Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan proses alamiah yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan komplikasi bagi ibu dan janin, termasuk perdarahan pervaginam pada kehamilan muda yang sering disebabkan oleh abortus. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa perdarahan adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan abortus imminens di Klinik Wany Oscar, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistematis dengan pengumpulan data melalui identitas pasien, anamnese (data subjektif), dan pemeriksaan fisik (data objektif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ny.R, 28 tahun, mengalami nyeri perut bagian bawah dan perdarahan pervaginam. Tidak ada pembukaan serviks dan janin masih utuh. Asuhan kebidanan yang dilakukan meliputi pemasangan infus, observasi tanda vital, edukasi kepada ibu dan keluarga, serta kolaborasi dengan dokter spesialis kandungan. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan berhasil mengatasi gejala abortus imminens pada Ny.R. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ibu stabil dan kehamilan dapat dipertahankan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi tenaga kesehatan dan institusi pendidikan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan yang efektif pada kasus abortus imminens.

Abstract

Maja fruit in Pettungnge Hamlet, Maggenrang Village is a problem that must be solved immediately, where maja fruit has been left alone and even thrown into the river which can cause river water pollution. Whereas maja fruit is seen from its compounds which are very potential to be used as an easily replicable sanitation product in the form of hand washing soap such as, saponin compounds that can cause maja fruit to foam. The purpose of this service activity will provide solutions to partners of the Dropout Girls Group in processing maja fruit into easy replicable sanitation products in the form of hand washing soap and increase partner knowledge and skills. The implementation method is carried out in a society parcipatory manner which is carried out by doing, which consists of three main stages, namely the stages of counseling and socialization, training, and mentoring. The results obtained from this service activity show an increas in the knowledge and skills of partners in utilizing maja fruit into easy replicable sanitation products in the form of high economic value hand washing soap with an increase of 95% each. In addition, with this increase in partner skills, it can also build the entrepreneurial spirit of partners while realizing SDGs points 3 and 12, namely healthy and prosperous villages and environmentally conscious village consumption and production.

Abstract

The high number of rice production and the wide area of rice fields in Pationgi Village with an intensity of harvesting 3 times a year makes Pationgi Village the largest rice producer in Patimpeng District. This rice husk waste is a problem where the Massedi Youth Organization Group who also works at the rice mill feel confused about how to process waste that is not used properly and greatly reduces aesthetics and pollutes the environment, where this waste is simply thrown away, burned and just piled up. So that with this service program it will help the community in the implementation of making potassium silica fertilizer through several methods starting from the counseling, training and mentoring stages to partners. The results of this program are able to increase partners' knowledge and productivity in processing rice husk waste from a combination of bamboo leaves into potassium silica fertilizer. The resulting product is packaged in small jerry cans with a size of 1 liter. This service was carried out in Pationgi Village by involving the maseddi youth group as partners. The results obtained from this community service are ways to handle rice husk and bamboo leaf waste by treating the waste as potassium silicate fertilizer.
