Based on these problems, a research was carried out to obtain the requirements needed in building a service information system design. Selain itu pendataan pembelian barang untuk keperluan servis juga masih menggunakan pendataan manual sehingga untuk mengetahui data mobil servis membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk memperoleh kebutuhan- kebutuhan yang diperlukan dalam membangun rancangan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa service, Untuk itu di harapkan dibuat rancang bangun sistem pelayanan jasa service dengan penerapan model waterfall,Tahapan perancangan sistem meliputi analisa kebutuhan, rancangan diagram use case, rancangan diagram aktivitas, rancangan dokumen sistem usulan, rancangan prototype. Perancangan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), Class Model/Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram agar, dengan metode tersebut diharapkan pencatatan pengeluaran pendapatan servis dapat berjalan cepat, efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Komputerisasi, Pelayanan Jasa Servis, Rancang, Sistem, Waterfall.
