joint efforts in improving education systems in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of digital learning media in the learning process at SD Negeri 9 Metro Barat. The background of this research is the increasing need for technology integration in primary education to foster 21st-century skills, specifically critical thinking. A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed, utilizing observation and interview techniques to gather data from teachers and students. The results indicate that digital media, such as Wordwall, PowerPoint (PPT), and learning videos, are actively utilized and supported by adequate facilities like Smart TVs and projectors. The use of interactive media like Wordwall has significantly increased students' active participation, enthusiasm, and motivation. Teachers align the chosen media with learning objectives and student characteristics. However, challenges such as unstable internet connections persist, which teachers mitigate by temporarily reverting to conventional methods. In conclusion, digital media integration at SD Negeri 9 Metro Barat is highly effective in creating an engaging learning environment, although infrastructural consistency remains an area for improvement.
