Abstract

Pemerintah kota Surakarta memiliki visi menjadi salah satu kota toleransi di Indonesia. Selain menjadi kota toleransi, kota Surakarta juga memiliki tujuan dalam peningkatan literasi keuangan masyarakat. Dengan mengusung tema toleransi antar budaya di kota surakarta maka kami rencana mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi berkaitan peningkatan literasi keuangan pada salah satu organisasi keagamaan di Kota Surakarta yakni Wanita Hindu Dharma Indonesia (WHDI). Salah satu usulan program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan manajemen keuangan dalam pengambilan Keputusan Investasi emas bagi organisasi Perempuan yakni Wanita Hindu Dharma Indonesia (WHDI). Permasalahan dalam kegiatan ini adalah minimnya informasi inevestasi emas bagi anggota komunitas hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan pelaksana kegiatan dalam proses persiapan kegiatan. Rencana kegiatan secara rinci mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persiapan mencakup identifikasi peserta, pengembangan materi pelatihan, dan koordinasi dengan pelaksana. Pelaksanaan program meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi literasi keuangan khususnya untuk investasi emas kepada organisasi Wanita Hindu Dharma Indonesia (WHDI) Kota Surakarta. Evaluasi akan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk memantau perkembangan peserta dan mengidentifikasi area perbaikan jika diperlukan. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi Investasi Emas diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam mengelola investasi khususnya Investasi Emas. Program ini tidak hanya mendukung pengembangan individu tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan komunitas secara keseluruhan, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kemampuan dalam mengatur keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan diketahui bahwa peserta kegiatan sudah ada yang investasi emas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara total pendapatan dan laba bersih tahun berjalan pada perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor barang konsumsi primer dan makanan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2020 dan 2021. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari 14 perusahaan dalam industri tersebut. Data yang digunakan mencakup total pendapatan dan laba bersih tahun berjalan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara total pendapatan dan laba bersih, di mana peningkatan total pendapatan cenderung diikuti oleh peningkatan laba bersih. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen pendapatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin bisnis dan analis keuangan dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dan menawarkan dasar bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks industri yang berbeda.

Abstract

Generasi muda merupakan salah satu sumber daya bangsa yang memiliki potensi dalam dunia bisnis. Kota Surakarta salah satu kota terbesar di Jawatengah. Berdasarkan data BPS Provinsi Jawa Ten-gah Generasi Z kini mulai mendominasi populasi di Kota Surakarta, dengan jumlah mencapai 158.038 jiwa atau 29,92%. Salah satu cara dalam mengembangkan potensi generasi muda adalah dengan pro-gram wirausaha muda atau Youth Entrepreneur Program. Kegiatan wirausaha muda atau Youth Entre-preneur Program ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peranan program inkubasi bisnis generasi muda dalam penguatan wirausaha muda di Indonesia. Pendampingan pada wirausaha muda digunakan untuk memahami pengalaman dan perspektif patisipan inkubasi dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan wirausaha muda yang terlibat dalam program ini , pengamatan segala kegiatan serta analisis dokumen terkait serta pelatihan dalam pengembangan bisnis pada generasi muda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa program inkubasi memberikan dukungan yang signif-ikan dalam hal akses ke sumber daya, pelatihan keterampilan, dan jaringan bisnis. Selain itu, partisipan Youth Entrepreneur melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan manajerial setelah mengikuti program selain itu dalam program kegiatan ini partisipan juga telah barhasil mengem-bangkan bisnis dan menghasilkan produk. Berdasarkan kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa program inkubasi bisnis memiliki potensi besar untuk mendorong keberhasilan wirausaha muda, sehingga perlu ada perhatian lebih dalam pengembangan dan penyebaran program serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

Using fossil fuels contributes to carbon dioxide and methane emissions that increasingly damage nature. Innovations in renewable energy that are more environmentally friendly with good energy supply chain management need to be implemented immediately. Indonesia is an archipelagic country with an imbalance in energy sufficiency figures in several regions, including Balikukup village in East Kalimantan. This condition hinders people's daily activities and is a significant obstacle to business activities. This research was conducted to design a zero-carbon renewable hybrid energy innovation that can preserve the environment and improve the community's economy using solar energy and coconut shells. The design was simulated using the HOMER application to find out how much potential and electricity the residents of Balikukup village would get. This study obtained a system configuration scenario: the marine product drying machine, which has a total production of 4,106 kWh/yr. This machine requires a PV capacity of 7,627 kW/yr, 18 batteries, and an inverter capacity of 1.62 kW. In addition, coconut shell briquettes can also optimize the marine product drying machine where 100 - 150 kg of coconut shell waste can increase the drying temperature to 60° - 70° C in a faster time of around 3 - 4 hours to reduce the weight of marine products from 5 - 8 kg to 1 - ½ kg.

Abstract

Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs data shows that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute significantly to Indonesia's economy, contributing approximately 61% of the total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2022 and absorbing up to 97% of the workforce across various sectors. Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT), the concept of Beyond Connectivity emerges as a potential solution to overcome the challenge of high transaction costs in MSMEs. This concept not only connects businesses with consumers digitally but also key in improving operational efficiency and significantly reducing transaction costs. This research uses a quantitative approach with a true experimental method and 2x2x2 factorial design, involving 30 MSME participants working in technology and non-technology fields. The main focus is to explore the role of technology as a moderating variable that influences the relationship between transaction costs and MSME business success. The research results are expected to provide new empirical contributions that expand understanding of technology's strategic function in the MSME context, going beyond previous studies that mostly highlighted technology's direct impact on MSME operations without considering the interaction between technology and transaction costs. These findings open opportunities for developing more effective policies and business strategies to support MSME growth and competitiveness in the digital era. The originality of this research lies in the technology moderation approach to transaction costs in the MSME context and the use of strong factorial experimental design, providing new empirical contributions and practical implications for MSME development in the digital era.

Abstract

It is recorded at the Coordinating Ministry for Cooperatives and SMEs that the number of micro businesses has reached 63.96 million, businesses small businesses reached 193,959, and small businesses medium enterprises reached 44,728. The difference in the number of micro- enterprises, medium-sized enterprises small, and business This fairly large middle class shows that there is still at least MSME entrepreneurs, especially micro-entrepreneurs, are not yet brave enough to expand their businesses. Business expansion is influenced by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior. MSME entrepreneurs in taking risks. This is in line with the perspective businessman Where high risk high return. This paradigm is very interesting to observe and empirically test how the behavior of Micro entrepreneurs in taking risks have an impact on the implementation of the business expansion strategy that will be carried out.Many previous studies have examined risk - taking behavior. In previous research, Risk Taking Behavior was only discussed in terms of the risk profile of entrepreneurs, without looking at the factors that influence risk-taking decisions from entrepreneurs to form Risk-taking characteristics. Risk-taking behavior in this research is linked to the business expansion strategies implemented by micro- entrepreneurs. This test is based on the perspective that every business expansion carries risks, which must be addressed. taken into account by entrepreneurs to reduce its impact on the business being run. Where the data to be used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and also secondary data obtained from various sources such as websites, books, and journals. Data processing in this study will use the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The SEM model developed in this study is an SEM model with indicators formative. Where the indicators in this research are factors that influence the variables latent. Data for each indicator in each variable will be collected using a questionnaire using a scale likert. Any data obtained Then Then will processed using SEM. The results of the SEM model that was developed were then will be translated descriptively so as to get the right approach to see the relationship between these two variables
