Abstract

Kontribusi dan peran UMKM sebagai penggerak ekonomi negara sangat diperlukan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sampai dengan angka Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Data menunjukkan kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB sebesar 60,5% dan 96,9% pada penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kedua persentase tersebut termasuk tinggi namun pada dua dekade terakhir, peran UMKM tidak signifikan karena keterbatasan pembiayaan atau modal. Maka dari itu peran pemerintah dalam Program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecil merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMK agar lebih tangguh dan mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kembali efektivitas program pendanaan UMK (PUMK) terhadap kinerja UMK binaan PT Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Adapun yang menjadi objek pada penelitian ini adalah UMK binaan PT Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo. Dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel efektivitas PUMK berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMK binaan PT Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo.

Abstract

Currently, many companies are opening services. This makes the level of competition of companies very tight. Therefore, these problems need to be considered by companies so that their business continuity is maintained. This study aims to analyze the quality of service on the satisfaction of media partners at Radio Solopos. In this study, a quantitative descriptive method is used. The respondents in this study are media partners of Radio Solopos. Of the 45 questionnaires distributed, the researcher took 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The researcher calculated the questionnaire result using Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS) version 29 program. The result of this study is that service quality has a significant effect on media partner satisfaction. Because t counts are greater than t tables (7,254 > 2,048). So that if the quality of the service provided is high, then the higher the satisfaction that will be obtained by media colleagues. Radio Solopos needs to improve the quality of services provided and also evaluate the job desks of each division.

Abstract

Risk cannot be avoided in a business; the uncertain nature allows companies to conduct risk assessments in each division. The risk management assessment process includes risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the implementation of risk management assessment at PT Ameera Hati Mulia. This research uses primary and secondary data types and sources. Primary data, in the form of interview results and secondary data, includes company profiles and a recap of the number of Umrah pilgrims registered. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The method of discussion in this study is a qualitative descriptive discussion. In this study, researchers researched and assessed the risks in the Umrah and Hajj plus bureau company PT Ameera Hati Mulia. The risk assessment includes risk identification, analysis, and evaluation processes. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, several risks have occurred at PT Ameera, including operational and marketing risks. This research shows two types of risks at PT Ameera Hati Mulia: operational risk and marketing risk. A risk assessment is important to help the company anticipate vulnerabilities. PT Ameera ensures that any impacts arising from risks can be overcome and immediately seeks solutions if a risk event occurs. Suggestions that the author can convey based on the results of this study: PT Ameera Hati Mulia needs to create a risk register table that is useful for identifying possible risks that can occur in the company, as well as preventing and dealing with these risks.
