Abstract

Penjualan adalah hal yang mendasari suatu bisnis tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Dari penjualan yang dilakukan akan menghasilkan keuntungan yang dapat menjalankan bisnis untuk tetap beroperasi. Peneliti mengidentifikasi bahwa pada PT. Ambulance Pintar mengalami masalah dalam pengelolaan data penjualan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi tidak efisien. Data penjualan pada suatu perusahaan perlu dilakukan pengelolaan sebaik mungkin karena dari data penjualan dapat dilakukan analisis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Melalui metode step nine kimball, penelitian ini merancang data warehouse dan memvisualisasikan data menggunakan software Microsoft Power Bi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode nine step kimball telah berhasil dalam perancangan data warehouse dan penggunaan Microsoft Power BI membuat perusahaan mendapat informasi penjualannya secara lebih praktis sehingga memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan dengan efisien.

Abstract

This Ilham Green Shop has just started an online business by selling types of plants which are a growing business area now, but this Ilham Green Shop only has a few buyers, this is because the Ilham Green Shop has not been seen or heard among the public, so it is necessary a sales information system with a recommendation feature built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages and tested by the blackbox - testing method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. For processing sales transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm to get more accuracy in the process of processing data on the plant sales information system to find data on the best-selling plant products and see the buying pattern of a buyer by calculating the minimum support value and minimum confidence value to determine the association rules for a combination of itemset. . The results of the Apriori Algorithm calculation in this sales information system with sales transaction data from 03 December 2021 – 30 May 2022 obtained from Ilham Green Shop obtained the lift test value of 1.55 using the minimum support value = 10%, the minimum confidence value = 40% who form association rules with a confidence value of 93.55%. From these results it can be concluded, by processing plant product data with the Apriori Algorithm, it is able to provide good plant recommendations, so Ilham Green Shop can determine a strategy by multiplying the best-selling plant nurseries to get a lot of profit and recommending them to attract buyers' interest.

Abstract

KOPIKO merupakan sistem point of sale berbasis website yang dirancang khusus untuk coffee shop guna meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan pengalaman pelanggan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memesan menu langsung dari meja mereka menggunakan pemindaian barcode, yang mengarahkan mereka ke halaman interaktif berisi daftar menu. Proses pemesanan dirancang sederhana dan fleksibel, dilengkapi opsi pembayaran melalui QRIS untuk transaksi online maupun pembayaran offline di kasir. Dengan adanya KOPIKO, waktu tunggu pelanggan dapat diminimalkan, antrian di kasir berkurang, dan kenyamanan pelanggan meningkat. Inovasi ini tidak hanya mendukung tren digital tetapi juga memberikan solusi yang praktis bagi pengelolaan coffee shop, sehingga memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemilik bisnis dan pelanggan.

Abstract

Bekasi City with qualified and evenly distributed human resources will be better able to meet dynamic and complex development needs. Effective data visualization can simplify complex information related to HR capacity, such as education levels, skills distribution, and the number of workers in various sectors, making it easier for policy makers to design strategies including identifying the distribution of filling several positions based on gender and identifying areas of need for educational facilities, children's health, and other infrastructure that supports the growth and development of the younger generation, and developing more effective policies to improve the overall capacity of the city. This research aims to develop a human resource capacity data visualization model as a tool in improving city capacity. This research uses Google Looker Studio as a data visualization platform, data integration is done by Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) method, the data starts from Excel then cleaned, adjusted the format and loaded into Google Sheets. The data used includes key variables that describe the characteristics of human resources in the Bekasi city area, such as education, age group, gender, and demographic distribution. The results show that based on the dashboard visualization, the Bekasi City government can increase 10% representation of the number of women in supervisory and administrator positions in 2 years and the number of only 5% at the S2 or S3 education level requires an increase in education to support the optimization of HR for strategic positions
