Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Interpersonal Communication (2) Organizational Communication; (3) performance; (4) the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Communication, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the Prestige Learning Guidance and Consultation Institute.The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this research is the employees of the Prestige Learning Guidance and Consultation Institute with a population of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that Interpersonal Communication is well formed, Organizational Communication is rated quite high, employee performance at the Prestige Learning Guidance and Consultation Institute is rated quite high. Interpersonal communication and organizational communication simultaneously influence employee performance, but partially, interpersonal communication has a more dominant influence than organizational communication.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal (2) Komunikasi Organisasi; (3) kinerja; (4) pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komunikasi Organisasi, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Prestise. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Prestise dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal terbentuk dengan baik, Komunikasi Organisasi ini dinilai cukup tinggi, kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Prestise dinilai cukup tinggi. Komunikasi Interpersonal dan komunikasi organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun secara parsial Komunikasi Interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan daripada komunikasi organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors on the involvement of Yadika Cicalengka High School/Vocational School alumni in agrarian disputes. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the findings indicate a significant link between individuals' socioeconomic conditions and their likelihood of becoming involved in land conflicts. Alumni facing unstable economic situations tend to be more vulnerable to agrarian disputes, whether as victims or as participants. However, involvement in such disputes is not solely determined by socioeconomic factors, as government policy, limited access to legal information, and internal family conflicts also play important roles. These findings highlight the importance of improving legal literacy and economic empowerment among youth as preventive strategies to reduce the risk of agrarian conflict. Basic legal education and entrepreneurship training could help strengthen the socioeconomic resilience of the younger generation. This study is limited by its sample, which only includes alumni from a single educational institution, and does not explore qualitative factors that may influence involvement in conflicts. Future research is recommended to adopt a mixed-method approach and broader social and geographical coverage to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between sustainable supply chain practices and the business performance of Culinary MSMEs in West Java, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 292 Culinary MSMEs through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The research examines three dimensions of sustainable practices—environmental, social, and economic—and their impact on MSME performance. Findings show that sustainable supply chain practices positively and significantly influence business performance by enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market reputation. The study provides empirical evidence from a developing country context and emphasizes the strategic importance of sustainability for MSMEs aiming to remain competitive and resource-efficient while addressing environmental and social challenges. It also highlights the role of policymakers and supply chain stakeholders in supporting sustainability integration within MSME operations. The study recommends future research to consider longitudinal or comparative approaches across regions to deepen insights into sustainable food supply chain practices.

Abstract

This service program aims to increase understanding and use of e-commerce among young entrepreneurs, especially Karangtaruna members in Pasirnanjung and Tegalmanggung Villages, Sumedang. This activity consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, a needs analysis and pre-test were carried out to measure initial knowledge about e-commerce. The training was held on 16-17 September 2022 with 25 participants, covering material about e-commerce taught by three resource persons. The evaluation stage involves a post-test to measure the increase in participants' knowledge and abilities. The results showed an increase in e-commerce management knowledge and skills among the participants. ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pemanfaatan e-commerce di kalangan pengusaha muda, terutama anggota karangtaruna di Desa Pasirnanjung dan Tegalmanggung, Sumedang. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan dan pre-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal tentang e-commerce. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diadakan pada 16-17 September 2022 dengan 25 peserta, meliputi materi tentang e-commerce yang diajarkan oleh tiga narasumber. Tahap evaluasi melibatkan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen e-commerce di antara peserta.

Abstract

Halal logistics plays an important role in ensuring compliance with sharia law in Indonesia's culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Unlike previous research that generally examined halal logistics in large-scale industries, this study specifically focuses on the operational performance of culinary MSMEs, a sector that faces unique challenges in certification, traceability, and risk management. This research uses a quantitative approach to examine the mediating effects of halal certification, supply chain traceability, and halal risk management on operational performance. Data were collected from 292 culinary MSMEs across Indonesia through structured surveys and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that halal logistics practices significantly mediate the relationship between halal certification and operational performance (β = 0.379; p < 0.001), while supply chain traceability (β = 0.464; p < 0.001) and risk management (β = 0.325; p < 0.001) also have strong positive effects. This research model is able to explain 53.4% of the variation in operational performance (R² = 0.534), indicating moderate predictive power. These findings confirm the novelty of research in the culinary MSME sector and provide quantitative evidence that halal logistics can improve operational efficiency while maintaining sharia compliance. Practical recommendations are provided for policymakers and business practitioners to develop sustainable halal supply chains, thereby strengthening Indonesia's position in the global halal economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi Perempuan desa dalam konteks implementasi kebijakan Dana Desa di Indonesia. Meskipun Dana Desa sejak 2015 telah mengalokasikan anggaran yang cukup besar bagi Pembangunan desa, Sebagian besar penggunaannya masih berfokus pada infrastruktur fisik dibandingkan program pemberdayaan, khususnya yang ditujukan bagi Perempuan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui study literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber sekunder seperti artikel jurnal, laporan pemerintah, dan publikasi terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan meliputi pelatihan keterampilan, dukungan modal usaha, pembentukan kelompok usaha Perempuan, serta pemanfaatan pemasaran digital. Strategi tersebut berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi Perempuan desa, namun masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan jaringan pemasaran, rendahnya literasi digital, serta pengaruh budaya patriarki yang membatasi peran Perempuan. Tingkat partisipasi Perempuan dalam Pembangunan desa baru menccapai tahap partnership menurut kerangka Arnstein, belum sampai pada Tingkat citizen control. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pemberdayaan yang lebih komprehensif dan berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan Pembangunan yang responsif gender, penguatan kapasitas, serta sinergi lintas kelembagaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mainstreaming gender agar Perempuan dapat berperan sebagai mitra strategis dalam Pembangunan.

Abstract

This service aims to provide training and guidance to young entrepreneurs, especially youth groups in Pasirnanjung Village and Tegalmanggung Village, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The aim is to increase the use of e-commerce and ensure that their business development is in line with the times. The training and mentoring method consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage involves TNA identifying problems, planning materials, time allocation, and training strategies. The implementation was carried out on 16-17 September 2022, involving 25 participants and three resource persons who focused on three materials related to e-commerce. The evaluation phase involves a post-test to assess improvements in e-commerce management knowledge and skills. Even though the time was short, the pre-test and post-test results showed an increase in management skills and knowledge related to e-commerce. ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada pengusaha muda, khususnya karangtaruna di Desa Pasirnanjung dan Desa Tegalmanggung, Kecamatan Cimanggung, Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan e-commerce dan memastikan perkembangan usaha mereka sesuai dengan zaman. Metode pelatihan dan pendampingan terdiri dari tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan melibatkan TNA untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, merencanakan materi, alokasi waktu, dan strategi pelatihan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan pada 16-17 September 2022, melibatkan 25 peserta dan tiga narasumber yang fokus pada tiga materi terkait e-commerce. Tahap evaluasi melibatkan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen e-commerce. Meskipun waktunya singkat, hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan manajemen terkait e-commerce.
