Abstract

Forming an image of oneself, roles, interests, values, beliefs, and physical changes begins when entering adolescence. This generally makes teenagers vulnerable to low self-esteem due to a lack of self-love. To anticipate this, an effort is needed to build understanding among teenagers regarding self-love so that they can recognize and respect themselves through psychoeducation activities. This psychoeducation activity is carried out using three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The planning stage is carried out by surveying the subject's condition and location of the activity site and coordinating with related parties. The implementation stage of psychoeducation activities involves delivering material and cultivating understanding related to self-love. The evaluation stage is done by looking at the pre-test and post-test results. The subjects of this psychoeducational activity were 28 students at SMPN 2 Lemahabang, Cirebon Regency, aged 13-15 years. The instrument was a questionnaire, and psychoeducation activities were implemented for one month. The results of psychoeducation activities show that there is an increase in the understanding of teenagers at SMPN 2 Lemahabang regarding self-love.

Abstract

Changes in the company are a must in the face of increasingly fierce global competition. This change is initiated by individuals within the company, namely the employees. With this, the organization contributes to encouraging employees to be ready to make changes. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational support on employee readiness to change. The study involved participants consisting of 155 employees who are actively working in both private and public companies in the Greater Jakarta area. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with data withdrawal, purposive sampling and a quantitative survey research approach. The results showed that the perception of organizational support significantly affects the readiness of employees to change by 24.8%, which means that the perception of organizational support positively affects the agility of employees to change. This study also proves that the higher the perceived organizational support of employees in Jabodetabek, the higher the employee's readiness to change.KEY WORDS: perceived organization support; employee; readiness to changeABSTRAKPerubahan dalam perusahaan merupakan suatu keharusan dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Perubahan ini diawali oleh individu-individu di dalam perusahaan, yaitu karyawan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, organisasi turut andil dalam mendorong karyawan untuk siap melakukan perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipan yang terdiri dari 155 karyawan yang aktif bekerja di perusahaan swasta maupun negeri di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan pendekatan penelitian survei kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah sebesar 24,8%, yang berarti persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kelincahan karyawan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi yang dimiliki karyawan di Jabodetabek, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah.KATA KUNCI persepsi dukungan organisasi; karyawan; kesiapan berubah Copyright ©2023.
