Abstract

This study aims to ascertain and evaluate the Prior Influence of Experience, Product Knowledge, and Satisfaction on Consumer Decisions Performing Brand Switching in Purchasing Motor Adventure Products. Technique Sampling is determined by purposive sampling, where there are criteria respondents, but it also uses the accidental method of determining the sample based on coincidence where anyone happens to meet the researcher which can be used as a sample by distributing questionnaires to members of the adventure motorcycle community The analytical technique applied is the descriptive analysis technique, Partial Last Square (PLS) statistical analysis method for looking for inner models, outer models, and hypotheses. The results of this study show acceptance of the entire hypothesis, namely the existence of a noteworthy and favorable influence on prior experience (X1), product knowledge (X2), and satisfaction factors (X3) on Consumer Decisions to Brand Switching in Purchasing Motorcycle Adventure Products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain at Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, the effects of job training, competency, and work discipline on employee performance. Following the scientific ideas of concreteness, objectivity, measurability, rationality, and systematicity, this study uses a quantitative research approach since the data consists of numbers and is investigated using statistical techniques. While the sample consists of a part of the employees—specifically, 75 individuals/respondents—the population considered in this study comprises 93 employees of Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch. Questionnaires, observations, and interviews constitute among the data gathering techniques. Validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance tests (f-test), and coefficient of determination comprise the data analysis techniques. The t-test value for job training of 2.947, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66671, with a significance value of 0.004, shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Consequently, it can be said that H1 is approved, so demonstrating the impact of work training on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, staff performance. The t-test result for competence of 2.554, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66571, with a significant value of 0.013, shows how influence competence has on employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that H2 is acknowledged, thereby reflecting the impact of competency on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, staff performance. The t-test result for work discipline of 2.034, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66571, with a significant value of 0.035, shows how influence of work discipline affects employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that H3 is approved, thereby demonstrating the effect of work discipline on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, price, and location on consumer satisfaction at Indo Futsal Kediri. The type of research used is quantitative, a method that describes in detail the object of study. The population in this study consists of 960 visitors to Indo Futsal Kediri in June 2022, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenience/accidental sampling. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance tests (f-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that: (1) Service quality (X1), facilities (X2), price (X3), and location (X4) together (simultaneously) have a relationship with the dependent variable, which is consumer satisfaction (Y). (2) Service quality, when examined individually, does not have a significant relationship with the consumer satisfaction variable. This can be proven by the t-test result of -0.552, which is smaller than the t-table value of 0.677, with a significance level of 0.582, which is greater than 0.050.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan pada produk skincare Npure di Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan variabel penelitian Green Brand Image, Green Brand Innovation, dan Buying Decision. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik sampling Lemeshow method dan ukuran sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang dilakukan dari 12 Januari hingga 30 Januari 2023. Analisis data menggunakan metode SMART PLS 3.0 version for windows dengan model intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan inovasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Npure, sementara tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh keputusan pembelian dan citra merek. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan skin care dan kecantikan harus terus berinovasi dan memperhatikan citra merek dan inovasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perusahaan juga perlu meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan melalui layanan dan kualitas produk yang lebih baik, serta menawarkan insentif atau diskon pada produk tertentu untuk meningkatkan keinginan pembelian pelanggan. Jenis produk alami yang ramah lingkungan juga perlu dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen akan produk yang sehat dan aman untuk lingkungan. Variabel penelitian Green Brand Image, Green Brand Innovation, dan Buying Decision dapat membantu dalam memperkuat citra merek, meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan pada merek skincare Npure. Dalam keseluruhan, penelitian ini dapat memberikan landasan teori tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan pada produk kecantikan dan skincare.

Abstract

Research aim: The study aimed to identify the effect of leverage, liquidity, and company size on the profitability of health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Design/Methode/Approach: This research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The study population is all health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2021. Purposive sampling techniques were used in this study so 12 companies were used as research samples. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression test using SPSS Research Finding: The results showed that Leverage negatively affects the Profitability of Health companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability. The size of the company has a significant positive impact on the Profitability of the Company. Research limitation: The variables of this study are only limited to Leverage, Liquidity, and Company Size.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2024 using financial ratios, namely Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a documentation approach based on the companies’ financial statements. The sample consists of 33 manufacturing companies selected based on specific criteria. Secondary data were obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id).The results indicate that, in general, the financial performance of manufacturing companies during the period experienced fluctuations. ROA and ROE showed relatively stable trends, with several companies demonstrating excellent performance, such as Unilever Indonesia Tbk and Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. Meanwhile, the DER ratio revealed variations in financial risk levels among companies, where some firms such as Krakatau Steel Tbk and Kimia Farma Tbk recorded very high DER values, reflecting a strong dependence on external financing. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the financial health of manufacturing companies in Indonesia and can serve as a reference for investors, management, and other stakeholders in making strategic decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on loyalty through customer satisfaction of Bandar Kediri ikat weaving customers. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where questionnaires will be distributed to all research respondents who are the population in this study, namely consumers who have purchased gold medal ikat woven cloth more than once, taken in January - March 2023, which is not yet known for certain. The number was used so that the formula for determining the sample size according to Wibisono was used, where 100 respondents were obtained as samples. Path analysis was used to test the results of respondent data to measure the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. Based on the test results, it was found that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price has no significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.
