Abstract

Abstract. The study aims to determine the effect of competency and professional skepticism on audit quality in Public Accountant Offices (KAP) in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative research method. The sample in this study consists of 35 respondents from 48 questionnaires distributed to auditors working at Public Accountant Offices (KAP) in Bandung. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression models with IBM SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software version 29.0. The results of this study indicate that the competency and professional skepticism variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Partially, the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while professional skepticism does not have a significant effect on audit quality. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.553 or 55.3%, while the remaining 44.7% is explained by other variables aside from the independent variables in this study.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the analysis of promotional strategies at Captain Zack tourist attraction. This research aims to determine the implementation of promotional strategy activities, obstacles, and solutions at Captain Zack tourist attraction. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach. The data collection process was obtained through passive participatory observation and structured interviews with companies and visitors, while supporting data was obtained through documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that Captain Zack has carried out six elements of promotional strategies, namely advertising, face-to-face sales, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing and word of mouth. There are several indicators in promotional strategy activities that have not been carried out optimally, especially in social media management. In current promotional activities, social media optimization must be done in order to reach a wider market.

Abstract

Currently, the development of technology and information throughout the world is increasingly rapid. Digital transformation has changed the face of global industry significantly. One striking example is PT. Gojek Indonesia, a technology company from Indonesia, has played an important role in changing the paradigm of transportation services in Southeast Asia. Gojek offers online transportation services that provide solutions to various problems faced by society, and access to this service can be done anytime and anywhere. PT Gojek Indonesia is now known as one of the leading technology companies in the country, with a variety of services including motorbike taxi transportation, goods delivery, and digital payment systems. This article will present an in-depth analysis of Gojek's journey, starting from its initial founding by Nadiem Makarim to its current position as an industry leader. Through a SWOT analysis approach, this article will also explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing Gojek. Apart from that, the strategies implemented by the company to achieve its goals will also be explained in detail. In this article, we will also highlight Gojek's advantages and disadvantages in meeting customer needs as well as the challenges that must be faced in facing competition with conventional industries and developments in electronic media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of marketing communication strategies and how the obstacles and solutions to marketing communication strategies at PT Queen Jaya Property Sumedang. The research method uses a qualitative method with the determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. This research data collection technique through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the company has implemented 5 dimensions of marketing communication, namely advertising, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. However, the implementation has not been done optimally. The identified obstacles include the reach of advertising on social media that is not yet extensive, the limited variety of sales promotions, the quality and consistency of social media content that needs to be improved, the communication and service skills of salespeople that need to be improved, and online marketing content that is less varied and does not follow the latest trends. The efforts that can be made by PT Queen Jaya Property Sumedang in overcoming obstacles are to expand the reach of digital advertising, develop more creative promotions, consistency of social media content, salespeople to improve communication and service, and create online marketing content that is more varied and in accordance with current trends.

Abstract

Effective work communication plays an essential role in supporting smooth operations and maintaining professional relationships within a company. This study aims to analyze work communication at PT Mikdad Perkasa Abadi Sumedang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study design, conducted through in-depth interviews with five informants selected using purposive sampling. The main instrument in this research is the researcher, assisted by an interview guide, and the data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that communication between employees and superiors takes place through various media, such as face-to-face meetings and whatsapp, using adaptive delivery strategies, communication among employees is open and supports team collaboration, communication with investors is maintained through transparent reporting and annual forums, and communication with consumers is carried out responsively via social media and direct services

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to collect information that will be used to analyze the effect of pricing on purchasing decisions for building equipment at the CV Sinarayu Werasari, Majalengka Regency. And is expected to assist the company in solving the problems faced in accordance with the topic taken by the author, by analyzing, especially information and data regarding the effect of pricing on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at the CV Sinarayu Werasari Majalengka, Regency., and hypothesis testing using t test. There is an influence between pricing on purchasing decisions because the t-valuecount of 14,618 is greater than the t-table, namely 0,305 for the two-party test with a significant level of 0.05 at dk = 94, then Ha is accepted, thus the author can draw the conclusion that the level of determination price can support purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management strategy in facing competitors at Horison Hotel Group. The data used in this study were obtained through the company's official website using digital research methods and qualitative case studies. The results of this test show that facing competitors in the hospitality industry is done through an approach that combines international standards with local cultural richness, including creating a unique and authentic hospitality experience.
