Abstract

Elements of the work environment at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia can contribute significantly to employee retention. A conducive, inclusive, and supportive work environment can increase job satisfaction and employee loyalty. This research will use a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of Employee Retention at PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia. The results showed that employee retention at PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia tends to lead to employee retention to retain existing employees. This employee retention is needed by the company in order to make employees survive and have loyalty to the company and team. PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia, as a leading electronics company in Indonesia, faces challenges in retaining quality employees amidst intense industry competition. Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kemampuan penting dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat di era digital saat ini. Keterampilan ini meliputi pemahaman dan kemampuan menggunakan teknologi secara efektif, termasuk mencari, mengevaluasi, dan memanfaatkan informasi yang ditemukan di dunia digital. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital pada siswa MTs Manba’ul Khair, agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi langsung dalam mengakses serta menggunakan berbagai platform digital secara bijak dan produktif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang dasar-dasar keamanan digital, keterampilan dalam menyeleksi informasi, serta kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana belajar yang lebih efektif. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan memberdayakan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan produktif dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

Community Service Partners in this activity are Micro, Smalland Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the business of producing and selling culinary in karawang. This MSME has been in Karawang city for more than 30 years. However, the marketing system that used is still very minimal and conventional. Forthis reason, MSMEs need to be given training on the importance of using digital marketing so that the marketing system can be better to achieve the desired targets and can support better sales activities. In addition, MSMEs also provide assistance in creating business accounts in digital media such as Google Business and Instagram, and how to manage this digital media optimally Output fromthis ativity is a Google business and InstagramBusiness account, scientific articlepublished in national journals, and activity reports. The method used is by provide training to create accounts in digital media for the MSME and how to manage it optimally. The results showed thatdigital marketing strategy assistance by Community Service Partners can be followed up with periodic guidance that can be done effectively and optimally in supporting MSME marketing activities to increase sales of MSME businesses
