Abstract

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that has a branch in Kediri. The restaurant currently has competitors that can reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research conducted aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of using the independent variables Customer Relatioship Management and Service Quality and the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the dominant respondents at the age <20 years are female, the level of students whose income is <1 million in high school education and equivalent. Partially and simultaneously Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality, each of which has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. McDonald’s merupakan salah satu restoran cepat saji yang memiliki cabang di Kota Kediri. Restoran tersebut saat ini memiliki kompetitor yang dapat memberikan dampak penurunan kepuasan bagi para pelanggannya. Oleh sebab itu, dari penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan pengaruh simultan dengan penggunaan variabel bebas Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan serta variabel terikat Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 93 responden menggunakan formula Slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, karakteristik responden dominan pada usia <20 tahun berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pelajar/mahasiswa yang pendapatannya <1 juta pada pendidikan SMA sederajat. Secara parsial dan simultan Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan, masing – masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

The development of food products, especially snack products, which has an attraction to try and carry out this research, is the aci meatball product produced by Tata Snack, which is located in Ngadiluwih, Kediri. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product innovation, promotion and business processes on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The population used was 163 consumers obtained from purchase data from December 1, 2019 to January 30, 2020. The sample size in this study used the Slovin formula, with a sample of 116 respondents. The 116 respondents contacted to fill out an online questionnaire, then recapitulated the data with a total of 116 respondents. Followed by multiple linear regression test with the results if the customer satisfaction with one unit of work increased by 0.05, innovation increased by 0.146, promotion increased by 0.058 and business processes increased by 0.402. Partially these variables do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneously the independent variables are able to work together and the most influential variable is product innovation. This study has a percentage of 73.4% which can be explained, while the remaining 0.266 is not explained in this study Perkembangan produk makanan khususnya produk camilan yang memiliki daya tarik untuk dicoba dan dilakukan penelitian ini, adalah produk bakso aci yang diproduksi oleh Tata Snack, yang berlokasi di Ngadiluwih, Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, inovasi produk, promosi dan proses bisnis terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi yang digunakan sebesar 163 konsumen yang didapat dari data pembelian sejak 1 Desember 2019 sampai dengan 30 Januari 2020. Besarnya sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan sampel responden sejumlah 116 orang. Responden tersebut dihubungi untuk mengisi kuisioner secara online sebanyak 116 responden, kemudian dilakukan rekapitulasi data dengan jumlah 116 responden. Dilanjutkan uji regresi linier berganda dengan hasil jika kepuasan konsumen bekerja 1 satuan terhadap harga meningkat sebesar 0,05, inovasi meningkat sebesar 0,146, promosi meningkat sebesar 0,058 dan proses bisnis meningkat sebesar 0,402. Secara parsial variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan secara simultan variabel bebas mampu bekerja bersama – sama dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah inovasi produk. Penelitian ini memiliki prosentase sebesar 73,4% yang dapat dijelaskan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,266 tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini

Abstract

Thepurpose of this study was to determine the Application of Cooperative Snowball Throwing Learning Model in Thematic Learning Class 1 at MIN 3 Banyumas Academic Year 2019-2020. The type of research data used in this study is a quantitative-qualitative approach (mexing method). The subjects of this study were class I MIN 3 Banyumas Lessons in 2019-2020 totaling 33 students. The techniques used in data collection are interview, documentation, observation and test techniques. The results showed that the application of the Cooperative Snowball Throwing Learning Model could improve the thematic learning outcomes at MIN 3 Banyumas in 2019-2020. This can be proven by the learning outcomes for each cycle. In cycle I, the average score of student learning test results was 67.73, the lowest score was 45.00 and the highest score was 90.00. This is known by comparing the pre-cycle value with the value of Cycle I, the test results where the value of Cycle I is greater than the pre-cycle of the average value, namely: 67.73> 55.30. Whereas in the second cycle, the average test score was 75.91, while the lowest score was 55.00 and the highest score was 95.00. this can be known by comparing the value of the first cycle with the second cycle, the test results in which the value of the second cycle test is greater than the first cycle with an average value of 75.91> 67.73. And in the third cycle it can be seen that the average value of the test results is 83.79, while the lowest value is 65.00 and the highest value is 100.00.Keywords: Snowball

Abstract

There are many types of creative business ideas, but an interesting creative business idea is if someone can turn a waste into a handicraft that can generate profits and moreover can be sold. Cardboard waste is one of the wastes that can be reprocessed into a useful handicraft. By empowering existing human resources in Jarak Village, Ploso Klaten District, Kediri Regency, this Community Servicse activity is carried out by providing entrepreneurial insight, providing training to make handicrafts from cardboard waste. As a result of this activity, the community in the Jarak Village, Ploso Klaten District, Kediri Regency, got additional entrepreneurial insights which included how to obtain raw materials, production techniques and product marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation and discipline's effect on employee performance in the Nganjuk sub-district office. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents, where the population in this study is all employees in the Nganjuk sub-district office, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample used saturated sampling where the entire population is used as a respondent considering the population is less than 100. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the results of the respondent's data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that, simultaneously or partially, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Nganjuk sub-district office

Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbud yaitu berdasarkan sembilan agenda prioritas (nawacita) adalah gerakan literasi sekolah. Salah satu literasi yang sering digalakkan pada pendidikan formal seperti di SMA/SMK adalah literasi menulis seperti karya tulis ilmiah. Menulis adalah salah satu kegiatan menuangkan gagasan, ide dan perasaan penulis dalam bentuk tulisan. Kebanyakan siswa dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah biasanya hanya menuliskan hasil-hasil penelitian tanpa didukung dengan teori yang jelas. Selain itu, tulisan mereka bersifat repetitif, kurang logis, dan tidak sistematis. Hal-hal tersebut membuat mereka jarang memenangkan perlombaan karya tulis ilmiah yang ada, sehingga memberikan dampak yaitu mereka menjadi kurang percaya diri, tidak memiliki keberanian serta kurang berminat untuk menulis karya ilmiah. Metode pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi siswa dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah sebesar 68%. Selain itu tingkat percaya diri siswa dalam mengungkapkan dan menuangkan ide dalam karya tulis ilmiah serta mengikuti lomba karya tulis ilmiah juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 43%.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain and evaluate the Prior Influence of Experience, Product Knowledge, and Satisfaction on Consumer Decisions Performing Brand Switching in Purchasing Motor Adventure Products. Technique Sampling is determined by purposive sampling, where there are criteria respondents, but it also uses the accidental method of determining the sample based on coincidence where anyone happens to meet the researcher which can be used as a sample by distributing questionnaires to members of the adventure motorcycle community The analytical technique applied is the descriptive analysis technique, Partial Last Square (PLS) statistical analysis method for looking for inner models, outer models, and hypotheses. The results of this study show acceptance of the entire hypothesis, namely the existence of a noteworthy and favorable influence on prior experience (X1), product knowledge (X2), and satisfaction factors (X3) on Consumer Decisions to Brand Switching in Purchasing Motorcycle Adventure Products.

Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, pemerintahan desa wajib menyelenggarakan sistem politik tersendiri. Seiring berjalannya waktu, UU Desa telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap pembangunan desa. Meski demikian, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sejumlah kepala dan aparat desa mendapat kritik karena gagal menegakkan hukum setempat. Penyebabnya adalah buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bertugas mengawasi keuangan desa dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap peraturan. Tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang diperlukan kepada pengurus desa dalam mengelola keuangan desa. Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR) adalah teknik atau metode yang digunakan, dimulai dengan survei lokasi dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis masalah, perumusan solusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan penilaian. Diketahui bahwa dengan terlibat dalam acara-acara ini, para peserta memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa dan memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Pejabat desa mungkin akan lebih mudah melaporkan keuangan desa dengan bantuan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES), sehingga memastikan dana yang dilaporkan transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study's objective is to find out how employees perform at PT. Nusantara X Kediri New Islamic Boarding School plantation which is affected by training and salary. Because the research data for this study is numerical, can be checked statistically, and meets scientific criteria, namely, definite, objective, measurable, logical, and systematic. Using quantitative research methodologies. The 69 employees of PT. Nusantara X Kediri New Islamic Boarding School is a research population. The sample in the study consisting of all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pesantren Baru Kediri. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Multiple linear regression tests, tests of classical assumptions, tests of validity and reliability, partial significance tests (t statistical test), concurrent /simultaneous significance tests (f statistical tests), and determination coefficients during the process of data analysis. The study's conclusions lead to the following conclusions: (1) Training significantly and profitably affects employee work performance, according to the findings of the regression test conducted on the second hypothesis. The results of the regression analysis related to the third hypothesis show that remuneration has a beneficial and significant impact on employee performance. (3) We can draw a conclusion from it. from the output of the first hypothesis that employee performance is affected by compensation and training at the same time. This implies that a person will perform better in the workplace if they receive greater training and salary.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, harga, dan lokasi adalah beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Ghantama Futsal Kediri. Penyelidikan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Pada bulan Juni 2022, populasi penelitian terdiri dari 960 pengunjung Ghantama Futsal Kediri, dari mana 100 responden dipilih melalui metode sampel mudah. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, validitas, uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), dan uji signifikansi simultan (uji f) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan pelanggan sangat dipengaruhi oleh harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan fasilitas. Namun, nilai menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan fasilitas semuanya memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan; namun, nilai t hitung yang lebih rendah, -0,552, menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan, dengan nilai t tabel 0,677 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,582.
