Abstract

The goal of this analysis is to determine how changes in monetary growth, moral standards, and local government awareness affect weaknesses in internal regulation during the coronavirus. This investigation uses quantitative information. Financial progress, moral character, and acquaintance with local governance are the subjects of this assessment. Meetings, documentation, perception, and using polls were used to aid in the information collection process. Utilising several straight relapse tests, information research was accomplished. The study's findings indicate that the lack of interior control during the coronavirus pandemic is not primarily influenced by financial development, profound quality, or territorial government awareness

Abstract

The goals of this study were to 1) analyze records management planning in improving the quality of academic services at the Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University. 2)nanalyze constraints on the implementation of archival management in improving service quality at the Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University. This research used observation, interview, and documentation methods which were submittedto respondents to obtain written information related to archives management. The technique for selecting researchsubjects is through purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that in the field of administrative services. It has been going well because it has carried out procedures for manging records correctly, and if archives services are needed it does not take long to provide archives servoces for employees who need them related to the obstacles faced in managing archivesto improve services at The Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University, namely the unavailabilityof a special room for archives to ensure security and to get care for old  archives so that they are not absolote and better guarantee the quality of the archives.

Abstract

The role of leadership and human resource management (HR) plays an important role in the success of an organization. Both not only influence the performance of individuals within the organization, but also shape organizational culture, direct business strategy, and ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and growth amidst ongoing changes and challenges in the business world. This research uses an exploratory and descriptive research design. The data collection techniques used were interviews, participant observation, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research results show that: 1) Implementation of Transformational Leadership at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya plays a key role at various managerial levels. The main focus lies on important aspects such as clear vision, ability to inspire, intellectual brilliance, ability to inspire enthusiasm, and individual empowerment. 2) Utilization of Human Resources (HR) at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya has been effective. 3) Implementation of transformational leadership strategies and utilization of Human Resources (HR) have a significant influence on organizational performance at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on consumer satisfaction with online services. The hypothesis tested is that these variables significantly affect customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used with data collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 60 online service users selected through purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the relationship between variables. The results show that perceived service quality has the strongest positive influence on consumer satisfaction, followed by online customer ratings and reviews. The findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and managing customer feedback online to increase satisfaction. This research contributes new knowledge about consumer behavior in online platforms by highlighting the interrelationships between service quality, customer reviews, and ratings. The originality of this research lies in its examination of how these factors collectively affect consumer satisfaction, providing valuable insights for businesses aiming to improve their online services and customer relationships..

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of logistics management in increasing distribution efficiency at PT Bahari Utama Samudra. Through a case study approach, this research identifies the factors that influence logistics performance, the obstacles faced, and the strategies implemented to optimize the distribution process. The research results show that implementing tracking technology, optimizing delivery routes, and proper inventory management can significantly increase a company's operational efficiency.

Abstract

Perpajakan merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam aktivitas perekonomian Indonesia. Karena pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar Negara Indonesia. Pembangunan dan upaya penyejahteraan masyarakat sangat tergantung pada perpajakan. Pajak adalah kontribusi Wajib Pajak kepada Negara yang terutang oleh Orang Pribadi atau Badan yang sifatnya dapat dipaksakan dan dipungut berdasarkan Undang-Undang, serta tidak mendapat imbalan secara langsung dan digunakan untuk keperluan Negara bagi sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran rakyat. Permasalahan yang dapat diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penyuluhan pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Batu Malang. Sedangkan tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah penyuluhan pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Batu Malang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak yang ada di Kota Batu Malang, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian berpedoman pada beberapa karakteristik yang telah di tentukan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyuluhan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menanamkan jiwa kepemimpinan bahari sejak dini dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah anak SD yang berdomisili di Keputih Pompa Surabaya. Diharapkan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, dapat memberi pengalaman, menambah ketrampilan serta kemandirian berpikir maupun berprilaku serta menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, sehingga anak akan belajar mengatur emosi, mengerti kesalahan dan bermacam ketrampilan lainnya dan bisa bekerja sama. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan mengajarkan anak cara mengambil keputusan dengan mengenalkan dunia kebaharian melalui tanya jawab yang berkaitan dengan dunia kebaharian.
