Abstract

This research aims to understand: 1) The role of students as millennial generationin the formation of awareness of the importance of cooperatives to improve the economyin Malang, 2) How the Malang City Cooperative Office accommodates students asmillennials to foster prosperity will support cooperatives, 3) How knowledge MalangCity community about cooperatives. This study uses qualitative research with the subjectof students as the generation and objects of the general public. Data collection usesinterview methods and historical data. The results showed that: 1) students must have awillingness or interest in cooperatives and have creative and innovative ideas or ideasto develop cooperatives in the general public, 2) Malang City Cooperative Office hasan important role by providing education, training and mentoring to special studentsmembers student cooperatives about, 3) community knowledge about cooperatives isvery little and does not trust cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial management behavior on financial satisfaction among fintech gopay users in Malang city. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The object of this research is the people of Malang city. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables, namely financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial management behavior simultaneously and partially influence financial satisfaction.

Abstract

Work productivity is an increasingly hot topic of discussion, especially with the rapid development of technology and changes in the world of work. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and knowledge sharing on work productivity with the mediating role of organizational commitment. This study involved all 102 employees at the Sanan Tempe Chips Industry Center Malang as the population, with a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM method with SmartPLS. The results showed that motivation significantly affects work productivity and organizational commitment. Knowledge sharing also has a positive impact on work productivity and organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment has a significant influence on work productivity. Other findings show that organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation and knowledge sharing on work productivity. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving motivation and knowledge-sharing practices to strengthen organizational commitment, which in turn can increase work productivity. Managers can focus on training programs and strategies to increase employee motivation and improve organizational performance and commitment.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of service quality and tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction. The sample used in this research was visitors who came to the Sengkaling Recreation Park. This sampling technique was carried out using a questionnaire, the number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method and SLOVIN formula. The data analysis method uses scale range analysis and data processing uses SPSS version 25. The results of this study are Service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, Tourist facilities do not have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, Service quality and tourism facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work ability and motivation on the performance of civil servants in the Dinas Informasi dan Pengolahan Data Angkatan Laut, hereinafter abbreviated as PNS Disinfolahtal. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and carried out on 32 PNS Disinfolahtal. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The data testing technique used in this study included validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbach. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that work ability has a positive effect on the performance of PNS Disinfolahtal and motivation has a positive effect on the performance of PNS Disinfolahtal.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan model pelatihan berbasis kompetensi guna meningkatkan kemampuan nelayan dalam melakukan perawatan berkala mesin perahu. Pelatihan difokuskan pada Masyarakat Nelayan Keputih Timur, Gang Pompa Air, Kelurahan Keputih, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Surabaya, yang mayoritas menggunakan mesin perahu sebagai alat utama operasional. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen melalui pre-test dan post-test terhadap 30 peserta. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 20% nelayan memahami prosedur perawatan dasar mesin perahu. Setelah pelatihan dilakukan, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana 83,3% peserta mencapai kategori kompeten dalam pengenalan komponen, penggantian oli, pengecekan sistem pendingin, serta penanganan gangguan ringan. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan teknis meningkat dari 48,2 menjadi 81,6 poin. Model pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan demonstratif, praktik langsung, dan modul bergambar sederhana berbasis lokalitas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kompetensi secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis nelayan dalam merawat mesin perahu, yang berdampak pada efisiensi kerja dan penurunan biaya perbaikan rutin. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan lanjutan secara berkala serta sinergi antara lembaga pendidikan vokasi dan kelompok nelayan setempat untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the integration of Sustainability Reports and ESG Ratings in PT Petrokimia Gresik and its impact on the company's operational performance and reputation from economic, environmental, social, and governance perspectives. Design/Methods/Approaches: A qualitative case study approach is used to explore how SR and ESG integration is implemented and internalized across the organization, with a focus on key informant insights. Research Findings : The integration of SR and ESG at PT Petrokimia Gresik significantly improves the company's operational efficiency and reputation. These elements are embedded in performance targets and decision-making, demonstrating deep organizational alignment. Theoretical/Originality contribution: This study bridges the research gap by analyzing the integration of SR and ESG simultaneously using the Triple Bottom Line framework, providing new insights into sustainability practices in Indonesia's chemical industry. Practitioner/policy implications: These findings serve as a practical guide for companies and regulators in developing sustainable business strategies and policies based on ESG data, supporting stakeholder trust and long-term competitiveness. Limitations of the study: This one-case qualitative study limits generalization and may bring subjectivity. Further quantitative or comparative research is recommended to improve external validity.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pengelasan dan Perawatan Kapal Nelayan merupakan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman teknis masyarakat nelayan di Keputih Timur, Gang Pompa, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Surabaya. Program ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang teknik pengelasan yang aman dan efektif, serta praktik perawatan kapal yang berkelanjutan. Materi pelatihan mencakup teknik pengelasan dasar, identifikasi dan perbaikan kerusakan kapal, serta pencegahan korosi. Dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat nelayan, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha perikanan lokal. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat ganda: meningkatkan keamanan dan kualitas kapal nelayan, dan pada gilirannya, meningkatkan hasil tangkapan dan keberlanjutan ekosistem laut.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menanamkan jiwa kepemimpinan bahari sejak dini dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah anak SD yang berdomisili di Keputih Pompa Surabaya. Diharapkan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, dapat memberi pengalaman, menambah ketrampilan serta kemandirian berpikir maupun berprilaku serta menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, sehingga anak akan belajar mengatur emosi, mengerti kesalahan dan bermacam ketrampilan lainnya dan bisa bekerja sama. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan mengajarkan anak cara mengambil keputusan dengan mengenalkan dunia kebaharian melalui tanya jawab yang berkaitan dengan dunia kebaharian.
