Abstract

Polyhedral  heteroboranes in particular dicarba-closo-dodecaboranes(12) and their organic derivatives have been the subject of intense research for over 40 years due to their unique chemical and physical properties. The initial attraction to dicarba-closo-dodecaboranes(12) In the medicinal chemistry research, was a result of their high boron content and stability to catabolism, which are important criteria for cancer therapy, such as BNCT (boron neutron capture therapy) agents. The coordination compounds of the platinum group metals have also received large interest for their potential application as chemotherapeutic agents, since  cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(II), cisplatin, has been reported to have  capability as tumor inhibitor. Hence, applications can be envisioned for related  cis platinum complexes. Complex of  cis-rac-[PtCl2{1,2-(PRCl)2C2B10H10}] (R=Ph,  tBu, NEt2, NPh2) have been synthesized by employing known carbaborane based phosphine ligands of clorophoshino-closo-dodecaborane , with complex of  cis-[PtCl2(COD)] (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) in an N2-atmosphere. The obtained complexes possess expected structure configuration, namely  cis-rac.  The characterization of the complex has been carried out using 1H,  31P,  13C and  11B-NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), X-ray of single crystals, elemental analysis, IR (infra red) and mass spectroscopy (MS). The  31P{1H} NMR spectra of all the platinum complexes distinctly show the typical platinum satellites which are attributed to 31P-195Pt-coupling, in which the 31P{1H} NMR spectrum exhibits three lines with an intensity ratio of ca. 1:4:1. The structure of the platinum complexes consists of a slightly distorted square-planar coordination sphere, in which the platinum  atom is bonded to two chlorides and two phosphorus atoms of the chelating carbaboranylphosphine. Thus the platinum atoms exhibit the coordination number four, which is preferred in platinum(II) complexes.

Abstract

This research describes the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia in 2012-2015. Australia especially Christmast Island are one of most the dstination route for illegal migration from Afganistan, Pakistan, Suriah, Srilanka and Turkey. When imigrant came to Australia they will transit in Indonesia and this can make the threat for Indonesia security stability.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia. The theories applied in this research are realism with the transnational concept by Barry Buzan.The conclusion of this research about the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia are have done with some steps, likes Indonesia Government increase a controlling in border area by Indonesia Police, Imigration and Forein Ministry, Indonesia government has cooperation between Australia to anticipate the illegal imigration with dealling about Bali Process, Indonesia Government has cooperation with UNHCR dan IOM to anticipate the illegal imigration that transit in Indonesia.Key words: policy, anticipation, illegal and imigration

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of pharmacy inan in the (National Health Insurance) JKN era based ona financial perspective with parameters the net profit margin and pharmacy income. And the perspective customer is within the parameters of the quality pharmacy service in this matter tangibles  , reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in a pharmacy in Makassar city on customer satisfaction pharmacy and the number of customer visits to the pharmacy. This study employed analytic quantitave and qualitative methods. The research sample consisted of 5 apothecary 99 pharmacy customers. The study results on the financial perspektive show that the net profit margin pharmachie’s 2014 average value was 6,31% and that by 2018 it was 6,93% and the pharmacies were virtually in good condition. In the pharmacies income there are 2 pharmachies that have suffered a decline in the pharmacy’s turnover and 3 pharmachies have experienced an increase in the 2018 over 2014. As for the number of pharmcy customers, there is 1 pharmacy that has a decline and 4 pharmacy that have seen an increase in the number of customer visits to the pharmcy in 2018 over 2014.And the customer perspective, the test F show that the F Count of 5,111 and F Tables 2,31, so that it can be reached the conclusion that the quality of service made up of both reliabilty, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty affect the  satisfaction of the pharmacies customers in the city of Makassar.   Keywords: financial perspective, customer  satisfaction, pharmacy service’s quality, National Health Insurance

Abstract

Abstract : This research revolves around the effect of company performance, CSR rating on company value by using companies listed on the IDX in 2019, the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, and got a total of 35 companies as the sample used in the test. The variables used in this study include CSR Rating, Return On Assets and Net Profit Margin as indicators of company performance, Tobin's Q and Price to Book Value as indicators of firm value. SEM-PLS was used as a test tool using WarpPLS 7.0. The variables in this study are transformed formatively into latent variables. The result is that the company's performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, the CSR rating has a positive, weakly significance, and the CSR rating can positively moderate the relationship between company performance and firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, terutama yang berhubungan dengan peran corporate governance. Dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik kinerja perusahaan dapat bertumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan CG yang baik melalui keberadaan dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan Tobin's Q. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada 2016-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Abstract -. This research was conducted based on data obtained during testing at LAPAN (Lembaga Antariksa dan Penerbangan Nasional), where there was a case that became a concern. The test is about the free fall test, which results in a deflection that is considered too large. From these results it was decided to investigate further. This free fall test uses impact testing where a material is measured for its shock load resistance. Impact testing simulates the operating conditions of a material where the loading that occurs is not only in static conditions but also occurs in dynamic conditions. In the free fall test, a test was carried out to measure and see the resistance of the landing gear and crash box in receiving dynamic loads, when the aircraft landed. The main purpose of simulating this tool is for research and development of the free fall test equipment itself, as well as the design of the landing gear of the LSU (Lapan Survaillance UAV) drone in the future. The impact platform on the free fall test equipment plays an important role in impact testing, where the deformation of the plate holder will be converted by the load cell, into a signal received by the acquisition system. So it is designed to fit the existing needs. In this test equipment, the test object is given a load (50 kg and 200 kg), height (4.72 m and 1,204 m), so that it reaches a velocity (9,623 m/s and 4,861 m/s) with impactor crash box geometry and main landing gear as well as plate holder design based tools in the field. Based from testing, impact, and analysis using the finite element method in this study, it was found that the deflection value was 1.771 mm which reduced 94.61% for the crash box case and the deflection value was 2.696 mm with a reduction value of 87.85 % for the main landing gear case from the existing initial design. Abstract

Luka bakar mengakibatkan kerusakan atau kehilangan jaringan kulit. Pengobatan luka bakar adalah dengan menggunakan sediaan topikal. Melalui analisis gap, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan pendekatan baru dalam pengobatan herbal untuk kondisi luka bakar yang belum terpenuhi secara optimal. Latar belakang formulasi menjadi perhatian karena keberhasilan terapi herbal dalam penyembuhan luka bakar sering kali bergantung pada formulasi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan efek terapeutik dan meminimalkan efek samping Herba suruhan (Peperomia pellucida) adalah salah satu tanaman yang positif memiliki kandungan flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, tanin, steroid dan triterpenoid yang efektif untuk penyembuhan luka bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi sediaan gel ekstrak herba suruhan (Peperomia pellucida) dengan variasi konsentrasi 2,5%, 5% dan 7,5% yang menggunakan Na CMC sebagai basisnya dan uji parameter evaluasi, untuk melihat sediaan gel kstrak herba suruhan (Peperomia pellucida) dengan konsentrasi berapa yang memenuhi standar sediaan gel yang baik. Penelitian ini melakukan uji parameter evaluasi yang meliputi; uji organoleptis, uji pH, dan uji homogenitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan gel ekstrak herba suruhan (Peperomia Pellucida) dengan konsentrasi 2,5% memiliki bentuk gel dengan warna hijau pekat dan aroma khas daun herba suruhan yang memiliki pH 6,4. Pada konsentrasi 5% dan 7,5% memiliki bentuk gel dan aroma khas daun herba suruhan dengan warna yang lebih pekat dengan pH 6. Disimpulkan pH semua konsentrasi memenuhi syarat sesuai dengan pH kulit, dari segi homogenitas sediaan gel herba suruhan konsentrasi 2,5%, 5% dan 7,5% tidak memenuhi standar homogenitas, dikarenakan terdapat butiran kasar dari ekstrak herba suruhan.

Abstract

Kalakai (scientific name Stenochlaena palustris) is a type of fern that is often used by the people of Kalimantan as a vegetable. The Kalakai plant which grows a lot in the lowland swamp areas of Central Kalimantan is a type of fern plant. Kalakai contains high levels of minerals, vitamin C, folic acid, and protein when compared to other local vegetables in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. The active compounds that act as antioxidants in kalakai are flavonoids and phenols. Flavonoids and phenols act as free radical scavengers to prevent diseases that attack the body thereby strengthening the body's immunity. Traditionally, kalakai is consumed by the Dayak people. This article is a review article that uses the descriptive literature study method to find scientific information or research that proves coherently the benefits or applications of the kalakai. Kalakai which activity as an antioxidant has health benefits such as being able to increase hemoglobin levels so that it can prevent anemia has cytotoxicity in MCF-7 breast cancer cells and prevents antihyperlipidemic by reducing Low-density lipoprotein (LDL).

Abstract

The research area is administratively located in Banjarharjo Village, Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency, Central Java Province. Geographically, the research area is located at coordinates 108o 49 '15.4 "- 108o 52' 30.8" East Longitude and 06o 59 "21.8" - 07o 02 '04.8 "LS. The research area is included in The North Central Java Basin (The North Serayu Through/Basin) which is a Back Arc Basin. Based on the stratigraphic and sedimentological composition, the research area is classified into five geological units, (old to young), namely: (1) Sandstone and Claystone Interchange Unit, (2) Carbonate Claystone Unit, (3) Sand Limestone Unit, (4) Volcanic Breccia Unit and (5) Andesite Intrusion Unit. According to Pulonggono and Martodjojo (1994) Java Island, there are three straight lines of dominant structure, including: (1) East Laur - Southwest (Meratus Pattern), (2) North - South (Sundanese Pattern) and (3) West - East (Pattern Java). Based on the strike dip and stockiness data at the research location, the results of the force with the direction of the main stress are relatively Northeast-Southwestern, with the combination of Harding modeling, (1977) and Moody and Hill, (1956). The structural arrangements in the research area that are formed are (1) Cibuluh thrust fault, (2) Maibah sinistral strike-slip fault, (3) Cikuya sinistral strike-slip fault, and (4) Cikuya dextral strikeslip fault.

Abstract

Companies worldwide are now looking at long-term and sustainable development in environmental, social, and governance issues in addition to short-term earnings. This paradigm change occurred in Indonesia as well. Companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are increasingly vying to establish sustainable operations because they understand the value of ESG considerations. However, what is the factors that determine the ESG risk rating? The purpose of this research is to determine what factors influence ESG risk. Based on the data that has been obtained, the researchers tested the data using PLS-SEM with Warppls 8.0. Then the following results were obtained: institutional investor structure has a negative effect on ESG risk; firm performance, firm size, and leverage have a positive influence on ESG risk; and lastly, firm performance can be a moderating variable of the relationship between institutional investor structure and ESG risk.
