Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Qur'an memorization (Tahfizh) program at Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Muhammadiyah Al Fattah Ngantang, Malang Regency, using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). With the increasing number of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in Indonesia and the growing public interest in Tahfizh Qur'an programs, this research is relevant to review the effectiveness and sustainability of such programs. This study employs a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The data is then analyzed through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the program overall achieves good outcomes. The context evaluation shows alignment between the program’s vision and mission and the institution’s guidelines, but there is a gap between the memorization targets and actual achievements. The input evaluation highlights the need for improvement in recruiting teachers and paying more attention to the students' memorization abilities. The process evaluation indicates that the schedule, teaching methods, and student motivation are well-organized. The product evaluation reveals that memorization achievements are still below the set standards. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of enhancing various aspects of the program to improve the quality and sustainability of Qur'an memorization in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan akan penguatan karakter siswa Gen-Z Muslim melalui manajemen kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan manajemen kurikulum dalam mendukung penguatan karakter siswa di SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang melalui tiga aspek utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga fokus utama dalam manajemen kurikulum di SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang. Pertama, perencanaan kurikulum melibatkan integrasi nilai-nilai karakter Islami yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan khusus Gen-Z Muslim. Kurikulum ini dirancang secara tematik, menggabungkan pelajaran agama dan pendidikan karakter dalam berbagai mata pelajaran. Kedua, pelaksanaan kurikulum meliputi kegiatan pembiasaan sehari-hari seperti salat berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur'an, serta program-program penguatan karakter seperti Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), yang juga mendukung pembentukan sikap mandiri dan berintegritas. Ketiga, evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara sistematis dengan metode penilaian kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, termasuk evaluasi perilaku sehari-hari siswa oleh guru dan orang tua. Kesimpulannya, implementasi manajemen kurikulum di SD Plus Al-Kautsar secara efektif mendukung penguatan karakter Gen-Z Muslim, yang tercermin dari konsistensi dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Hibryd Counseling Service (Islamic counselling) strategy to effectively prevent Quarter Life Crisis and prepare students who become agents of change for a better direction in college. Using interview, observation, and documentation methods, this study seeks to obtain data on the phenomenon of quarter-life crisis and the new approach. The data sources include critical stakeholders in the guidance and counselling laboratory. Data analysis was carried out through data transcription, coding, and categorization. The study results indicate that Islamic counselling is valuable in guiding individuals to overcome quarter-life crises by aligning psychological and spiritual aspects. Islamic counselling significantly contributes to helping individuals overcome quarter-life crises with a holistic approach involving spiritual, psychological, and social factors. Integrating Islamic values in counselling forms a solid framework to support young individuals facing life challenges. These findings provide important insights related to the effectiveness of the Islamic counselling approach in overcoming quarter-life crises through the integration of spiritual, psychological, and social values.
