Abstract

The problem with this research is the lack of empirical understanding of the impact of gamification on employee engagement and performance in a rapidly evolving business environment. The aim of this research is to analyze how gamification factors, including feedback, constructs, challenges, and stories, influence employee engagement and organizational productivity, with the hope of providing strategic insights for companies in improving employee performance in a competitive work environment. This research used 50 employees of a technology provider company. Data analysis in this research is SEM PLS. Research result. Gamification elements such as feedback, structure and story play a key role in increasing employee engagement. Analysis of the results shows that feedback, structure, and stories significantly contribute positively to employee engagement. Additionally, feedback and stories also have a positive impact on organizational productivity. Although structure has not been shown to have a significant effect on organizational productivity, this does not diminish the importance of feedback and stories as key factors in this context. On the other hand, the challenge element does not show a significant influence on either employee engagement or organizational productivity.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between compensation, work ability, and E-Retribution QRIS technology on employee performance, with a sample of 100 employees from PT Kolektif Visi Utama Yogyakarta. Through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS, it was found that compensation does not significantly influence employee performance, while work ability and the use of E-Retribution QRIS technology have a positive and significant effect on performance. The implication is that companies need to focus on developing employees' work abilities and integrating information technology to improve their performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how HRIS and AI have influenced the productivity of the military sector in this era of disruption. This inquiry will use a quantitative approach to its methods. The sample pool consisted of one hundred fifty persons who were employed in the military industry. As the main form of data collecting, we will be sending out questionnaires to all of the participants. A Likert scale is provided in the questionnaire, and it is used to assign ratings to the various pieces of information. In order to do an analysis on the data, structured equation modeling in SmartPLS 3.0 was used. In this research, the variable known as "employee performance" acts as the dependent variable, while the variables known as "HRIS" and "work satisfaction" serve as the independent variables. The significance level that was discovered in the data analysis for this research provides evidence in support of the hypothesis that HRIS has a beneficial effect on productivity in the workplace. The HRIS program will be more precise, exact, and comprehensive to the extent that the employee's performance on work assignments is higher. Improving the defense industry's ability to make intelligent decisions about its human resource allocations by implementing methodical HRIS procedures, such as the collection, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and validation of data. Plans for the strategic use of information technology may have an impact on the future direction of the military industry by modifying both the extent to which human resources are used and the depth to which individuals comprehend the context in which they operate. There is a correlation between the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace and increased levels of productivity

Abstract

Open government data has the potential to improve transparency, accountability, public participation, business innovation, and research quality. However, this openness also poses various opportunities for losses or even risks, especially related to low data quality, personal data security issues, data translation errors, and misuse of information. This study aims to review the potential risks of data openness on government data portals from the perspective of researchers as one of the important actors who use data. Using qualitative method with structured interviews, this study involved five potential researchers who actively used open data between May and August 2023. The results of the interviews showed that high data quality, such as accuracy, completeness, and currency, can increase researchers' trust in the data. At the same time, obstacles in accessibility and bureaucracy or data administration requirements can slow down the research process or stages. Security and privacy issues are also important parameters, with strict security policies and good audit processes can reduce the risk of data misuse. Data openness and transparency play a major role in increasing the use of data for public policy and evidence-based research. In addition, data standardization is essential to ensure the efficiency of data use by researchers. This study concludes that to optimize the benefits of data openness, there needs to be proper and measurable management in order to consider data quality, accessibility, security, and standardization.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of rationality and experience on users' decision to reapply for a digital peer-to-peer (P2P) loan, with behavioral intention as an intermediary factor, in the context of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As the popularity of digital lending platforms increases, understanding the behavioral factors behind loan reapplication decisions is crucial. This study uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Models (SEM), with data collected from active P2P users who have previously reapplied for a loan. Findings show that both rationality and experience significantly affect behavioral intention rates, which in turn affect reapplication behavior. Behavioral intention plays a crucial mediating role, linking cognitive and experiential factors to the decision to reapply for a loan. These results highlight the importance of cognitive evaluation and experiential memory in shaping financial behavior in the digital context, providing insights for financial technology providers, regulators, and educators.
