Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how HRIS and AI have influenced the productivity of the military sector in this era of disruption. This inquiry will use a quantitative approach to its methods. The sample pool consisted of one hundred fifty persons who were employed in the military industry. As the main form of data collecting, we will be sending out questionnaires to all of the participants. A Likert scale is provided in the questionnaire, and it is used to assign ratings to the various pieces of information. In order to do an analysis on the data, structured equation modeling in SmartPLS 3.0 was used. In this research, the variable known as "employee performance" acts as the dependent variable, while the variables known as "HRIS" and "work satisfaction" serve as the independent variables. The significance level that was discovered in the data analysis for this research provides evidence in support of the hypothesis that HRIS has a beneficial effect on productivity in the workplace. The HRIS program will be more precise, exact, and comprehensive to the extent that the employee's performance on work assignments is higher. Improving the defense industry's ability to make intelligent decisions about its human resource allocations by implementing methodical HRIS procedures, such as the collection, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and validation of data. Plans for the strategic use of information technology may have an impact on the future direction of the military industry by modifying both the extent to which human resources are used and the depth to which individuals comprehend the context in which they operate. There is a correlation between the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace and increased levels of productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare two topic modeling methods, Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), in understanding user reviews of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) Application obtained from the Google Play Store. The main problem addressed is the large number of user reviews with diverse topics that are difficult to categorize manually, necessitating an automated method to identify the main themes in the data. The research process began with scraping 5,000 recent reviews, followed by data preprocessing (Remove Punctuation, Lowercase, and Tokenization) and vectorization using Bag of Words and DOC2BOW. Subsequently, topic modeling was performed using LSI and LDA, and the results were evaluated using the Coherence Score metric. The findings indicated that Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) outperformed LSI, achieving a Coherence Score of 0.4163 compared to LSI's 0.3512, indicating that Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) is more effective in identifying hidden topics within user reviews. Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) is a superior method for topic modeling in IKD application reviews and can assist developers in understanding user needs and issues, thereby enhancing the application's service quality.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a purposive sampling technique for collecting data. This research was conducted using the documentation method using annual financial statement data for companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that, (1) leverage (DER) has a negative effect on firm value (PER), this is indicated by a significant value of 0.007 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of -3.514. (2) activity (TATO) has no effect on firm value (PER), this is indicated by a significant value of 0.147 which means it is greater than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.508. (3) profitability has a positive effect on firm value (PER), this is indicated by a significant value of 0.043 which is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient of 2.908.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the impact of rationality and experience on users' decision to reapply for a digital peer-to-peer (P2P) loan, with behavioral intention as an intermediary factor, in the context of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As the popularity of digital lending platforms increases, understanding the behavioral factors behind loan reapplication decisions is crucial. This study uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Models (SEM), with data collected from active P2P users who have previously reapplied for a loan. Findings show that both rationality and experience significantly affect behavioral intention rates, which in turn affect reapplication behavior. Behavioral intention plays a crucial mediating role, linking cognitive and experiential factors to the decision to reapply for a loan. These results highlight the importance of cognitive evaluation and experiential memory in shaping financial behavior in the digital context, providing insights for financial technology providers, regulators, and educators.
