Abstract

Introduction: Parents who have children with special needs must provide the right parenting style according to the child's condition; so that through the right parenting style parents can develop the child's self-confidence, ability, and independence. Formation of child independence; and parenting style play an important role when most of the child's time is spent in the family environment (home).  Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was children with special needs who attended SKH Caraka Pratama Kel. Kuta Jaya, Kec. Kemis Market, Kab. Tangerang, totaling 32 people with a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data is primary data analyzed using a square test.  Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that most of the parenting styles of ABK parents were positive by 53,3%; the child's independence depended by 66,7%. The results of the bivariate analysis found that there was a significant relationship between parenting style and the independence of children with special needs with a p-value = 0,019.  Discussion: There is a significant relationship between parenting styles and the independence of children with special needs.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of customer experience and customer trust on repurchase intention through impulsive buying as an intervening variable in KKV customers. The population used in this study consisted of KKV customers in Makassar City. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires in Google Form. The sampling technique used was non-probability with convenience sampling. The sample used consisted of 79 respondents. The data analyzed using SPSS statistical software version 23 then were processed and analyzed through descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, and moderator variable tests. This study indicate that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, customer trust does not have a significant effect on impulsive buying, customer experience does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, impulsive buying has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, impulsive buying has a positive and significant effect as a intervening variable of customer experience on repurchase intention, and impulsive buying does not have a significant effect as a intervening variable of customer trust on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), Brand Image, and Physical Evidence on Consumer Satisfaction and Purchase Decisions for typical Madurese tuna fish paste products in Pamekasan. The research method used is a quantitative approach through surveys with multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that WOM, Brand Image, and Physical Evidence significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Positive WOM has a strong influence in increasing consumer trust and expectations, while a Brand Image that highlights local culture increases the emotional value of the product. Meanwhile, physical evidence such as attractive and hygienic packaging plays an important role in forming perceptions of quality. Consumer satisfaction functions as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between independent variables and purchasing decisions. Satisfied consumers tend to make repeat purchases and provide positive recommendations to others. The implications of this research underscore the importance of marketing strategies that focus on managing WOM, strengthening brand image, and improving the quality of physical product elements to support loyalty and market growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi penganggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan job relevant information dan desentralisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner (Google Form) kepada pimpinan eselon II, III, IV, dan V di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kupang sebagai responden. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pimpinan yang telah menduduki jabatan minimal satu tahun dan terlibat langsung dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert, dan teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran, job relevant information, dan desentralisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kupang. Semakin tinggi partisipasi pegawai dalam penyusunan anggaran, semakin baik kualitas informasi yang digunakan, serta semakin luas pelimpahan wewenang yang diberikan, maka semakin optimal pula kinerja manajerial yang dihasilkan.
